David, the store manager, was terrific. They carry multiple products across varying needs and price points. My wife and I got everything we needed in less than an hour, at a great price.

The deliver guys showed up with a moldy mattress. Said would take a week for delivery of a new one but we could pick up our selves same day. So after waiting most Sunday for delivery we had to drive across two towns to pick up a mattress.The mattress we saw online was not showing up in the dealers computer so he sold us some noname brand. Manager never did call back about how he said he was gonna make it right. Offerd a 25 gas card. Also never got that. Worst store. Never again! 700$ down the drain. PS mattress is soft and not the firm we tried in the store.

My girlfriend and I had been looking for a great mattress for about a month. We had purchased a mattress at Parklane and did not like it or the customer service overall when we went back so instead of exchanging with them we went to Mattress Firm on Hall Blvd. We were very glad we did! We spoke with Rusty and Daren the first time and went back in and Daren was working and was a very helpful gent. He had a great laid back approach to sales but a wealth of knowledge. He really understood what we were looking for and gave us a great deal on what we bought. I know that we will only go to Mattress Firm in the future and Daren is a great gent to work with.

I just had one of the best experiences purchasing a mattress, and I dont think it ever can be topped. Not only did I get an incredible deal on a mattress and base, but the sales associate who helped me was an incredibly genuine person. Gene has been a tremendous help! I purchased a mattress from here during Presidents Day weekend. This week I learned my mattress was defective. When I contacted Gene again to see how to mend this, he told me to come in and swap it out. I upgraded to a more premium mattress and just paid the difference between the two styles. My mom and I walked in to buy a Mattress that I had researched for on MattressFIRM.com, and when I walked in, the man working there was very welcoming. His name is Gene Pierce and he knew right away what kind of Mattress I was asking for. He pulled it out and laid it down for me on their designated bed frame and let me test it out. He explained what the mattress was made of and even cracked a couple jokes. We sat down at his desk to create an account and purchase the mattress, and he gave me a GREAT deal on it. We walked out of there less than 20 minutes later and everything was set up for Gold Delivery. This way they have people come to my home and set up my new bed for me. I highly recommend getting your mattress at this specific location on SW Hall Blvd, and ask for Gene to help you! I know Ill be back any time I need to buy a bed.

Item was there and available. Salesman told me all about the item. Told me it is a 5 sided mattress protector well it is really 6 sided i need to unzip it and somehow fanagle the thing onto my mattress. Bed is king size but it is two twin mattresses. Torn on the rating number.

All were far more. So I went back to Gene saying he told me so. My fiancé and I came in knowing exactly what mattress we were looking for. Gene not only helped us confirm that, but worked with our budget and within 2 days our mattress was delivered to our door and placed on our frame within minutes. I absolutely love my mattress! Best purchase and now my chronic back pain is at a minimum, where I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night in pain. Gene also made suggestions on adjustments to the mattress that were very helpful (I’m a stomach sleeper). I can’t thank him enough! Great experience!!

It’s right by Washington Square Mall and the prices and deals this company offers are well above what I saw in other stores. After leaving on Sunday I was excited for our new bed, and to leave a great review for Gene. He did a great job educating us on what mattress would work best for us. We scheduled delivery for Tuesday, and took time off during the allotted delivery window to be here when the mattress came. By the end of the delivery window no one had showed up. We called to follow up and they said they couldnt come until Thursday now. Poor communication, and now we need to wait two more days and take more time off of work. Save yourself the aggrevation and order from a company that will stand by its delivery times, or at least reach out to you if they wont be able to deliver when promised.
