There is plenty of choice on offer here of both Modern and Classic cars and also a good variety of merchandise from the television series as well. Roger Barr - I would like to correct something out there on the internet. There is a video out there that supposedly has facts about me. While I am still handsome and breathing, I would like my fans to know two facts # 1 I have not retired. I kept asking to come back to work and was told no work, then, in the mail I received a notice that I was involuntarily terminated. Yep, not even over the phone or in person..just let go. I found another job which I am really enjoying at The Paddock Classic Car Restorations in New Britain CT.

When my father told me we want to have his 1989 Lamborghini Countach fix the only place that I could think of F40 Motorsports.Since watching the TV show Chasing Classic Cars I thought I had a good understanding of the shop and their level of professionalism, and boy was I wrong.After spending nearly a small fortune repairing his Lamborghini and making numerous phone call to the shop regarding their poor workmen ships my father car is still in the shop at a local Lamborghini dealership basically having the work redone by actual professional.As the saying goes don’t believe the hype!!! If you have a vintage car and it needs repair I would stay away from this shop!!!

If you buy a car from this guy have it THOROUGHLY inspected first. I bought a Ferrari from him and it became an absolute nightmare and very expensive. Almost got me killed on the highway. I was very naive and thought because of his TV persona he was a straight guy.

Bought an 80 Trans Am, they shipped it to Jersey, detailed the car for a cheap price. Great deal, honest and respectful salesmen. Its a great overall dealership

Dropped a car off was a great experience

Wanting to buy a Ferrari, but after talking with the woman answering phone, and being told I would get a call back, ive made over 6 calls, in the last two months, and no one has ever called me back,Ive decided to purchase elsewhere, I guess waiting a couple months for a return call is acceptable, or they just have so much money they dont need mine.So nearly 2 months after I contacted them the first time, Mike calls, all happy and chipper like wasting my time waited for a return call is no big deal, I told him I didnt like my time wasted and I was not impressed with his way of doing business, I found a Ferrari dealer in Dallas and within two days of making my first call to them I purchased two cars.F40 tv show is great, the real life business is horrible.

Boy there are some nice cars here. I stop most times when Im driving by and try really hard not to drool (too much) ☺

This isnt the Chasing Classic Cars site, so please stop reviewing the TV show!From what I see on the dealerships website, being on a TV show, seems to make them think they can ask crazy above even auction prices. Ill be doing my buying elsewhere.

I am a big fan of the show. On my way up to Barrett Jackson at Mohegan Sun I stopped at your lot. I looked at a black Mercedes S class that was parked out front. It was a little pricey. I was a little disappointed because my impression from tv was that you pay a lot of attention to details. The brake calipers on the Benz were oxidized badly. I expected the car to be spotless.

I totally agree with Mr. Browns assessment. Please stop oohing and aahing over the tv show, which by the way I do enjoy.However, that being said, the asking prices for most of their cars are extremely high, some of them bordering on absurd.

Wayne even said on his TV Show that he USUALLY prices his cars a little higher than they are listed for using the Hagerty dot Com Valuation tool!Now just because a car is listed at a high price doesnt mean it will sell for that price! That gives a car salesman a higher price to wiggle with no different than Ted Vernon does. Albeit Ted rarely keeps cars for sale around $1MM!Unfortunately when a business with a small office staff sometimes customers can get lost in the hustle. This of course is an unfortunate part of doing business.Since the TV Show started Waynes attention and dedication to F40 has probably increased four fold. And profits have gone through the roof. He also does charity work for Autism Speaks and a charity that works with Children with Cancer. So I imagine his dance card is very full.And another happening that has HAPPENED since the beginning of the TV show is the Collector Car Market has gone through the roof. Just look at the historical data at Hagertys and one can see that when people stopped investing in precious and non-precious metals and to a lesser degree the stock markets and industrial averages that some Collectors Cars have have increased to the point of mad. Four Cam Ferraris and the Daytonas have recovered. Porsche 959s and Carrera GTs and especially the McLaren F1s have quadrupled for some version i.e. the LM model. And that is a very small list but unfortunately the American brands havent rode the ride like other foreign brands if made after circa 1950 and forward. But we will always have the Tuckers, early Packards, Duesenbergs and the rare prewar Cars that folded after the war was over.I cannot personally offer an apology for those individuals on behalf of Wayne, his staff and F40 Motorsports in general. But as the saying goes ISH HAPPENS, you can probably imagine where I was going with the word ISH! If I could offer an apology on their behalf I would for all my dealings have been Top Notch.
