After for shopping around for a stair runner, the arrogance and pricing were all over the board.The last place I checked out was Carpet Outlet, working with Rich, an upbeat, positive, and genuine person.Although they were obviously busy with much larger orders, they gave me the time and attention I needed, letting me take samples home and answering all questions. I placed the order; the installer was on time, respectful, and professional.Although there was an issue, with the placement of the landing piece, they came back made it right with no hassle whatsoever, not to mention their pricing was better than anyone else’s, by far.Without question, I would have these guys out again and would recommend them or any carpet job you’re considering.

I dont know how this company is getting high reviews. We hired them to carpet one room with the intention of hiring them to eventually carpet our entire home. Rich Holly said he would match the color of the old carpet as close as possible.We paid $800.00 for a small room and the color was absolutely not closely matched. Our old carpet is a dark tanish-brown, the carpet they matched as close as possible is a very very light cream color. Night and day. Weve had two contractors come to our home for estimates. One was shocked and the other laughed. My family has owned a contracting business in another state for 50 years. I sent them pictures and they stated: it looks like they used left over carpet from another job.We took our crawl-space cover to Lowes and they match it. The are coming to do a couple rooms until we decide move in. We would rather pay more at Lowes and get the job done right.I wish I could post the pictures we have.

If you are a smart shopper who loves super deals on high quality carpet and top-notch customer service, then this is the place for you. When I first got to the warehouse, I noticed a wide variety of huge rolls of carpeting piled on the floor, and smaller rolls propped up along the wall. I admit that I felt a bit out of place in a warehouse, but I was immediately greeted by Rich, who made me feel at ease. He went above and beyond to find a quality top name carpet that would meet my needs. The measurer and installers who came to my home were professional, on time, and thorough. From start to finish, this was easily the best experience that I’ve had finding carpet. In the end, I saved $3000 over other quotes and ended up with a higher quality product. I agree with the other reviewer who said this place is a gem!

We saw the good reviews for carpet outlet so we thought we’d give it a chance. Brandon was great. He helped us pick out the perfect carpet and the install was scheduled within about three or four days. The installers were great. Very efficient and got the whole job done in one day. We will definitely return to carpet outlet next time we need carpet.

This place is a hidden gem, as it’s hiding in plain sight. The sign is small and the door is located inconspicuously on the side of the building, but they have a large inventory and the salesperson was very helpful. As soon as I walked in I was helped and even offered a discount on a carpet to offset the delivery fee. And when the carpet was delivered, Brandon took it up the stairs for me and helped unroll it too. I’m very happy with the quality of the carpet and highly recommend this store for the service I received from them. It was outstanding and I had a new carpet in one day!

They had just what I wanted at a fair price

I called my neighborhood carpet store to see if I could buy a scrap of any color for my back porch mud/dog room. They said probably about 20 buck, which i had no problem with. But then I came in and they gave me a beautiful white scrap for free! Just what i wanted!! Thank you so much i love my free carpet scrap and i REALLY appreciate it!!👏🏼🙌🏼

I had a great experience with Carpet Outlet. They were quick to give me the information I needed over the phone so I could getting an idea of what my project was going to cost. When I arrived at the store they continued to be super helpful and informative since I had no experience with this process - no hard sells or pressure. When we got the official measurements and did the quote, the numbers came in right where I expected them to. The installers arrived when they said they would and got the job done on time. The place looks great!

Because I was in a rush for my carpeting project (and Im new to town), I resigned myself to going to Home Depot and getting carpet/supplies from them. Well, not only were they unhelpful, the carpet and padding I chose were a two-week wait. So while still in the aisle, after a quick google search, I found/called Carpet Outlet and not only were they able to fit me in at the end of the day on a Saturday, but they were super helpful and friendly and had HDs prices beat by hundreds of dollars overall for similar quality product, to boot! The time between my initial phone call and getting the carpet cut and loaded onto my van was under an hour! Definitely recommended!!

Great prices but limited selection of in stock goods

I just had new carpet in my home office installed. I made one visit to the store with my measurements and took home some samples. When I decided which one I wanted, I was able to call in my order. I was happy with the pricing. They got me on the schedule right away with about a two week wait. The installer was efficient, friendly, and did a great job.

I’ve passed by this place a million times, so today when it came time for me to finally tackle my flooring project I decided to give them a try. Ron was EXTREMELY helpful, patient, and willing to explain things for my first time carpet DIY job! He made sure I thought everything through and had all the materials and supplies I needed, and when it came time to crack open the wallet the price was unbeatable! Even the modestly priced install tool kit rental is very well stocked. I’m more than happy with the level of service, price, and quality of product. Makes me happy to keep my money in the neighborhood, Carpet Outlet definitely deserves it!

Every time I have been to carpet outlet they are very kind and helpful! Anytime I need some carpet I go there and they have a large selection that I find always meets my needs. Great pricing and extremely helpful employees!
