The team here was beyond outstanding from start to finish. During showroom appt the team was attentive and willing to quote multiple options for quartz on the spot (others had to send a quote a day or two later) and even being upfront about cost savings options elsewhere for cabinet doors for our situation. Lots of quartz options with better pricing than others in the area that offered exact same brand/colors. Install lead time was shorter than others by 1-2 months and when someone cancelled we were able to get bumped up very quickly. Install crew arrived prepared for the job and were very attentive in protecting appliances and keeping dust/debris to a bare minimum. After job was complete they made sure to stick around to verify the clearance/fit of appliances and explain how to clean the new quartz.

I met 5 stores and this is the best one. Extremely professional and fast service. In particular, Ian, the store manager, always knows what customers want and gives useful advice. Ian always helps you get the right product for your desires and budget. I am very pleased with my new kitchen.

Budget Granite just finished installing granite slab countertops in our kitchen. Ian was great to work with and helped me find exactly the slab and pattern I wanted. He even recommended a contractor Budget has worked with for a long time to use for the demo and finishing so I didnt need to spend more time looking for one. The installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional, answering all of our questions and even helping us out with a little hiccup we ran into during the process. We recently moved to Portland from out of state and knew we needed to renovate our kitchen right away. Budget Granite was quick to respond to our inquiry and we made an appointment to meet with them. Right away we felt at ease and they did everything they could to make the process simple for us. They gave us a list of contractors and after reaching out to their list and a list from our realtor, we ended up choosing one of their contacts for the job. He worked with Budget Granites team on planning and scheduling, which made the process smooth. From demo to completion, we had a new kitchen in less than a month and its beautiful! We love our cabinets and countertops and I cant say enough about how professional they were. They took extra care to get every angle just right in our older, slightly wonky house. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves as they worked. All their staff wore masks at all times and they were all such nice people to work with. They were communicative and dependable, showing up and doing what they said they would. It could have been a nightmare to renovate a kitchen in a city where we dont have many contacts and during a pandemic, but Budget Granite made this a wonderful experience!

Do not judge a book by its cover. Finding Budget Granite in NE Portland on Sandy Blvd was completely random. We had been getting price quotes for quartz countertops for our kitchen from larger and more well know businesses. A trip to Budget Granite was the best thing that could have happened. They have super pricing for both material and instillation. They have access to the same brand name quartz material as any other retailer. This family own business is well established. They are very responsive and prompt with email replies and/or phone calls. The team of installers are equally as amazing. I would highly recommend them!

We purchased a countertop for a custom built bathroom vanity. They used an off cut and we paid about half retail. The end product is beautiful and durable. Two years later and it still looks as good as new. We’ll be going back for kitchen countertops.

This was my first venture into remodeling a kitchen. I did not know where to begin with the countertops when a friend suggested Budget Granite Counter. I had no idea what I was looking for, so Ian took the time to explain the different materials available and show me examples.It was easy to make a choice from their lovely selections.Now what? An appointment was made for a couple of weeks later to measure for the counters and make a template. They were concerned that the seams be placed as inconspicuously as possible. The install date was just a week away. Two installers arrived and commenced their work. I had no idea how much was involved and how long it took. The results were meticulous. I love my new counters!From selection to scheduling to measuring to installation, everyone I deal with was professional and clearly communicated their process. 5 stars for sure!

Fit was absolutely perfect on a very difficult configuration and you have to really search to find the one seam. The polish is perfection and the edges just beautiful. Wow, I can’t believe this place doesn’t have more reviews. I needed a small counter for my vanity and comparison shopped 4 places (including the cheap 90s style countertops from the discount place a contractor friend recommended) - they undercut the competition by $100+ and the result fits perfectly. I could not be happier with the product. Also, I interacted with 4 different employees during the process and everyone was thorough, pleasant, and organized. These folks know what they’re doing, and you can’t beat the price!!

From start to finish, our experience with Budget was flawless. We first met with Wen, one of Budgets cabinet specialists who was so wonderful in helping guide my husband and I through the process of choosing the right cabinets and countertops for our kitchen. He really took the time to listen (not a quality that all sales people possess) and then made recommendations based on our wishes, with a few tweaks based on his experience and knowledge. We got an estimate which we felt was very reasonable based on what we were looking for and then it was game on. Wen gave us our timeline, was an excellent communicator every step of the way, and was always quick to get back to us with any questions or concerns we had. Both he and his install team were punctual, professional and friendly and even came through to fix some minor damage that our contractor had done to our beautiful new counters, which was really above and beyond. We will be working with Budget again for an upcoming bathroom remodel and would recommend them to anybody looking for a great experience with your cabinet and countertop needs!

I highly recommend Budget Granite. We had a huge project, remodeling our first home and the kitchen needed a major face lift. We didnt know where to start and Ian walked us through the entire process multiple times (I was pretty indecisive). Even picking cabinet colors were difficult!I had envision an open kitchen concept with a raised bar but had limited kitchen space. How do you maximize space?!? Well, Budget made it happen for us. We now have a beautiful curved bar!! Yes, they convinced me and soft closed cabinets with quartz countertops. Pictures would not do it justice. We were so happy with the results and even added a new countertop for our double bathroom sink.Budget Granite is the best. Not only were they affordable, their service was excellent and they help bring our dream kitchen to life! We couldnt have picked a better place. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Never tiring or losing interest as we made changes and modifications to the design. Outstanding quality & outstanding workmanship. We chose Budget Granite Counter Tops for replacing old laminate counters with new pre-fab quartz countertops, and we are very pleased. Julia, in the showroom, was informative and helpful, and able to work with my rough-drawn scratch-paper sketch to produce a couple (very reasonable) quotes very quickly...as in we personally only had a 15 minute block of free-time to be in the showroom, so we told her what we wanted, were shown what they have, given general pricing... I think she emailed a quote within the hour. Ian and Norman came to measure and were friendly, professional, and prompt. Norman measured a second time to make sure everything was right a couple days before install, made some suggestions that I agreed would be great (and didnt change the price, even), and told me exactly what we needed to do for prep (we did demo ourselves). The actual installers did great work and were also friendly. They even laid down floor coverings from the front door all the way across the wood floors to our kitchen, to keep the mess down...in stark contrast to the sewer repair company that just tracked mud all through my house. I highly recommend Budget Granite--I definitely am pleasantly surprised by the level of service and quality of craftsmanship we received from a company with Budget in its name!
