Unbelievably well stocked warehouse and they dont mind selling to the little guy.

They were very rude to me when i went to the front door without my mask because i forgot it at home... i then went back to my car to find one and couldn’t so i called them to see if they had any and they were very impolite and said go get a mask somewhere else we don’t have any... they did not want to help me out at all. and told me to go away because i didn’t have a mask. as a business the least you can do is provide masks if masks are required!

Purchased a core support, it was delivered to my business. Paid with a company check, did not look at the part for a couple days. Went to use it and found it was very poor quality, got stuck take ng a store credit for the refund. If I had paid with a card they would have credited the card. Beware of this place!

Looked all over PDX for a driver side mirror and this place had it, thank goodness! Thought I had enough and went to see if I did but the Boss paid for my mirror!! He even replaced and installed it for FREE!!! Im in total shock that he was so generous. Im backing back as a HAPPY CUSTOMER

I expected to get good customer service then here comes some woman named Olivia Nasteka a sales person extremely impatient and rude towards me I came with plenty of business for them and left empty handed. Olivia really needs to learn SHE is a servant to the public not the other way around. I will tell my team of mechanics to NEVER bring business to this horrific place.

Didnt expect such bad costumers service from such a company. They dont respect their costumers, you lost one costumer, keep on the bad work and desrespect and one by one you will loose all costumers.

Came to pickup parts at 5:05 waited in line for 15 mins and was told I have to come back a different day to pickup parts because they were too busy talking to each other and laughing while I was waiting. An hour drive to pickup my parts, really not happy with this company, would not recommend.

Pricing is inconsistent and varies depending on who’s answering the phone. Don’t waste your time- our shop won’t be using this vendor again.
