I went here to get my camera lens replaced on my IPhone 11. The quality of the replacement is terrible it creates a halo around the photo there are specks in the camera from a poor clean out and glue around the lens. I cannot use the camera at all and it’s worse now then when it was shattered. Super disappointed in this because now I have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere.

I wish there was some other way of letting people know how awful this place is. I also brought my iPhone ex S in to repair a cracked screen and the first time they repaired it it looks so beautiful and nice and pristine. Two weeks later I said it down on the counter and the glass of the screen popped up so the edges were coming up off of the phone. I took it in and they said that my phone case was too tight and that it was the case that had done it. So I paid another $140 to get the screen repaired AGAIN. I called the place I got my case from which was a brand new case, and I got my $15 back from them. (Now THAT was customer service!) now that I’ve paid $280 I was kicking myself for not paying the original $280 to go through an Apple store and get my phone repaired with a real apple screen. But no of course I’m going for the cheap route. Well I learn my lesson the hard way because when the screen broke a second time about a month and a half later I went back in again. This time I argued back-and-forth with the guy there who insisted that it was my fault the screen was broken. I was so mad but I was finally able to convince him to redo the screen. He didn’t charge me this time. Fast forward a few more weeks. Now my screen has lines running through it and I can hardly see my screen. You have to know how much I baby this phone since the last time it was repaired because I was terrified of my phone breaking again. I never let my kids touch it, I never put it in my back pocket, I never put it in my purse, it was basically in my hand or on the countertop. When it broke this time I went back in and the guy again insisted that it was my case. I told him that there’s no way it was my case because I brought this case in the last time it was repaired and the guy who repaired it said that my case was fine and it shouldn’t be too much pressure on it. Anyway let’s make this long story short and say that the customer service was so terrible and the product was even worse. I’m convinced that all of the five star reviews for this place were friends of the owner. There is just no way that anyone has had a five star review at this place and I have had three different experiences that were all pretty bad. The last time I was in there the employee even started saying that I was making it personal. (That actually made me laugh). I’m not sure how he doesn’t realize that $300 and hours of my time ARE personal! Hello?! Don’t trust this place just go get your phone repaired with Apple. You will end up saving money. Oh and by the way when I asked to speak to a manager for us he said he’s not allowed to call manager and then next he said he is the manager. If that doesn’t give you trust issues I don’t know what does!

I had a very quick interaction here which is why Im so blown away. I walked in, explained my problem (phone was dropped, screen separating, touch screen unresponsive). Only 8 minutes and $50 later I was out the door with a working phone. Unreal! Great job, would highly recommend!

5 months after paying $180 for a repair (+$30 for an unwanted screen protector), Im having the same issues and needed the same repair. Instead of trying to deal with this business again, I went down the street to iChihuahua and had an AMAZING experience compared to my experience here. The man working here was dismissive and unfriendly, and even put a screen protector without asking me if I wanted it, and charged me $30 for it. More accurately, he put the screen protector on, then asked me if I wanted it, and my pushover self just said yes even though I did not want it and had never been asked before, but I didnt want to cause more trouble for him and thought maybe it wouldnt be very expensive, or free since it was his mistake to put on without ever asking me. This wouldnt be so annoying if the screen wasnt having the exact same issues as before, and if iChihuahua didnt offer a guarantee where theyll keep fixing the same issue on the same device. Based on the previous reviews, it sounds like this establishment will just keep charging you the same amount to fix the same problem. Save your money, feel a lot happier, go to iChihuahua instead of here.

This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had getting anything fixed. I brought my shattered screen in to be replaced and purchase a new case and the owner told me 30 minutes — no questions asked. I came back 25 minutes later and it was done, he gave me a screen protector which I forgot to ask for and the price was UNDER $100 for everything. Then I realized I had forgotten to ask him to replace the camera too, and was afraid I’d have to come back in another time or go somewhere else and he said give him another 30 minutes. NO PROBLEMS—SUPER FAST—GREAT SERVICE—GREAT PRICE. I am DEFINITELY coming back here. I have broken many screens over the years because of my physical job and this place is will be my go to! Terrible experience here! I had my iPhone X screen replaced here and it was very glitchy and did not work. They changed it for another screen and that screen also did not work. I cannot type properly and the face id doesnt work. Now I have to buy a new iPhone. The person working in the shop was so rude to me. I definitely do not recommend this place.

My phone was in need of a new screen and we paid the extra $20 to get “the better screen, and high quality screen protector.” My home button on my iPhone 7 isn’t working! I got the screen 5 hours ago and it isn’t good quality at all. Also typing is very slow and the screen protector isn’t centered, that’s not that big of a deal but I don’t recommend going here!

Nice shop, just be aware that they have a no return policy on their products if you buy any accessories in their store.Their $19.99 iPhone Charging cable they sell in store can be purchased for $6.99 off Amazon. But they didn’t mention there was a no return policy until I came back into the shop and pointed me towards a sign on the wall. The “no returns” portion was four or five lines down, and not apparent.He did help me though see why it might not be charging correctly was my charge port had too much dust in it, which I’ll clean out.

Sunny replaced the LCD screen and added a tempered glass protective layer all for $94. I also purchased an iphone case for $15 for a bit of extra protection. The phone is like new.

I would charge my phone and it was showing 100% charge, but then 10 minuets later it was going down to 2%. I took my phone here, and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. He got my battery changed with 60 days warranty plus he got my phone a temper glass for free! Excellent customer service! Totally recommend it.

Absolutely hate this place. The owner sold me a broken phone that was completely unusable within 1 week after buying. Then I went in to get my screen replaced today on a different iphone and not only is the lock button no longer responding, the touch id no longer works because he took my home button, but also my battery (that was perfectly fine before) won’t hold a charge longer than a half hour. I’m almost certain every single review on this page is fake. Please please and I cannot stress this enough, please take your device literally anywhere else unless you want to have it completely ruined and then be lied to about it.

My girlfriend went in here to get a iphone 6 touch disease repair. They sold us a new screen, which now doesnt work at all. I went in and they admitted they knew the screen might not have fixed the problem but they refused to refund my money. Now Im out eighty bucks and my girlfriends phone works less than before.

Fixed my friends phone screen but disabled her phone in the process. So she had to get it completely wiped. He claimed on my yelp review that this is common when the digitizer breaks, but I can tell you as a former senior technician at Apple and as a clumsy iPhone user that this is NOT THE CASE. I have broken my digitizer on multiple iPhones and I’ve never been disabled to the point where I had to start from scratch.This business owner takes no accountability for anything ever (as you can see from his responses to other people’s reviews) and I wouldn’t suggest bringing your phone to him at all. I know my friend is never going to go back.The more reviews I read the angrier I get. Replacing a screen for “touch disease”??? Even a brand new technician knows that’s a software issue and is as easy as backing up and restoring. This place is garbage!Now I wait, for I know this owner is going to respond with how my friends phone was totally dead and how that somehow locked her out.... even though a screen that’s not responsive to touch literally can’t input anything. That’s kind of the problem.Actually, there is a chance that she got locked out by a non-OEM screen, but I would be surprised since I’ve replaced my screen from Amazon parts and this didn’t happen. But I guess it could be a reaaaally bad knockoff screen, in which case you definitly shouldn’t go here!!!!
