My partner and I came in to the store on a whim, looking to try the Purple mattresses in person. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Rick. He guided us to the Purple beds and explained the difference between the models. After testing them out, we found they were too soft. We were disappointed but really wanted to find the best bed for us. Rick used our input to match us with an amazing mattress that blended our budget with our preferences. We ended up walking out the door with a new mattress and a great experience.

They were very helpful, showing 3 mattresses they thought I would prefer after asking questions to see what type of mattress I was looking for. They let me try the mattresses for a good period of time, leaving me alone, but making themselves available for any questions. I didnt feel any pressure to buy and found a mattress that seems great. It is also nice to know I can return it up to 6 months after purchase if I find I dont like it.

So I came in the evening looking for, you guessed it, a mattress. Its my first time mattress shopping so I was a little disoriented. Shopping here was extremely satisfying. My experience was a good example of how customer service should be. I was treated very professionally by Corey, the store rep. He listened to what I was looking for and offered suggestions based on that. Gabi was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional.He helped me pick out the best TempurPedic mattress and Ergo Smart base that fit my husbands and my own needs. We slept on it the night of purchase and OMG, it made a huge difference. We had a 4-year-old Casper and it was not even that bad but this new set helped make our back pain go away. I know, hard to believe, even on the first night. It is said to take about 21 days to adapt to this mattress and the settings on the base, but we are already there!Thanks so much, Gabi! Originally we had a bit of an issue when trying to pick up our original outlet mattress. The warehouse made a few mistakes and the bed was not in a condition that could be resold. After this, we started working with the store manager of the Cascade Station West location, Corey Covington. I can not overstate how much we loved working with him. Thx sales staff member, Cory. Knowledgeble, friendly and listened to what we needed. We knew what we wanted, Cory helped us to save some $. We were in and out in 25 mins. My sons bed is set up at home and he is really happy with it. Tempur-Pedic medium Hybrid, full size with remote base for an active athlete to recover and rest well and grow. 8 hours per 24 hr day! Is spent resting and recovery. The extra cost is worth it. Great bed.

Its all about the service and this location of Mattress Firm exceeded our expectations. We know we were getting a good product because we did our research, but the salespeople at the store were a delight to work with and went out of their way to make sure we had a good purchase experience. And then there are the delivery guys. They were AWESOME. Very prompt and super friendly. We needed to have our old mattresses bagged for transport and they did that and they taped them up and moved them to our waiting truck in the driveway. They know what they are doing and did not bang any walls or anything on the way in or out.
