Kitchen Concepts In Oregon cares about their customers (not just the high end clients, but also the folks on a budget like me). Over the last8 years they have provided me with excellent service through two kitchen remodels. Everything was delivered and installed on time and I will be using them again for my next remodel. Their in house designers will take your kitchen space and make the most of it.

It took Mandy almost a week to get us pricing on a very simple countertop layout. Thats ok, its COVID, the home improvement industry is going nuts right now. However, when I had follow up questions, I received no response to two different emails. We were happy with the quoted price, but went with a different source for our countertops.

We had a rough idea of the pantry/wine rack/cabinet that we wanted. Mandy took it from there. It looks gorgeous! So well made and the wood is beautiful. Installation was a breeze by their installer. We couldnt be happier with the service from start to finish. Excellent customer service!!

Very good experience. I had them build a cabinet to match my old cabinets and it was a perfect match. It was too deep once I brought it home but I called them, brought it back and they took care of it right away and its perfect. Rod, John and Mandy were great helpers. Much better than Dewhils in Vancouver. Thank you so much!!!

Could not deliver our kitchen per our contract. There are 37 better companies here in Portland.

Very disappointed in the scheduling of kitchen remodel with this company. Our contractor scheduled our remodel around the cabinet and countertop install. Cabinets were scheduled for installation 8/1. We have our appliances being delivered on that date as well. Countertop templates were scheduled for 8/4 with install the following week. Now we are being told they cant do templates until 8/18 with install the following week. It sucks to have our kitchen tore apart an extra 2 weeks when we could have put off demo for two weeks. We have even scheduled vacations to be home for the installs. Now were burning vacation time for nothing. Very frustrating. They might do good work but this is our experience so far.
