Love Love Love my cabinets! I worked with Kristine Scholer and she was amazing. She was so patient with me as I was making decisions on my dream home cabinets. She designed my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. She stayed within my budget but still giving me exactly what I wanted. Great quality cabinets that are gorgeous.

What a great place to buy cabinets and appliances, I highly recommend checking them out, under new ownership by some awesome people.

As a General Contractor its important I have vendors I can trust to get the job done right. General Builders have come through for me time and time again.

General builders supply helped me redo my kitchen and bathrooms. They are absolutely wonderful! Got the job done in a timely manner and Im very satisfied with the finished product!!!Highly recommend them 😀😀😀

I recently bought some cabinets from this place and when I opened the boxes after they delivered I was not pleased at all. The corner supports were not glued on both sides and some of the doors had boards that were way darker than the rest and looked way out of place. I called to see if they would correct this problem and never got called back.If I could rate them a zero I would.

John their territory manager just blew off the second appt. I set up with him personally. No call no explanation. Helluva way to conduct business. I would not recommend General Builders Supply if you are serious about getting anything done.

Stay away from John Campbell. Lack of communication and delays. No response to phone calls and delayed response to emails and very unprofessional attitude. Ordered a wrong door style even when he had my sample for a month. Completely unprofessional, rude and abhorrent person to deal with. I will certainly escalate his case with the companys management.

The work is shoddy, the service nonexistent. . They did finally replace a cabinet but left the old one with all the packaging and cutting mess in my garage. Weve tried multiple times to get Chris to call us back with no luck, and the replacement cabinet has started to fall apart. If anyone deserves to go out of business, its these guys.

I called on May 15th to ask about purchasing some cabinet skins. The sales person working back in cabinets said that he would look into it for me. I emailed him a photo of my cabinet, so he could see the color that I was looking for. A week goes by, and I dont hear anything back from Tony. I called on May 22 @ 4:30pm, and I guess the store decided to close early. I left a message. No one called me back. I called again on Tuesday May 26th around noon, and still no one could help me. I got transferred to VM and no return calls. This place is a joke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THEM.

Zero stars. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I gave this company 20k for new kitchen cabinets over 6 months ago, and the list of complaints is too long for this review board. Work is still not done, wrong parts, terrible employees (Lou and manager Chris S.), horrible communication, horrible quality. I am being treated like I ordered a $150 set of cabinets from home depot.Seriously, avoid this company at all costs.

John Campbell is the worst measuring person, nothing was correct. He is rude, tells you what he thinks you should do and what YOUR budget is, not what we wanted and he didnt know what kind of money I was spending on the house!. Then the kitchen arrived and nothing is measured correctly, and he refused to remake them, even if the doors are not the same size. I would never recommend this company to anyone! It seems that the company as a whole is rude and bad to work with!

After three weeks, John had still not ordered my replacement shelf. I got tired of missed phone calls and lost promises. I would hate to see how long a bigger project takes. Do not go here. Eastbank Interiors helped me same day!

This is the worst cabinet company in the NW. Please do not support this business in any way. If you do you will regret it.

Very contractor-centric when you first walk in, but Chuck was a pleasure to talk with.
