Terrible customer service. They sent me out the wrong product and they want me to pay in order to return the old product and pick up the new. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in the industry. I will never send a customer here again.Additional information... the owner just replied but did not tell the whole story.They are forcing my hand to drive hours in order to return the product which they shipped that was their fault. Therefore costing me money rather than just getting me the correct product with no strings attached. At the very least they could offer a prepaid shipping label to return the other product. Once again. Terrible customer service.

CFM Gresham is convenient both in location, an easy turn off Hwy 84, and with product, one can review so many material options in one place. Mickelle is the representative who helped me. She was amazing throughout all the choices I needed to make - carpet in 2 areas of the house, hardwood flooring, and solid kitchen countertop. I like to explore my options and she was so helpful to answer questions but also gave objective opinion when asked. I do not make decisions quickly and she stayed positive and helpful throughout my journey.

Roger and the staff were awesome and extremely helpful. Roger took the time to talk with us to find out the best carpet options that fit our budget. We brought our son sawyer in with us and they didn’t seem bothered at all by him wondering and playing with the samples, they even gave him candy when we left.

Brandi provided top assistance with the entire process of selecting our shower tile, checking on its availability with the vendor and quickly checking us out. As we were in a bit of a hurry, having such attention and quick service was wonderful! She even emailed our contractor the details of the order and the expected delivery date. My contractor, Modern Homecrafter, recommended CFM in Gresham and it was the best thing. I was able to pick out the tile, the vanity, the grout, everything I needed in one place. Blade, the cabinet salesman, was incredibly helpful to me as I got to pretty much design the vanity just the way I wanted it. He was responsive and knowledgeable and great to work with. Eden was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to ordering the tile and providing a recommendation for the countertop (which I used). Everyone in this store is so friendly and helpful. Makes me eager to start our next home improvement project!

Our builder sent us to CFM to pick out various tiles, carpets, flooring and a host of other fun stuff. A great store and great people! Weve used the store at 181st ave in Gresham, and McKenzie, John, and Roger have all shown extraordinary patience with our changing our minds on items and cheerfully pull out another sample for us to check out.CFM is designed for builders and contractors and in order to take advantage of their prices (in many cases half of what youll see in a store) you need to have a builder that is on their list. Beyond that, your builder needs to tell the store to share his price with you (and, IMO, if your builder is not willing to be upfront on his cost - look for another builder!)The people at CFM also are very skilled and experienced in their design ideas and gave us many helpful insights in picking out the best materials for our project.

I recently visited the Gresham store on a Wednesday evening and I have to say the showroom was spotless, welcoming and full of wonderful things for my clients to ooh and ahh! We were so appreciative of the convenient locations since my clients live in Hood River it was a really great mid way point, and the fact that they had hours until 7pm on Wednesdays was REALLLLLLLLY helpful for my clients. Evening appointments can be hard on sales staff and we were greeted as if it was opening hours! Cant say enough about this great team and the super organized space!!! THANK YOU!

So glad we came here!! In the age of doing everything online, I was sure I could select and purchase all my finishing directly off the web...turns out I was sorely mistaken.
