Personable and Professional. I was greeted after having received an estimate from one of the installers. I went to the store to pick out the carpet and floor and was sent home with the samples to choose from.Thanks to Jorge, after his visit he shared what would happen and how long it would take. You cant beat the price. Compare for yourself. True to word from the start. Appreciated some furniture being moved around to make things happen. A couple touch ups needed but worth every penny. I did get one of the best estimates while shopping around. But I’m pretty sure that you’re required to have a license when doing any interior finishes on a home, including carpet installation, and the independent contractor that Dean from Carpet Kingdom sent out to us DID NOT have a license. We promptly took our business elsewhere, and I am advising anyone to check for a ccb license to protect yourself and your home!

The guys did a great job, provided a good price and were really pleasant to work with. Top of the line! I shopped around and these guys were the best. Why deal with scraps when you can get it done right for a few bucks more. Thank you!

Just like is says, lots of carpet options are found here! They have other flooring supplies too like some vinyl, laminate, and tile options. We were browsing, the service was just fine. They offered help, but let us do our thing while we just looked.

We checked all around for carpeting, and it turned out the best deal was right down the street on 102nd. Dont be fooled by the Big Store TV advertisements, or the Home improvement store. You just wont find a better price or selection than Carpet Kingdom. Tom Gauthier is a great guy to work with and his installer (Francisco) is just incredible. Very fast, efficient and professional. It was really amazing to watch him work. We are so very pleased with the job he did and with our new carpet. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Such a great experience! I went in to get a quote and ended up getting a measure within the same 15 minutes! They dont charge for the measure, have awesome prices and we will be getting the carpet installed tomorrow (only a week after measure!). Home Depot was a higher price and would have been TEN weeks out. Im so happy I went local.

Dean had exactly what I wanted for a great price.

I came out of this transaction feeling like I got scammed. I have a 1,000 square ft house (minus kitchen and bathrooms which I wasn’t reflooring) and purchased both laminate flooring and carpet through Carpet Kingdom. I already had one professional estimate when I went in there, complete with measurements and material estimates. Carpet Kingdom decided to have their contractor do a separate estimate and the material estimate was much higher. They came up with 1,400 square feet of material needed (remember, I had 1,000 sq ft or less of house to refloor) When I asked my sales person Tom about this rather large discrepancy, he seemed to get irritated and explained that carpet can only be laid in one direction, yada yada. Then from across the room his partner (son I think) came over and started waving an estimate from another customer in my face and told me about how the customer had initially taken the measurements and then the contractor went out and measured and the customers estimate was 32 yards short.I understand that you have to order a little extra material, but 400 sq ft seemed excessive to me. I went ahead and agreed to it and paid for it because I needed it done, but their reaction to my questioning the amount of material doesn’t leave me with a good feeling. It seemed very polished and we’ll rehearsed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they over order on a regular basis. There was very little material left over after my install, by the way. As for the install, it was done pretty poorly, especially the laminate. It wasn’t installed very tightly and he tried to leave a couple of pieces of the existing laminate in place. Not sure why. He had to come back twice to get everything correct. Not done well but correct. I would not do business with them again.
