We didnt even hesitate to come back! In July we purchased a XL Twin from Rob, the business owner, and he was absolutely awesome! Super friendly, very straightforward, and not pushy in the slightest. We recently came back to get another mattress to replace our old queen. Rob sold us an incredibly comfortable charcoal memory foam mattress set for less than $600 with next day delivery and installation included! What a freakin deal! An amazingly easy and reliable business to work with.My only critique is the delivery guys. The first one looked like he had just rolled out of bed, and neither of them wore shoe covers. They ended up tracking some dirt inside while they were here, and they didnt seem to think twice about it. I thought that was a bit unprofessional on the delivery guys part.Otherwise, 10/10! So glad I came here. I knew I needed a new mattress, but I didnt know how much until my first night on it. Ive been sleeping poorly for weeks on end, tossing and turning. Waking up sweating, constantly changing positions. It got to the point that I couldnt let my back touch the mattress. Burning agony every day. I thought that was just how my back injury had progressed. But now I know it was my mattress. I bought my old one online and it was great for a year, for the price. But not at all what my body needed. I didnt even spend much more than my budget, and I could not be happier. It feels like my pressure points are being cradled by clouds. I havent felt this good in I dont know how long. Thank you guys, so much!!

Excellent, fast, and easy customer service related to a warranty issue. After sending the store a few pictures of the mattress the store reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf. We had an answer in under 30 minutes. A new mattress was delivered to my house within 4 days of reporting the issue. The initial purchase 3 years ago was just as easy and pleasant. I waited to write this review until we had been sleeping in our beds for at least a couple of months. Now that we have, here is my review:As we were just driving around in Beaverton after shopping for other furniture, we saw the sign for Mattress MegaStore. We Beat Amazon And Internet Prices it said. Really?? I guess we gotta stop in and see what this place is all about.My wife and I shopped around at all the big mattress stores. Mattress Firm, Sleep Number, you name it. We shopped at quite a few of the little ones too. We just didnt find what we were looking for... which was, at a minimum, Good Customer Service, quality recommendations and a knowledgable salesperson who cares about what we need and not trying to push us into something more profitable for the business.We found that and much, MUCH more here with Rob, the owner. It was by far the best experience weve ever had in buying a mattress. Rob cares.. He really cares. He cares about what WE need, he listened to us, he explained aspects of owning a mattress that no other place had even known or thought of to tell us. He was so kind, friendly and knowledgable. Not pushy one bit. After we spoke, we felt like we had found the right place. We then shopped around a bit more and after having further negative experiences, we came straight back to Mattress MegaStore and we are so happy that we did. Our bodies and overall wellness thanks us for that decision too! And we thank Rob! After going to a few mattress stores and being appalled at the prices, my husband remembered the Mattress MegaStore and Im so happy he did. We got a king mattress and box spring, pillow top, I forget the brand but one you would recognize, frame and mattress cover for just under $1000. Service was fabulous. We bought it and they held it till it was time for us to move to our new house. Could not be happier and highly recommend!

My family was visiting from out of state and our guest bedroom badly needed a mattress upgrade. We went into the Beaverton store needing to buy same day so that everyone could sleep comfortably. We were able to find a variety of quality mattress choices for the size I needed, the prices were very reasonable, and I was even able to get a low profile box spring. I was happy enough that my parents didn’t have to spend another night tossing and turning on a broken bed, but the customer service also went above and beyond what I have ever experienced before from a mattress store. I dealt with Rob, the owner, in buying a Simmons Beautyrest long distance. Not having any furniture in an apt I was going to relocate to, it was most important to at least have the bed in there as soon as I moved in. It is tricky doing things long distance and out of state, but Rob made the whole thing seamless and easy. He kept the bed in their warehouse till it was time for me to move in and as promised, the bed was delivered within 24 hours of my taking residence there. You cannot beat the quality of the Simmons Black Label Beautyrest but that is a nationwide thing. What you can’t always get; is excellent customer service like this where you can count on it all and makes a world of difference in moving long distance, taking stress off my shoulders to know it was all under control with Rob. I highly recommend this store and if there were 10 stars I would give him that. Thank you so much Rob.
