Great price on a vanity I was looking for. Nice to buy it and install it the next day. No waiting for it to be built and shipped. Good service good price. I will be coming back here when I remodel my kitchen.

Great help here. Unfortunately the stock cabinets did not fit our needs. Would reccomend them if you want to see cabinets in person before ordering them. Good value.

I have no idea why there are some negative reviews here. I had the best experience there. Its an outlet store, so of course, there arent fancy cabinets and high end showrooms. You get bargain deals. I actually opted for purchasing custom cabinets since I had a really odd shaped area that had to be custom. This was for a small apartment that we will be renting out. I walked into the store and immediate Michael assisted me. I showed him my design and my budget and he worked with me on options. I got 2 different quotes for online companies that dont even come out and measure your cabinets and Parr was the best deal. The lead time was 5-6 weeks, but the other companies much longer like 12-14 weeks. Michaels communication was excellent throughout my transaction. The cabinets came and they were great quality. I had my own contractors install them. The contractors even acknowledge that the quality was great. I also had a drawer that looked like it was broken. But, Michael sent me a video on what I could do to fix it and it worked. It wasnt broken it wasnt aligned right because the guys who installed my countertop didnt install it back correctly. I highly recommend this company.

Great selection of rejected cabinets but the spare parts section is the best. They sell brand new random sized doors for $3 each. They have pulls and hinges and drawer slides. They are great

Just called this place for some idea of what they offered before I made the drive down there and I was clearly nothing but an inconvenience for the gentleman that answered the phone. Businesses really cant afford to turn away customers with apathy and irritability nowadays. I need his product and I have a healthy budget and Im ready to buy but Ill be buying elsewhere.

Got our new kitchen cabinets here and they look great. We got our quartz countertop from NW Marble and Granite and the installers liked our cabinets and design so much they asked where we got them. One said he was glad his wife didnt see them or hed be getting new cabinets himself.

Dont look like 1000s cabinets to me. Price ranges ok

My parents are remodeling their kitchen and used them to purchase some new cabinets. They asked me to pick them up for them in my truck. Quick and easy pickup. Friendly staff.

The staff are helpful and friendly, willing to make a deal but not pushy at all. They were awesome about loading my purchases securely in my vehicle for me. They even asked if I had help to unload at the other end! I will definitely be back for more cabinets in the future.

Prices are reasonable. Salespeople are knowledgeable, lead time is 5-6 weeks which seems long.

I bought for Corner cabinets at $100 each and theyre made out of plywood. I felt like I got a really good price and I can install them myself. I felt like the customer service was lacking a little bit, however I did buy them basically from a warehouse facility, so that didnt really bother me too much.

This is a small warehouse with discounted cabinetry. I was there 20 minutes--no one acknowledged me and I could not find anyone to offer assistance. This is a good place for budget conscious shoppers who are not committed to a specific style

Bjorn himself is worth the visit

Great place with good deals on cabinets. Too bad Ron is there to tank customer experience. I had a terrible time dealing with this sales guy. I ended up cancelling my order here because of his attitude. Despite being an easy customer to deal with, Ron was rude throughout the ordering process. He lectured me regularly, was slow to get back to me, and spent an incredible amount of time on the phone telling me how my $10k order didnt really matter and the factory would get to it when they could. He even told me I shouldnt I shouldnt care about when the cabinets would come in or when the installers would get to it. Right, because its not like the flooring, counter top, and painting contractors dont need to work around cabinets...smh. My order also included installation and he couldnt even give me a rough window for when we could sit down and find a estimated date for them to do the install. If thats the experience prior to even getting the order going, I want nothing to do with Ron or DIY Cabinets during the delivery and installation phase. Really disappointing experience.

Sat down with a knowledgeable sales person and was able to identify what we wanted straight away.

Poor customer service and when he did come over the first thing out of his mouth was I see you found the cheapest ones. told me I couldnt take his sample granite piece, as though I was going to steal it. I almost shoved it into his hand and walked out. What he didnt know is I had cash to spend today to completely redo my kitchen. $15,000 to $25,000 walked out of his door never to return. They got one star because I found some things I would have bought. Not now!

Nice alternative to home depot for inexpensive cabinets.

This place has been taken over by Parr Lumber within the past couple months. I went in recently and immediately noticed the quality of cabinets was better than my previous visits a couple years ago. It appears to me they are carrying a different line of cabinets than before. Most cabinet boxes were constructed of plywood rather than MDF. I think visitors need to realize that being an outlet means youll be waking around a very large warehouse, you wont have the same level of attentiveness of staff compared to full price cabinet business and the cabinets are in the outlet for a reason - such as slight defects, often hidden, mis-ordered or returned items, production over-runs, etc. If you expect a full design service and made to order custom cabinets, this isnt the place for you. But if youre looking to replace or update a standard size bathroom vanity, for example, youll find several nice options available. Personally, I like to browse outlet and warehouse places without being hassled by sales people. But whenever Ive had a question, I went to the office and found friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Jeff was very helpful and patient with us as we made up our minds. He drew up a model of what it would look like and really helped us customize the plans to fit our needs.

They give you time to look around no high-pressure sales people I think for the most part they are very helpful and would like you to make your own decisions on your cabinets seem to be very experienced employees Thank you Grant
