Customer service sucks. Pricing is not honored. I am building a house. I picked out items in December 2020 and in 2021 they increased the price $1350. They know I cant wait to order from someone eles so they get away with ripping you off.
Did you know if you buy a $2105 tub, cancel the order prior to shipping (so there isn’t a restocking fee) you only get $1835 back? No one can explain why. I’ve spoken with the credit department, the warehouse, sales people and they are all stumped. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to understand why and have gotten nowhere. Did I mention it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve yet to see my refund money? I’m still waiting on the last piece of shower trim which is coming from the manufacturer. I was told by the salesmen yesterday that it would arrive yesterday so I drove the 1 hour and 15 min to the warehouse this morning to be told it was on back order. I’m a very patient person and every ounce of my patience has been used up with this company. I hope I never have to use these guys again. Some of the worst service ever. I want my full refund and my shower parts. Don’t tell me it will be in early when it’s not. Is that too much to ask?
Very friendly staff. And even though they didnt have what I was looking for, they gave me other options to consider. Really appreciated the thoroughness without undo pressure to purchase.
Visited the showroom for the first time. Lots to look at and plenty of fancy options for bathroom, lighting, and kitchen. I had heard the store people werent very friendly or helpful, and another customer even commented on this to me when I lent him my tape measure, but I thought the folks at the store were friendly and when I needed help I was able to seek someone out who answered my question cheerfully. This isnt where to go to find a bargain, but a great place to go to be able to see and touch housing fixtures and get ideas.
Got a call today at 8am from my property manager that my dishwasher was shot in my rental house. First call I made was to Ferguson since I used them for several of my homes. I was told all the service reps were busy and someone would call me back. Finally around 2pm I called back and same story. Store is now closed and nothing, nada, zilch. Luckily Hamilton Appliance was interested in my business and I was able to make my purchase before the days end. Michael is my new go to in Portland, thanks Hamilton Appliances!

FergusonFerguson is a company that does not deserve your business. They have decent inventory and are very helpful when you are shopping for new items. However, If you have a problem, they are not there for you.We purchased a considerable amount of new lighting from Ferguson for the house that we built three years ago. I had problems with a manufacturer’s defect on a pendant light that caused it to crash to the counter, spraying shards of glass everywhere. I was told that it was “outside the warranty period”. (By the way, there is no legal limit to manufacturer’s defects). When I was unable to get a reasonable response from Lucas Slavin, the manager of the store who sold it to me, I was able to reach a regional manager named Bradley Faber. My initial interaction with him was excellent. He was understanding and promised to mail me some new parts to get a repair accomplished. The last email he sent me said that the parts were on their way. That was a month ago, and nothing has arrived. He now refuses to respond to my texts, emails, and voicemail.The mark of a healthy and deserving place of business, is how they respond when a consumer has a problem. I would never again patronize this one.The company has responded favorably to my request to cover repair costs. If it had not taken a huge amount of my time and a bad review to have this happen, I would have given them 4 or 5 stars.

We had selected all of our bathroom and kitchen fixtures for our new home a week prior but found out we needed to cut back a little to fit the budget and some of our items were out of stock. The salesman we had worked with prior was busy for weeks but we were told we could come in and someone would help us make adjustments. We were told at the front desk (after an hour drive with our baby) that this was not the case and that it wouldn’t be fair for another salesman to help because they are commission based. That’s when Chris Hoag swooped in and saved the day! He worked quickly to make all the adjustments while still helping us pick quality items we loved and making sure everything was in stock. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and we seriously can’t thank him enough for fixing everything for us 😌
We were very pleased with Chris Hoag’s help. He was very knowledgeable of the appliances we were interested in purchasing. He really took his time with us and answered every question.We also liked the way the showroom was set up due to the epidemicI would highly recommend this showroom and Chris.
Worked with Chris on replacing a built-in refrigerator. He was great to work with and he made sure that the new model of the refrigerator worked in the opening. Ferguson removed and installed the new refrigerator in one hour. I was very impressed and will be working with them in the future for our appliance needs.
BEWARE!!! CROOKED!!! I went in to Fergusons just window shopping. But there was a light fixture that I really liked and it was on sale :-)! So I talked to the salesman ask him if I was reading the sale tag that was on the fixture correctly (it said $330 for the whole thing, $99 if I only wanted part), he took about 5 minutes to contact people and check and said absolutely I was reading it correctly. So I purchased the whole fixture. He said he would call within a couple of days when they had taken it down from the ceiling and I could come pick it up. Happy. Then four or five days later he emailed me to tell me that it was going to cost me $700 more to purchase the whole thing! Talk about bait and switch!!! And 2 weeks to refund my money with no interest paid. That adds up to extremely low integrity, and not someplace that anyone should be shopping.Stay away! Stay away!

My experience with Ferguson staff in NW Portland has been great. The sales person I was assigned to, Mr Brunet, was very knowledgeable and professional and he was very generous with his time helping me making the right decision. The store has high-end bathroom/kitchen fixtures and surprisingly the prices are very reasonable too. Actually I spent less buying a toilet from them than I would have if I bought the same model from Lowes.I would recommend them to my friends and family
Horrible customer service!! Ive been there 3 times and each time is the same thing; the front desk lady barely acknowledges me and when (if) a customer rep comes to talk, she acts as if she was making me a favor when Im requesting information about a product.Im remodeling a whole house so I could have give them a lot of business, but I dont want to give my business to a company that treats customers that way.
2 stars because the selection and displays are nice, otherwise their customer service skills are horrible. I tried to place an order, the sales person would not return my calls, when he finally answered the phone he said he would have the order total in 20 minutes and call me right back. He never did call.I guess my $1500 purchase wasnt important to them, but they have also lost the purchases needed for remodeling 2 1/2 bathrooms. This loss could add up to be more for a business when making customer service decisions. My review might stop others from shopping there.Customers want to be treated with respect, I didnt receive that unfortunately. Those 20 minutes could potentially lose them thousands in future sales.
We ended with picking out our plumbing accessories at Fergusons for our bathroom remodel. Our contractor recommended that we make an appointment with Misty and she was a real gem! We did not realize what we were getting ourselves in to when we first walked in. We thought it would be easy to pick a sink, faucet, and shower spigot. Oh boy, were we wrong! The selection at Fergusons is wonderful, but having the help of Misty made the process very easy!

So disappointed. We are building a beautiful expensive home. You wouldnt know that by the way I look. I showed up in my workout gear, Im heavily tattooed, and with my 5 year old in tow. I asked the front desk where the kitchen sinks were located. He pointed and said that way. I went back and asked, is that all you have? Then he proceeds to lead me back to more choices that Id missed and walked back to the front. No offer to help and or get someone to help. So I had a question and I asked an individual who was working at an open desk. I cant even describe the condescending look I got! You know when youve interrupted someone and they dont lift their head only their eyes in irritation. Ya that one. Wow! So sorry to disturb you. Then he continued to answer my question in that same condescending manner. Ill just take my business to Chown Hardware where Ive always, no matter how I looked, received excellent customer service.
This place has the worst customer service for any business that I have been involved with. The receptionist acts like she is doing you a favor for being there. They dont respond to messages or emails. They are not timely. They are rude and snobbish when you visit the showroom. They are unhelpful to say the least.

Walked in looking for a 30 inch vanity and was told by the sales person that they are over there and offered zero help. We walked around and was disappointed with the selection and headed for the door. As we left the same sales person did not thank us for coming in or say anything at all. Maybe Im not hip enough for this store so we ordered are products from A-boy. Our money was good enough for them
