A little far from where I live but it’s definitely my favorite cupcake place. Moist cake and frosting not too sweet. Wish it’s more affordable.

For my partner’s birthday, he wanted cupcakes! So I decided to try Saint Cupcake.I do not regret that decision. The cupcakes were wonderful. Light, flavorful and sweet!I ordered four full size cupcakes, and four mini cupcakes. All were delicious, everyone loved their cupcake. Tasty and nicely decorated.The staff were fabulous! Very friendly and personable. I love bakery’s, and have tried many. I’ll definitely be visiting Saint Cupcake again!

Saint Cupcake produces some really nice cupcakes. I got the Hot Chocolate cupcake, with chocolate cake, and a toasted marshmallow topping.

Best cupcakes in the Pacific northwest. Hands down cant be beat. Not the easiest access from the road.

Ive been coming to this bakery for 10 years and I love the big top cupcakes they are my favorite followed by the coconut. I highly suggest driving a 12 pack for your kids next birthday.

For cupcakes, they were not too dry and the frosting was soft and not too sweet. Its great that they have the little sized options so you can try the different flavors, although now the trick is to not eat like twenty of them all at once. The service is friendly.

I would on occasion visit St. Cupcake when I worked nearby & I always enjoyed the cupcakes that I tried there. Im specifically reviewing today their newer venture into cakes - I ordered a 2 layer 6 pumpkin spice cake with vanilla buttercream frosting for a birthday.I was frustrated with a few Hillsboro bakeries that I contacted that said they didnt customize the cakes at all, not even to write happy birthday on them. St. Cupcake said that wasnt an issue & I only mentioned that I wanted to have a fall-theme color scheme & some accents around the outside of the cake. I left it to their artistic creativity for what it looked like. I think it turned out great, and it tastes great: the cake is moist and flavorful. The frosting needs a bit more flavor, but I suspect this is my fault - meaning I substituted the normal cream cheese frosting for vanilla buttercream & I think the stronger tasting pumpkin spice cake cancels out the flavor of the frosting. So Id try the cake with its standard frosting.My suggestions for improvement would be that:1) I hope that theyll expand their cake options for more flavors.2) They continue to include some seasonal flavored cake rotations.3) Include toppings for the cakes in the future.4) Bump up the flavor on the frosting - meaning more vanilla or suggest to customers before ordering that substituting a recommended frosting on a strong cake flavor could mean that the frosting flavor gets drowned out.

I love this place! Delicious cupcakes with delicious vegan offerings too. They are the best cake place around and we had them cater our wedding! (LGBTQ friendly!) They made a beautiful custom cake and cupcake selection. They also delivered, which was fantastic. They have really fun seasonal options but their regular flavors are great too.

These cupcakes are not only beautiful but they are DELICIOUS! I picked up my order, drove them to Bend the next day for a party the following day. We had them 3 days old and they are still the best cupcakes Ive ever had! Ill be back for sure!

Very good product with variety. Cookies are very delicious too. They have pastries, ice cream, and an assortment of candies and greeting cards. Full size and dots cupcakes make it possible to go small Im size not flavor. The Vegan option is also a nice touch. There is seating to enjoy your acquired sweet immediately.

Honestly a great place with quality products. However, I have one curious issue. Do you only hire women? I dont have a problem with women at all. Ive been to your two locations and I dont see diversity in that department. All Im asking for is fairness in the hiring process. Is there a reason you do this? Better sales?

This cupcake shop is close to several restaurants & shops; stopped in after dinner & tried chocolate, caramel & peanut butter variations. They were delicious & amazing ingredients. A tiny bit pricy, but conveniently located.

Very well done cupcakes

I ordered from DoorDash delivery the salted caramel, toffee vanilla coconut, and pumpkin spice mini cupcakes. I got a call about my order. This person was very professional, he said that the pumpkin spice option is a mistake, as it is only seasonal to fall. He offered carrot cake as a substitute. I was disappointed, but agreed to this and he added an additional salted caramel for the trouble. He said he was working on getting it fixed. When the delivery got to my apartment, I opened it to find only one cupcake still intact (picture attached). I managed to get ahold of the delivery driver (Stevie according to my text alerts) before he got too far and he said, “yea, they always say to keep it upright.” He blamed the bumps on the road and inadequate packaging to withstand those bumps. From what I understand, this is not the first time this complaint has been made. He suggested I make a complaint and that if enough complaints are made, perhaps the packaging would be changed or upgraded to something better. The packaging is similar to what I usually see for cupcakes and any kind of cake delivery requires a careful driver who does ensure things remain upright. I have had to drive to deliver cakes for personal reasons and it does require more caution. This review is still 5 stars because the cupcakes were delicious and I entirely fault the driver. This is a 5 star complaint against the delivery driver, who took no responsibility for the presentation of those yummy cupcakes.

Atomsphere was neat. Cool decorations and vibe. Cupcakes were good but nothing special. If you are in between spots for sweets this one could be skipped. Price was not worth it: baby cupcake 1.75 and big aka normal cupcake 3.50...vegans--great tho with 3 different flavors!

I cant eat at Saint Cupcake anymore after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease! So sad! These are the best cupcakes ever.

Rated low because I hate places who do not prepare enough for the hours open. My kids were so disappointed to get there during their open hours and couldn’t get a cupcake when we drove all the way from by the airport to come here and you have the door locked during your “open hours”. Won’t go out my way again and I have supported this place in the past a few times.

Seriously the most delicious cupcakes youll eat in Portland. I dont know how they do it, the perfect balance of sweet, tender and lush sponge and frosting that is light and creamy and just enough. I highly recommend the dots so you can try a variety or if you just want a three-bite treat. I ordered five dozen for my co-workers and everyone raved all day. The vegan cakes are equally delicious, no one would know the difference. We had a few left over, (hard ro believe) I kept them in an airtight container and ate them the next day with a friend and it was like I had just picked them up. Next time youre craving cupcakes head right over to Saint Cupcake, I promise they will make your day!

I crave these cupcakes at least once a month.This location, specifically, always has the most helpful employees, even over the phone. Today I called at around 3:50 pm to order some cupcakes for pickup. The lovely person I got on the phone took my order and also gave me the happy hour special, even though I was 10 minutes early! Really appreciated the help and great customer service at this location.

The cupcakes are good, but would be better with frosting! Same delivery issue as others. Poor packaging and poor handling by delivery driver. Frosting was all over the box, not the cupcakes. What a mess!! Very disappointing! The appearance was unappealing, especially for a birthday surprise😟 Sad cupcakes.

Best red velvet cupcakes around!

My friend and I went to the location 15 minutes (maybe 17-18min) before closing time on their website, google and door hours. They decided to close early, which okay, I get it... no one has been in there for a while maybe... but the employees are still in the main area, see us and won’t let us in to give them business during business hours. 5 days before Christmas mind you. Guess The next place we’ll get our $50 bucks. 🤷‍♀️

These are the best cupcakes in Portland. Their chocolate cupcake with cream cheese frosting is my favorite dessert. The cake is dark and perfectly crumbly. The frosting is tangy and perfectly sweet-but-not-too-sweet. 🧡

The employees are always exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the cupcakes are delicious and are always well received! They also have many unique cards, candles, noise-makers, and party decorations. My go-to bakery for parties and yummy gifts. :) Highly recommended.

Too good. Definitely my new favorite place for vegan cupcakes, despite the fact that they only had vegan ones in vanilla and chocolate when I went. Their cake is super moist, which Ive found to be a rare quality in most bakeries vegan cakes and their frosting is simply amazing.

Charged me extra because I wanted my order of 2 dozen cupcakes split into 2 (1 for home 1 for a BBQ I was attending). Im pretty sure Blue Star across the street wouldnt. Don’t order custom cakes!, you show them a design, they agree to do it with some changes and then you go pick it up and it’s completely different, it’s not even close. it wasn’t like a dinosaur cake or a crazy design. do you expect customers to spread the word and say they did a great job when you intentionally didn’t care, never dealt with unprofessional business like that before. I love this place! I try and go anytime Im downtown or even anywhere close to it. This was he only place I considered for my wedding treats. We met with Brooke and she was FANTASTIC. I seriously cant say enough about how amazing she was. She worked with us on everything; size, cost, rentals, delivery, and most amazingly she included my fiancé in the conversation which I know he loved. If I ever need to cater or host anything I would exclusively work with Brooke again. Much love. ❤️

Came here to grab some cupcakes for friends that I was staying with, and really appreciated their unique cupcake flavors. On the worker’s recommendation, I grabbed the pumpkin spice cupcake, which was covered with their popular cheesecake frosting. Although I found the cupcake itself to be a little dry and the frosting to be a little thick and overbearing, Overall I liked the cupcake and thought it was great experience! It’s also split into a popcorn joint, which is pretty cool!

The service! The big and small cupcakes! The frosting! Wow!!! Try leaving on one serving. We did. We failed. It took us two servings to leave, and a third was under heavy consideration. Saint Cupcakes is a holy place. Or so says my stomach.

One of the best snack places downtown. Amazing fresh cupcakes, great cookies, nice people. The Salty Captain is my personal favorite but their classic coconut cream is pretty great too.

Cupcakes are AMAZING here. I even eat their frosting and Im so not a frosting person!! They have many different flavors, and their prices are modest!! I am a serious cupcake and cookie type of person and extremely picky about my sweets. I dont give places five stars often, but Id give Saint Cupcake a hundred stars because five isnt sufficient.

Would never recommend this place at all. My friend and I left our wallets at the food carts and we walked in to ask if they take apple or Samsung pay. Whoever the little short blonde with brown in their hair was definitely rude. We had blue star with us FULLY WRAPPED and she kept saying no outside food in here. Like first of all it’s fully wrapped I wasn’t eating it because I just bought it. She didn’t even answer our question and that was the last time I’ll ever try to buy something here.

How nice are the folks at Saint Cupcake?? And how delicious are these cupcakes?! So nice. And so delicious.I dont recommend coming here daily- but you should keep coming! I have a running tally between this place and Cupcake Jones in my head. I think Saint Cupcake does the chocolate better, and Cupcake Jones does the Vanilla better. I cant think of anything better than a side by side comparison.I definitely think Ill need another visit to re-taste and be sure. Definitely.

Bought two different types of cupcakes. They were both dry and hard. Tasted like they were a few days old. I used to absolutely love this place but their quality has really declined the last few years. The dryness of the cupcake combined with the extra sugar on top of the crunchy frosting made for an even worse experience.

Ive been around the proverbial cupcake block, and these are the only ones in town that I think are actually worth it, and as good as something I could bake at home. Im excited about their new N Williams location, and stop in there basically every time I walk by.I love their vanilla cakes the best (moist, substantial-but-not-dense, not too sweet) but the chocolate is also very good, and has a similar wonderful texture. Buttercream and cream cheese icing are both delicious. Their mini cupcakes are a great way to try fun flavors without forgoing my favorite.

I got there later in a rainy day. I was looking for something for a sugar rush. I picked out a small carrot cake, bite size & giant size red velvet, and bite size & giant lemon. Some of the cupcakes had to much moisture and not enough sweet frosting. I got seconds on the red velvet and lemon ones thinking they would taste better but they tasted the same. Id go there if I was passing by but not as a word of mouth fan.

I came into town looking for a nice gourmet cupcake shop. When I found Saint Cupcake on the web I thought their cupcakes looked like they would be the best thing I had ever tried. But to my surprise I ended up throwing away all 12 of my different cupcakes! (And almost throwing up)The first one I tried was the Carmel one I felt like I was eating a glob of butter on my cupcake! I just thought it was maybe just that one... but no every single cupcake was disgusting. Ive had better cupcakes at Safeway!! It was such a waste of $30. The cupcakes are great for taking a picture of but trust me they arent saints when they go in your mouth! (My advice to customers is please try before you buy)

I live in Medford, my sister lives in Portland. I called yesterday on a whim to see if I could make a last minute order, and also have it delivered next day. To my surprise the answer was yes, and my sister was surprised this morning with 10 delicious cinnamon rolls! Not only were they super kind and helpful, but they went out of their way to deliver first thing this morning AND include a sweet little note to my sister. My sister got a delicious birthday surprise and I am so grateful to Saint Cupcake for going out of their way to provide wonderful customer service and the birthday treat I wasnt there to deliver. Thank you!!!

We live right down the street from here, and my girlfriend grabs little treats from there all the time. You can get their dots, which are little mini cupcakes, for $1.50 each. Which is great because then you can sample all the flavors. My personal favorite is the toasted coconut!

Their selection of small cupcakes are tiny enough for a small bite, and its the perfect size for my 2 year old! The full size cupcakes are large enough to feel full immediately afterwards. Flavor = awesommmmmeeeeee (half their cupcakes frosting is offered with cream cheese base!)❤🔥

The cupcakes were delicious, moist and tender with a nice crumb. I was slightly disappointed that the flavors are only in the frosting, the cake itself is only chocolate or vanilla.

Their delicious display of cupcakes makes you want to try every single one of them. They have also seating inside for a cup of coffee, and it is never super busy here. Forget donuts, go for a cupcake!

The shop looks nice, is in a convenient location and the customer service is pretty good, but the cupcake was not that great.I got a mini carrot cupcake that I thought sound be pretty good, but sadly I was disappointed on my first bite. Extremely dense cake and Id say a but over baked. The frosting had little to no flavor and tasted like Crisco. Do they know youre supposed to use cream cheese frosting?YMMV but I would expect it to be to far off from this.

We picked up a box of amazing mini-cupcakes for our sons birthday. They did a great job with our last-minute order, and the cupcakes were a delicious hit!

My family and I love St. Cupcake. My son could compete in a bonbon-bunbun eating contest if there was one. As for my wife and I we have discovered the chocolate dots with cream cheese icing and any weight loss goals are right out the window.

The cupcakes are like homemade cupcakes. Very light cake with a thick buttercream frosting. The frosting is great, but the cake is just so so. None the less it was a fun place to go and the mint cupcake was my FAVORITE.

Just stopped in for a cupcake! It was unbelievable! I tried a vanilla cupcake with butter cream icening! Great flavor for just a simple elegant treat! They also have Wifi for their guests.
