A great shop that had what I needed, when I needed it. 10/10 will be back!

I lived in the neighborhood and my bike (that had been sitting unused in a garage for about 2 years) needed a little bit of love ahead of summer. These guys got it in top shape in no time, theyve also been super helpful when Ive had tire issues. Very relaxed, well equipped store with friendly service.

I’ve been riding & racing bikes in all seasons for around15 years here in Oregon and there are few people I trust to work on my bikes: Dylan at TriTech tops that list. His attention to detail and mechanical prowess are apparent when you examine his work. Highly recommend TriTech!

Dylan and Casey are both top notch; excellent service, support, advice and parts. They do a great job and build custom bikes on any budget. They are also great for the Montavilla community, they preach safety and give bike bells to children who dont have them.

Ive been by twice this week during open hours, but both times the door has been locked and the open sign in the window has been off. Very annoying to walk my bike here twice only to have to walk it back it home both times.FWIW, I swung buy Tuesday around 3, and today (Thursday) around 2.

I love this place. These guys are cool. Their bikes are cool. Their shop is cool. And their attitudes are cool. As well as they have all the high end cycling parts, advice, and tools to turn your whip into a tuner.

Ive been here twice recently for a couple quick repairs and I am super happy with the service. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. My new go-to bike shop!

Really appreciated the staff and service I received at the TriTech bike shop! The guys were super fun and chill and helped educate me on the basics of training for my first triathlon. They sat with me and explained different bike options, accessories, shipping, etc. I really felt taken care of and would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone in the Portland area!

I’ve been going to Tritech for years, hands down my favorite bike shop in Portland. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The owner Dylan is a certified Shimano mechanic who has worked for professional racers in Kona and elsewhere. All of the mechanics know their stuff. Whether you race or are just a casual cyclist, they have your back and will work hard to exceed your expectations and get your ride back to you as quickly as possible.

Great new shop with so much to offer! Incredible service, full of friendly faces and very knowledgeable! I love how they’ve incorporated a performance bike shop with a gym, massage therapist and chiropractor. You can get everything done in one place and the massages are AWESOME and incredibly reasonable price wise!

The guys were super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth the price and I spent half of what I thought I was going to..... THE BEST REPAIR SHOP IN PORTLAND!

These gentleman are the only ones I trust in Portland to work on my bikes. After two IronMan, several STP rides, and countless other training miles my bikes need a lot of constant attention. Dylan is always able and happy to fit me into his busy schedule whenever I drop by. I have recommended this shop to my training groups, coworkers, and teammates. I cant say enough good things about this shop, if you are ever in need of a good mechanic look no further!

I feel a bit spoiled to have a bike shop within the training center I train at on a daily basis. I bring my bike in regularly for repair, tune up, or to get it race ready. I recently showed up with my bike in disrepair after an epic bike wreck. Dylan gave me options for the repairs, communicated about the costs and parts that needed to be ordered all with a quick turn around. I’m not bike savvy at all but Dylan is able to explain in a way that I understand.

I am so STOKED on Tritech bikes! When I busted the fork on my late-model Allez, I got the runaround from a bunch of places. Talked to Dylan at Tritech and all he said was, Bring it in!. He found me a fork, had it done within 48 hours of getting the part, and the quality of work was top-notch. They won my business hands-down on that and Ive used Tritech for all of my mechanical needs since. But thats not even close to the whole of it. It felt like my bike was the most important one in the place, and thats pretty rare in a town full of bike shops. Dudes are crazy friendly and super fun to hang out with. Im referring all my friends to Tritech. So, friend...... Im referring you!
