Salvaged titles get a bad wrap but these can’t be set apart from basically brand new! I wanted to buy a car while i was only able to view it online. The team at Konkin were very helpful by meeting on a zoom call to show me around the vehicle and let me send an inspector out to look at specific things. The vehicle in question had been in a wreck and repaired, and the Konkin team was very honest and upfront with that information in the beginning of communication. I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle and never felt like I was being tricked. Though I did not end up purchasing the vehicle in question, I will stay tuned to their listings to see if another deal comes around.

Bought a Red Subaru Crosstrek (50k miles) which ended up having unknown issues with the motor. Konkin picked up my car, put a new motor in it (with less miles) and returned it. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the assurance that they will not be ignored after they drive off the lot.5 stars all day!

Also, Dennis was very helpful and walked us through the whole process, including why the vehicle we wanted was a rebuilt title, to specialty loans for rebuilt titles as well as how to get the DEQ completed and the paperwork off to the DMV. He explained that 95% of their current vehicles were rebuilt titles and that certain lenders won’t approve loans for rebuilt titles. These guys were spectacular. Purchased a salvage/rebuilt title vehicle and they were fully transparent about the cars history, the shop did an amazing job with the repairs, car drives like a dream. When they say they take pride in their shop’s work, it shows. Even the 3rd party shop that did the pre-purchase inspection said it’s one of the better salvage repairs that they’ve seen. Dennis assisted us from start to finish and was very helpful and easygoing throughout. Buying our vehicle here was completely painless. We had a mechanic come out to inspect before we bought, as these are salvaged vehicles. A few (very) minor issues but we were otherwise shocked to learn the vehicle was in great shape considering it had been totaled not long ago. We were bummed no one was wearing a mask during a pandemic, but we conducted business outside. Overall a very good experience and recommended.

Worked very well on my purchase of a 2011 WRX, i was out of state and they worked with me to make sure i got the car on the day i was available, car was in very good shape for a 10 year old car upon pickup and have had no issues since pickup, car did have a tpms light on but konkin gave me a brand new sensor with it, this is an honest dealership and one of the better dealerships i’ve ever worked with. 5 stars!

Excellent service! We were expecting being babysat and haggling prices, but it was the exact opposite.They gave us privacy with test driving and looking at vehicles. When we asked for information, they were very upfront about it. There were no rose colored glasses on the whole way through, making it easy to make a decision. They also have exceptional pricing! Please read!I recently purchased a 2015 4runner from out of state and overall, it was a pretty easy buying experience. Both Rod and Dennis were helpful to me and I placed my trust in them to wire the money without ever seeing the vehicle. Overall, I am very happy with the vehicle but there is a few things that I thought are worth mentioning. There is a chip in the windshield that I wasnt informed about which isnt a big deal but it would have been nice to hear about it. The second thing is it said service required so I took it in to the local auto shop and it turns out that it needed an oil change and they also informed me that it needs a new battery and the transmission fluid changed. Again, not the biggest deal, but it would have been nice to know so I could have worked those maintenance things into the price.

Dennis was a pleasant and honest person to work with. Shared the Carfax as well as the insurance photos as well as all of the maintenance and parts done to the car. When we brought it up to Rod he made the process to get it fixed so simple and easy we brought it back to him and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The next time I am in the market for a car I will come to him.

I came to Konkin Auto Group to look at a 99 Toyota 4runner. After test driving the truck I offer cash for the truck and wasnt a good enough offer for them to take. After looking around for a few days I decided I would pay the ask for vehicle in cash. My wife called to set up an appointment for the next day to come in and drive the car herself. About 2 hours later they call me back to tell me they just spoke with another person who would pay the asking price and they put a hold on the vehicle. Not a big deal. During that week we see them put the add up again on the truck so we call them and they say the truck is still on hold. So we wait the full week on the hold and still the truck is there and is having trouble being sold. My wife calls them and they reply that the truck has to be sold at the end of the day or we have the option to buy. We were told that we would recieve notice either way. So we wait until the next day and havent heard back and I call them and am told that the truck was placed on hold another week to give the same person more time to get a loan. I really dont understand there business practices and was completely shocked at how unprofessional this dealership was. Look other places and dont come to this dealership because they will just waist your time running you in circles.

We wanted a second car and wanted to get a good deal. We found Konkin through Autotrader.com and did not realize they sold a lot of branded titled vehicles. All we had seen was they had a lot of late model cars and the miles vs prices were good, so we went to check them out. Mark was helping us and right up front he told us that a lot of their vehicles were branded titles. We were immediately concerned. He went on to tell us all abot the vehicles, they had detailed Car Faxes on everyone and had photos of the prior damage. We loved that he was so ooen about it. And he took a lot of time letting us look over the vehicles and drive them. We ended up purchasing a vehicle, and took it to the dealer for a service and inspection. We figured there would be very minor issues which would need to be addressed. We did not tell them about the history of the car. The did not find ANYTHING wrong with it and said it was a very good car and when we told them of what we had paid, the dealer told us we got a.hell of a deal! Very happy, will buy again.

We had a great experience. Dennis was easy to work with and made the process simple. No high pressure sales. Suggested different loan options to our benefit. Upfront with the cars information. Would recommend them to others.

Loved this place. I have been searching for a car for almost 6 months, playing the game of trying to get a car at a reasonable price and being fed up with shady car salesman trying all kinds of tricks to get me to buy a car for more than it is worth. The owner Ron is a great guy, and was not trying to push this car on me. Felt comfortable with just checking out the car and not like he was pressuring me to buy the car. We came to a compromise and I got a great running car and a great deal.
