Spencer helped me exchange the mattress I purchased on Mattress Firm’ website, because the one we bought just wasn’t working after a month and a half. He was able to help me find the right Purple mattress for us based on any issues we may have (back problems, restless throughout the night, etc) and had me in and out all within my lunch break! Lesson learned, skip the online mattress purchases and just go into the Janzten Beach location! Seriously couldn’t be happier.

Gabby is like a car salesman. Tells you he’s giving you a “great deal” but then I go look on the website and his price is still above the sale price on the website. Then asks me “do we have a deal?” and when I said no I need to think about it his attitude changed and he wasn’t very willing to help me anymore.

Really good service. I didn’t feel like the sales team was pushy. There wasn’t really a high pressure tactic used like at some other stores. Of course, they tried to do the add ons. Overall I would rate the service as great. Selection is good. I came in having been to several places and having done research, but with a little prompting they guided me to something I hadn’t been considering. When I chose to leave and do more research, there was no sales tactic to keep me there. Prices are on par with the other places I went to. They didn’t have pillows bundled in. They even have a program where you can save 5% if you waive your 120 day trial period. Definitely a place you should visit if buying a mattress. Ask for Lauren.

My husband and I went in about a month ago and bought a Tempur Pedic mattress and after giving it a month, decided we didnt love it. We went back in and spoke with Larry and he was absolutely AMAZING! Asked us specifically what we did and didnt love about it, and spent time with us to figure out exactly what we were looking for so that we can confidently exchange the mattress we bought for the mattress we need. So at first the leasing agency app they use would not allow me to access my payment plan but after finally getting ahold of them I was allowed to set up the payments I needed and things were great. As for the service at the store, it was 100%.. they will explain everything for you and show you the different ways to sleep on each bed that benefit the person based on that matress.. I went in looking for memory foam but left with a firm matress with a adjustable base. Did cost a bit more but it wasnt forced or pushed in any way.. after being shown the ropes and testing out some of the beds and answering questions about sleeping patterns we came to this choice being better. The matress is great, durable, and we are happy.. good job guys!

Larry is magic! Little did I know that just popping into a mattress store would not only result with the most magical sleep I’ve had in years, but the owner Larry, who helped me try out different mattresses and find the perfect fit, would make the experience so much fun! He was not only very informative, but had such a wonderful positive attitude. He also got me the best deal possible on my mattress and I even ended up getting one of those adjustable bed frames so I could learn to really be a back sleeper and help heal my shoulders. The whole process was really fun and I was bouncing around on half the mattresses trying them out. Never would I have imagined doing such a spontaneous adult thing like getting a new bed, but having had it for two weeks now, I really couldn’t be happier. I had an old coil mattress that was ‘fine’, but now with my new hybrid memory foam it’s like sleeping on a cloud and I wake up alert and rested, rather than dreamy and keep hitting snooze (although I do stay in bed more just because it’s so comfortable!). Anyway I’m so glad I walked in and got helped by Larry and would recommend checking this store out in particular. Boy has mattress technology come a long way in recent years!

And at the end of the day I ended up going with the brand she started me on, so her intuition and recommendation was spot on!The store has many different options to try, from the popular online brands like Purple and Intellibed, to the well known traditional brands like Sealy and Beauty Rest. If youre going to spend a few thousand dollars on a mattress, it is worth it to try them all out first. I was going to order a Purple mattress online without trying it, but I am so glad I made the choice to go into the store and see for myself what it was like. Definitely not for me!! I ended up going with the Beauty Rest Beyond Plush pillow top mattress. Something I never would have expected to like, as I always thought I preferred a firmer feel. But after comparing them all, that mattress was the most comfortable thing I have ever put my body on.

I had been shopping for mattresses for a while now and just happened to drop into Mattress Firm because it was near several other mattress stores. Ive shopped at mattress firm in the past along with several other major name stores ( BUT THEY AINT GOT NO REVIEW FROM ME!) and was reluctant to return because of the uninformative stand-offish customer service Ive recieved. I honestly was just going to use them as a comparison, but what I got was my needle in the haystack. On first glance I walked in to see a man in a very boisterous jacket finishing with a guest, and an eagerly approaching salesman. I was greeted and welcomed into the store, me trying to only gather some minimal info, and was immediately catered too. He started off by asking what brought me in. I let him know that i was just lookin around and that we had just moved to the area. he asked about some general sleeping habits. This man saw an opportunity to put in effort to someone and didnt just jump at the moment, he made my buying experience. The next thing he did changed my game. We had been talking about the beds and he had made what seemed to be a list of ones to try. This mans hot fresh lunch came in like an oasis in the desert, and this man didnt bat an eye. I know in my head I would have broke focus for sure, and ontop of that we talked for what seemed to be an hour after his food arrived. This man literally looked after my needs and was getting into serious detail about sleep health and how this bed could be my solution to my on going sleep issues. I even tried to get him to eat and I swear he has more patience than the guys who guard the queen of England. The most important aspect of the whole ordeal, was I felt comfortable enough to want to trust these two with my hard earned efforts. Its something that I feel a lot of employees in sales realize is that yes im coming to you to purchase an item with money, but most dont even take the time to realize how hard some of us work to get that, these two hospitable salesmen made me feel catered too.
