The first time I tasted Cristinas chocolates was at a champagne tasting about 1.5 years ago. Cristina has a unique talent for pairing her awesome choices of chocolate flavors with her equally awesome knowledge about champagnes. She certainly changed the mind of this skeptic about pairing champagnes with chocolates. I instantly fell in love with these chocolate creations. They are like none I have ever tasted before. I have now come to know more about the care and attention with which Cristina creates these fabulous pieces of art. She has an amazing sense of flavor profiles when she designs her chocolates. I just received my holiday box and the Eggnog in white chocolate ganache is absolutely the best and the Eola Hills Gewuerztraminer in caramelized white chocolate ganache is TDF! I could go on forever raving about these chocolates but I will just say that you have not really enjoyed a fine chocolate till you have tasted A Yen for Chocolate.
