With such a wide selection of appliances and manufacturers one might think the choices are overwhelming, but with first-hand knowledge and industry insight from the Ferguson team our homeowners have a pretty easy time deciding what to put in their home :) and many of those decisions have led to local building awards (which obviously makes us even happier)!

Great staff. Was frustrated after visiting another similar business to try and seek information/ make a purchase for two upgraded Toto Toilets and Washlets. Worked with Chris Jr, even though I arrived nearly at closing time and didnt understand that appointments were recommended. Chris behaved as though he had all the time in the day to help me make an informed choice. He patiently talked me through the options in order to make a great choice. Lets face it, we hope we are not replacing toilets every other month so this is a decision you want to get right and be done with it. Thanks to Chris and Ferguson, Im all set.

Ferguson has to be one of favorite stops during my weekly runs. The staff is always very helpful and friendly even during busy times of the day. I know that when I go into the store I will be helped as soon as possible. I know my orders can be difficult but everyone up front is always patient with me and my dog Wesson. Would like to say thank you so much to Russ, Lu, Justin, Gage, Jake and Ben for being so amazing at your job!!! Keep up the great work!!!

The staff at Ferguson especially Jacob Smith was extremely helpful. He helped us go through a challenging and detailed order with a few revisions of a product that is rare. Amazingly quick follow-up on every communication and I would happily recommend them to anyone else

Every single time we come here, it takes a minimum of an hour. We literally picked up 2 things that they had in stock that my husband actually pulled off the shelf to make it faster, it still took 45 minutes and there was nobody else in there. I cant wrap my mind around what on earth takes so long. When they ring people up......its like they are creating a new computer program every single time to check people out.....that is how long it takes!!!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful, so it frustrating because its not like the entire experience is awful because its not.....its literally just how long it takes!!!!

Can someone please answer the phone on Saturdays? Then people wouldnt have to drive out there to find out you dont have what they need! Thanks for wasting my time.The only thing in stock at Ferguson is excuses as to why they dont have anything.If Ferguson doesnt have what you need Home Depot probably does for a lot cheaper!!

Very disappointed. I spend over $3,000 with Ferguson in the course of my home remodel. Due to a mistake by Ferguson, one of the parts was incorrect for the configuration of a shower install. I didnt find out it was the wrong part until we got to the end of the install and my marble tile had been completed. At this point, I needed a tub spout with a diverter instead of a non-diverter tub spout. Ferguson would not switch out the parts because it was after their 30 day return policy.

I came here looking for some equipment that I can’t get at Home Depot, got service within minutes of walking in and was out the door just minutes after that. The rep I talked to was very knowledgeable about his inventory and what was going to work best on my project and I got the job done successfully. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

Had great service from Shannon and Matt who went out of their way to get me the part I needed by a critical deadline AND a great price. I will be shopping there more.[THOUGH if you go to will call for the first time try the north entrance off of Denver. I used the main gate per Google and got trapped between traffic and a 5 minute long freight train. Very dangerous.]

So slow. Wait wait wait. Guys wonder around while theres a line. They get totally lost on there computers. Just getting a receipt takes a walk and tearing holes off side of paper. Buying three couplers they have to type dam novel on computer

If delivering, they dont allow overnight parking... Large lot, plenty of space, in a busy City with limited truck facilities, but they dont care.

Im less than enthusiastic about the customer service at both the showroom and warehouse, the exception is Andrew and Mark at the warehouse both very helpful, the balding gentlemen at will call was especially rude.I visited the Columbia warehouse two weeks later, was assisted by Jake and Mark, both extremely helpful and very good experience.

Great place, just make sure to call in ahead and pick up will call its a lot faster.

Had a hose bib that was leaking big bucks. Wanted to replace the whole valve but none of the big box stores carried it. Lowes suggested Ferguson. They didnt have it either, my home is very old, but they did do something that nobody else did...asked what the problem was. In less than a minute they replaced the washer and it was fixed at no charge!

They had an obscure part in stock for my water heater, and it was cheaper than online and immediately available!

Was a great place to buy all my plumbing supplies when it was Familian.

Service is generally terrible and the counter staff are rude. I would rather drive to Harrington then deal with Ferguson but some days I have to suck it up and go to Ferguson.

When this company was Familian NW they were a great company. Our business with them continued after changing to Fergusson. That business relation seperated quickly with having problems getting billed differently from different branches. A wirsbo fitting would cost $5-$10 more at one branch then another. They always had some excuse. We then found Consolidated Supply by accident. I rented a 2 wirsbo gun from Fergusson and needed one more fitting to finish. Fergusson was too far so I called Consolidated Supply. I had never bought anything through them before. They had the fitting so I hurried in so Id have the wirsbo gun back to Fergusson on time. I picked up the part and was shocked to see that I paid over $30 more at Fergusson. After that experience we got set up with an outside sales rep. We save thousands now buying from Consolidated Supply. We still do price check with them and do make small purchases due to their close location to our work but theyve lost our valued business. Everybody we work and talk with now we refer to Consolidated Supply.I got prices on a 3 brass gate valve and Fergusson was over a $100 more for the same valve. What a shame when a business feels like they can take advantage of another company.

Best plumbing supply house. But they raised their prices 25% in response to new trade embargo, even on materials already in stock.
