Super happy with the ordering process, install and end result! A great value! The installer was very skilled. Made our kitchen remodel process a lot easier. We will for sure use this company again for any future counter-tops.

They were very accommodating in getting my order installed within one week of placing the order. I ordered cabinets and quartz countertops and a quartz backsplash. There was a problem with the sink that I ordered elsewhere and they worked with me to find a resolution. I will definitely be coming back

These guys were great! In store salesman took the time to figure out what I need and installation crew was amazing. I had granite put in my fireplace mantle and bar counter top . I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. Had an emergency and had to cancel my order last minute, within 24 hours.. I was charged $700 for cancelation fees. No consideration of my reason of cancelations. I would not recommend this company.

ZC Building Supply finished installing our countertops a few days ago and it looks fantastic. I have had 3 granite countertops installed previously and the seam they did is the best one yet. They broke a slab while installing, so they came out over the weekend to finish the install. The lady at the office was extremely helpful, while the installers were not fluent in English, I could communicate with them just fine. They were very polite, put down drop cloths on the floor before staring and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

3/8 out of square with the wall. They didnt think anything was wrong and refused to fix it. Had to buy expensive stove with extended glass top to cover up their trash install job. Dont use their installers!!!

Fantastic installation, price and sales folks! We had looked there before and had a friend recommended granite guy. This recommended guy priced it out about 30% more than ZC did. I was skeptical at first about using ZC, but their communication and attention to detail in the installation was fantastic. I watched the entire process. I would call this company for any of my granite or quartz needs in the future and recommend them to any of my friends and family. As a note, I also purchased my stainless steel under mounted sink from them, it has proved to be of the same quality as their granite work.

Amazing job, they were on time, did all the cuts and seams seamlessly, if you dont look at it very hard its like it was all one piece. These guys are good. Using them now on for all my stone work. Thank you, installers rock.

Needed more measurements for proper estimates

I searched every single stone supplier in the area and these guys were hands down the cheapest option for purchase and installation prices. They did a wonderful job cutting in my sink and stove. The showroom has sinks and faucets to choose from as well as the hardware needed for under mounts. They have a great selection of everything. They do the install on sight which left a small mess on my driveway but that was okay with me and was explained to me before the transaction was made. Check them out, you wont regret it.

PLEASE read this review before considering spending any of your hard-earned dollars with this company. I am highly suspect of any 5-star reviews based on my experience. Service was tolerable until they got my money. They dont come out to measure your countertops in advance, and the installers do not speak any English. As you can imagine this makes communicating details about the installation very difficult. After the installers arrived and were working I received a call that I would need to pay an additional $170. This was to cover finishing of the edges of the countertops. Who would order countertops with unfinished edges? A second call came later asking for $35 more for the hole for the soap dispenser that was discussed when the order was placed. The installer tried to negotiate this with me directly for $20 cash by writing 20 on paper and sticking out his hand. Thankfully I was working from home and noticed before the adhesive dried that multiple cuts were badly crooked. They had also cut into the drywall to allow the crooked counter to slide back into the wall. Seams were not polished and have a flat appearance that is very noticeable. My oven does not fit in the same place it was installed previously because the countertops extend too far into the opening. I am having a reputable company come out to correct all the errors at my expense. Please dont make the same mistake I made by hiring these people.

From the moment we walked into the showroom they were very helpful and upfront with costs and the process. they were not pushy at all. we got multiple quotes and they were the best priced we could find. we just had them out to our house last week and they installed granite in our kitchen and both bathrooms. they did an AMAZING job!! very friendly and respectful. they even gave us a refund for $200 because they said we over paid. i will definitely go back to them for hardwood, cabinets and counter tops.

The cabinets that we bought were nice and looked really good in our kitchen, but the customer service was horrible. They didnt want to replace our cabinet that came damaged with scratches and paint chips because it was already installed. We had to pay again for the door we were replacing and when we were picking up our replacement pieces, they had bad customer service skills and tried giving us replacements that were just as bad as the previous ones. Overall, good cabinets, poor customer service and honestly for me customer service is more important than quality.

The gals that helped me were very patient and kind. Elaine is wonderful. I had to change plans after I ordered my counter tops because I had to re-do my kitchen layout due to having to move my stove gas lines last minute. I had NO problem with cancelling my order, refunding my deposit and putting it on hold. I really appreciate their help and will use them in the future. I have already recommended them to my associates. Again, I am very impressed with their understanding and willingness to work with me.

The best business ever! Its a family owned business that keeps its promises. They do all the work on sight so yo dont have to take extra time off for the measurements. These guys are priced very reasonably half the price of another shop that quoted us. They did a very nice job. I cannot say enough about them they are just excellent.

The cabinets are quality cabinet with soft closing drawers and modern colors the price for the material and quality is substantial.The granite is quality and installation is great. You also can pick a variety of color for flooring. If you are trying to stay within a budget on a remodel or building houses for certain price point zc is definitely the place to shop.

The worst customer service. I walked in, was not acknowledged. I finally asked someone a question, and they pointed to there selection and say, “the prices are over there.” I ask a couple questions regarded sizing etc, they quickly replied no to everything. We are making a big purchasing decision putting new countertops in. With the way I was treated with my two kids I would never trust my business with them. If you are looking for great communication, and detailed information about their products I would stay far away from this place!

I buy granite for my rentals here. Never a better deal. Had them install in my own house as well. They did a great job and the price was great!

The cabinets and countertops are great in itself. The installation is a different story. They do not do custom, which is okay, but they convinced me to pay 200 dollars for this custom shelf. This is the finished product. They will not come back and fix it. The yellow glue wont come off and they refuse to come and fix it.

Be aware, they use unlicensed installers, or the installer’s name is not match with name on the license. And very rude customer services, bad quality work. You are on you own.

This place was the absolute worst. The customer service was horrible. I have never been to a place before that had this terrible of service. One of the ladies that works there has a horrible attitude problem. She was just very lazy, she didnt want to help us, she didnt even care at all to be there. Because of her attitude, I switched had someone someone else help me. She was way more kind and I ended up having a better experience with her. We purchased the countertops, then we went to pick them up at the warehouse. Hell continues. At the warehouse, none of the workers speak English. They only speak Chinese. We had an issue and we had to call the representatives and get them on the phone to talk to the workers to translate. Thats how ridiculous my experience was at the warehouse. I was shocked at how no one there was able to speak English. How can you run a business in America and not know how to speak English? It was completely ridiculous. Because of my experience, if you are American and you only speak English, do not go here. The next time I purchase countertops, I will never be going here again.

The customer service is not really good . I had been waiting for an hour to make a purchase and the sale associate kept pushing me off with phone calls and chat with her other coworkers. The product prices seem ok so I decided to give it a try . I was a little sceptical about the reviews before I went there. They are really weird. It’s either terrible reviews or 5 stars. I decided to stop by the place and found out they offer 5% discount if you leave them a great review. No wonder why there were quite a few really good ones posted. I did decide to give it a try and purchased a bathroom cabinet with a countertop. I also ordered the installation and assembling. Will update with a real honest review reflecting the actual experience and post pictures as soon as I get my bathroom cabinet installed.

ZC installed quartz countertops on March 10th, 2018 in my home and I am so impressed! I absolutely LOVE them! After going to the store to get a quote and looking at their showroom I was really nervous about the seam and stressing out about it all for nothing! You can barely see it and Im so happy I went through this company! I highly recommend them!

They were grumbling to themselves about how they didnt like the work they did, then whipped around with smiles on their faces saying how great the work was when they realized I was still in the room. They nickel and dimed us on holes in the granite that were supposed to be cut in the first place. When we handed them the check they acted like they couldnt get away from us faster. Afterwards they left a hurricane of a mess of glue tracked through the house, granite dust everywhere and material wrappings strewn about. Everything about this didnt seem right and frankly I dont recommend them.

ZC Granite has a showroom with a wide range of quartz countertop slabs to choose from. You can take home samples (chunks of the actual stone) to help choose the right one. Joe was very helpful with the selection. They post their installation fees upfront which are VERY reasonable (comparatively speaking). They also have installation materials for do-it-yourselfers.Their installers came out 2 days after we chose and bought our countertop material and did the installation within 3 hours. The head installer was very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves. Our countertops look great! Highly recommend them.

Had a great experience. Sales ladies were helpful, and the price was 1/2 the cost of other estimates for a vanity quartz countertop with instal. Instal was friendly and took no time at all. Looks wonderful, they even rounded a corner for us which was not a part of the original job.

Bad customer service. Cant be trust.

Showed the lady pictures, measurements, and what we needed done. Paid up front for materials, labor, and parts. On date of installation, installers want more money. We paid it all for an improperly done and incomplete istallation. I will need to do a lot of fixing and detail finishing i.e. over in up holes, gaps, and caulking. Also, sent wrong color faucet. So annoying!

I wish they can learn the meaning of customer service. I walked in there ready to buy Kitchen Cabinets and Granite countertops and I felt the whole time the guy was giving me attitude and not happy with me for some reason. Even though they have good prices I will not be buying from there. Im scared that If I do buy from there Im going to get ripped off and or they will mess up the cabinets for my kitchen when they install them and I dont want to lose Thousands of dollars for a bad job. My mom really likes the cabinets from there ( She saw the cabinets online) but I dont want to risk buying from there. If I did something wrong I apologize. And I saw the guy giving bad attitude to some other customer too. I hope this doesnt experience doesnt happen to anyone else.

Dont waste your time on this place, the employee barely speaks English and looks like shes there just for the paycheck, bad attitude, unwillingness to help and they want to sell you what they have there on display, they dont do demolition and dont install?? Whats the point then of selling to the public? Just stay away from this place.

2nd time Im buying materials from them and their warehouse is by airport way for you to go down there to pick up your stuff. 2nd time I was there I had to call the office and tell them there is no one at the warehouse its all closed. I had to wait for an hour before anyone shows up.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.....GO TO Lihua on Foster, she gives me much better deals and customer service is much much better trust me

The installer is a scammer. After finish the installation he gave me his ID and asked to write the check to his name, but before I wrote the check I called the store they said “no way”.
