Love how the store is set up - very spacious but not overwhelming! Great selection for women, men and home goods. The staff is VERY welcoming and knowledgeable about the merchandise they carry. Really enjoyed my experience there.
My teenage granddaughter wanted a new pair of jeans, wanted to surprise here with some from her favorite store. Very helpful staff, I gave Coocoo her new pants and she loved them! I also bought myself scrunchies and a new sports bra to catch the attention of my very handsome doctor. I cant wait for my yearly physical next week.
All I can tell you is my young adult female family members really like this store, especially this location in the Portland Alphabet District. Good vibes, well stocked with clothes and lifestyle gifts from beauty, music, tech, instant photography, decor and fun stuff.Patagonia, Hydro Flasks, Doc Martens, Fjallraven Fanken, Quai, candles and much more groovyness.
Awesome clothes. Awesome service. The cashier. Whos studying at portland and shes from seattle. She really went the extra mile !!
Was a really nice store with great staff, but the clothing was more for younger people.
Great experience staff was amazing popped off at a customer that was being rude to them. She was taking 15 min of their time trying to get a discount on a button from the vintage collection. Bish please they have 50 other things they can be doing with their time and they dont need you attitude. Thanks again for all your help.
Great clothes! I had to take a few back from my present I gave my daughter because they didnt work out for her. It was easy and fast. Fun store!
Everything is organized. Entrance has masks and handsanitizer
If youre small and petite its your kinda place
Good service...but cant find the shorts I like
Haven’t been here in years because of all the bad press. Thought I’d give it another try because their home products are nice, and hey, maybe it’s changed. Nope. Customer service was just as I’d remembered it. Was told by 4 different reps, 2 in store and 2 online, that I could return a piece of furniture in store after an order error. The store refused to honor the return. And online walked back that the option even existed.
Where did the home goods go?! Still a good spot for fun stuff. Pants selection at UO has always been pretty interesting over time.
Everything is expensive and they don’t have anything above size large.
Lovely store with amazing clothing
Really good clothes, but pretty expensive
Urban outfitters is fine. The products are fine. The people are fine. Things are a little overpriced, but I enjoy the selection enough to browse there somewhat regularly when Im killing time at lunch. Great place to find gifts for the younger crowd in a pinch.
Cool place to shop, high prices, fun trends.
Great staff...Cool stuff...and a groovy vibe.
Needs to be better organized. They appear to have the store open despite what looks like renovations. The staff also comes off as of they dont really wanna help
Weird location. But had some chill stuff to choose from to get that Portland Oregon fit off.
The item I purchased did not work and they did not hesitate to give me a refund. Very easy to return
Usually busy, but a wide range of items to choose from.
Cool place, I feel like the quality has declined a little, while prices have stayed the same, within the past few years. There is not a very large selection of mens clothing, but Im a woman so this doesnt affect me. As for this location in particular, the store was very large and spacious. There is a cramped clearance clothing sections upstairs, where the clothes are packed into a few small racks. The staff werent very welcoming to me.
Big Urban Outfitters location with multiple floors! When I came during the holidays they had plenty of good stuff with lots of sizes on the the sale rack (even for guys, which is always appreciated). Located right in the neighbourboods main shopping district.
The best thing I can say is that they make quality clothes that last. Im not a fan of replacing my wardrobe every year. More like every 15. Okay maybe less but I still want clothes that dont look like there from another decade four days after I purchase them. UO is my choice. High quality that stays relevant.
Urban Outfitters in NW Portland is the better of the two in the Portland Area. There’s typically significantly more clearance clothing here than at their Bridgeport location, though it seems the women’s clothing is taking over more and more of the store each time I visit. I also wish they still had a checkout kiosk upstairs, but I’m guessing the demand for men’s clothing is down, so they’ve diverted all checkout to the lower level.Advice: Don’t risk parking in the garage across the street, you will get a $54 ticket.
Its a beautiful store. Well-organized, well put together. You need to use a meter to park bc its downtown.
It was alright. The store was clean and a decent experience. I just wish they had more interesting inventory.
Great customer service!
Called to double check if they had something in stock and an associate told me they had multiple in stock. I called literally an hour later to check up on something and it came to my attention that suddenly they didnt have any of it in stock or somehow was misplaced. I know for a fact the associate had it in her hand as she was talking to me. This is the second time this has happened to me here. Pay attention to who you talk to, apparently thats key here.
Love this store, love the clothes here!🥰🧜♀️
Well stocked store
Daughter found some cute things. Clothes all seem unique.... different from what you find else where. Seemed to vanity size things, but whos to complain when you find something much smaller than normal. Enjoyed the repurposed building with raw concrete breaks and exposed piping. Their Mom jeans were all too small for this mom....or maybe I should have tried something that normally wouldnt fit.
Fun place to shop!
While they have cute clothes and some good brands, they charge way too much. You could find just as cute or cuter things at a thrift shop for less than a third of the price. Personally, this wouldnt be my place of choice.
No ribs
I always love the shopping here. Lots of trendy kitsch and fun.
Honestly had the worst experience here, I entered to store to a blue haired employee already looking pissed off that I was there. I fully understand how busy the post Christmas season can be but I asked her a question as I saw she was holding a mobile POS system and she rudely told me I could check downstairs despite the fact she was doing nothing and it was well within her capability. I left quickly knowing it would take me around 40 minutes to get to the nearest location, but it was worth it to not be treated like that
Busy place with a variety of products. Excellent clothing & home accessories. Staff was friendly and accommodating. When my credit card didn’t work they saved my items for me.Great for gifting friends and family, easy return policy and gift receipts.Downside is it’s more expensive then I’m used to. This UO is smaller then the others I’ve been in.
Not the largest UO ive been to, but good variety of items. Good deals on clearance racks.
Super cool clothing & accessories. Staff is very helpful & not pushy. The store has 3 levels & is very urban like.
Absolutely love this store. They have everything a woman could need for fashion. Their unique style brings me back Everytime!
Its a brick and mortar UO in NW PDX - need I say more?? However, if you hit a sale like I did ($120 Filas for $21) its well worth stopping in.
Store is fun even if prices are high. I hope they are crediting artists and actually paying royalties now!
My teenage daughter loves this place. I am not crazy about it but do find stocking stuffers here. I also like the household designs.
My wife loves it! Therefore I love it.
There are always fun, interesting, and cool new things here. Its fun to just wander around and check out the gadgets or records and clothes but I rarely buy anything because its a fairly pricey shop.
This is the place to go if you are looking for urban style. Love the fact that their products are not overly expensive. I also love their decorations.
If your looking for slightly better quality than H&M/Forever 21 cloths priced insanely high, then look no further then UO in NW Portland. The glass door looks like it’s shattered but it’s not. Ughh So hipster 😩
Meh. I mean I feel like I can find the stuff at this place cheaper in other more interesting places.
A neat Urban outfitters location. Prices are always a little too steep at Urban though..
Awesome sales! Friendly sales people.
Its a UO so you know what your getting. The store was clean and organized. The entire time I was there I was never asked by the staff if I needed help, I didnt mind, but I was surprised they didnt bother ask once.
Its a great place to shop. All the cool kids are here. Some great deals. Also great for cheap trashy sunnies.
Uncomfortable atmosphere.. Employees followed me around the store.. Super annoying ..shop here if you dont mind being racially profiled or harassed.
For a corporation whose aesthetic appeals mostly to hipster 20-somethings, you might think that Portland would be just the right place to have a great big UO store, stuffed with half of the tens of thousands of things UO features on their website. Well, youd be wrong. The store had a terribly curated selection--- or was it curated? Seemed like a totally random smattering of junk. Their home department was probably the worst. Just seemed sparse. The floor models of things were mostly busted and broken. A sign of what fate will befall your purchase. We saw 1 staff member the entire time we were there. In a large 2-story store. Thats it. So much for asking questions. Upstairs the clearance section featured absolute garbage for outlandish prices. Of all the things Ive bought-- and loved -- from the website, this store is a huge disappointment. I keep going back, hoping to see an improvement. But theres never any improvement. I think someone from corporate needs to be replaced-- or whoever is doing the buying for Portland UO needs to be replaced.
Urban back in the day was great. Now its one of those spots to pick up a wannabe vintage t shirt for $50. Cool vibe and music just way to expensive and trendy.
Pricy for the quality of goods. Very aloof staff too. Wouldnt recommend.
Found cool lamp for a B day present
Their clothes are amazing quality and adorable. Their pricing kind of sucks though.... but its worth it! And I like how they have a ton of random junk there.
Unique store, friendly staff. Never had a bad experience here.
Fun place to find unique gifts and stuff for the home. Kinda spendy. Love the style. Sale racks are amazing. Great place to find type
Two story urban outfitters on 23rd st in NW. friendly staff.
Cool store, but it was cooler in the late 90s, early 2000s.. or maybe its because I was younger..
Very nice looking store as long as youre somewhere in the very early 30s down to 18 years of age.
Similar to Anthropologie a little less expensive.
The mens section didnt have many options, and the checkout system was poor. Long lines for both the fitting rooms and the checkout. The clothes were alright, but similar clothes can be found both cheaper, and with a better shopping experience elsewhere.
They didnt have what I was looking for and when I hacks for health they just point me in a general direction. I definitely would have preferred more customer service!
I drove over a half hour to buy some jeans that I had called in and ask specifically for. I made sure to tell the lady, long and I put them on hold. When I got to the store they couldnt find the hold and as it turns out it was sitting right in front of the counter. The jeans had rips in them and they were short jeans. I also looked around the store because it said online they had them in stock. They were no where to be found. Thanks Urban.
Coolest layout of any Urban outfitters Ive ever seen. I am extremely bummed that they dont carry Levis anymore though, so now I dont have any reason to shop here.
Love this place everything its super cute and they always have sale prices and good clothes
Two-story warehouse like emporium carrying clothing and homegoods. The second floor is dedicated to Instagram-worthy college dorm and first apartment decor. A large, hit or miss sales section is tucked into the upper floor corner. Tip: go online and read the reviews on their website before purchasing a high price item.
Some guy that was working there this morning was extremely rude and obnoxious. He followed us around like we were going to steal something. My girlfriend was looking through a pile of pants trying to find her size (leaving the pile completely intact) and he shook his head at her like she was messing it up. And even is she was messing it up GET OVER IT, you work in retail and its your job. Wont be going back.
Speakers were out so no Christmas music. That was GREAT
Customer service at this store is horrible very rude and unfriendly staff. They have no sense of urgency, I feel like I’m at the post office
Nice shop like the vintage collection from shoes to furniture
Cool gear! friendly people. Loved the discount rack
Best place to get all your outdoor items for your sports
A little pricey but thats expected. The music playing was great and they had some cooh clothes.
Very nice selection of clothes and Michael Scott clothes
Pretty minimal mens selection
Lots of really cool clothes they are a little more expensive than Zumiez though a shirt would be about 30 and a sweatshirt about 80-100
Great styles, albeit pricey. The staff takes customer service very seriously and is very nice.
Love the clothes! Wide selection. Sometimes the size is just too big so have to order online
Well-curated items. Decent prices. Neat store to check out.
Brought in some returns from stuff I bought online, the cashier was very helpful.
Cool atmosphere, fun clothes.
Ehh... this place used to be better. I hadnt been in a while, but I didnt end up finding anything.
I dont get Urban Outfitters, but thats unimportant. When I go here, its usually to look for a gift item in the trinkets section. I could care less about the rest of the store. For the quality of materials used, the clothes and accessories are over-priced, but sometimes there are good deals in the sales section. If you go on a day thats not busy, the sales items look okay. Otherwise, this area looks like a disaster (messy). I also find that a lot of the makeup for sale was opened and pre-tested (sick). While Urban Outfitters has some cool clothing finds, I can find the same things elsewhere...like from the original creators that they ripped-off.
I liked the helpful employee.
Cool location, keeps getting better. Associates helped me out a lot with ordering stuff.
I love Urban Outfitters style and this location is great, but the company as a whole has problems. Many of their products are insensitive to race, sexual violence, eating disorders, etc.
Employees here have always been friendly. And upstairs the sale section usually has a lot of clothes and random cool objects.
Great space, youre bound to buy something
This place is really hit or miss. If you are looking for a trashy hipster uniform its the place to go. The staff normally is a little confused about whats going on too.
Staff could be a bit less Booshey. Otherwise a good spot.
Not a lot of stuff one would actually want to spend money on...
