Nice resale shop. Staff is friendly and they carry good quality womens clothes, childrens clothes and toys. If you want to take things for consignment, they pay 40% of selling price and donate what they cant use or doesnt sell to Birch (awesome community charity).

I love it for high end women’s clothing which has its own huge section in the next room next to the kids section and then my daughter also gets clothes in the kids section.

Great Thrift / consignment store with tons of great things for all areas of life from babies to jewelry and everything in between mostly a womans store but great for men to because if youre a man about making your woman happy this is the place to go you can get anything and everything that is sure to put a smile on her face.

2021-10-09My family and I have done business with RockIt Resell several times over the past three years, both buying and selling, and have a generally positive impression of them. Usually, the staff is kind and professional, communication is clear, and transactions are clean.In contrast, today I was astounded by the nasty attitude of the manager-on-duty who goes by the name “Troy”. We called the store in the morning to verify the items we were bringing qualified. But when we arrived, Troy surprised us with new conditions for accepting items that we have never encountered before at this store and she refused them. For instance, she refused the Delta Children Classic Wood Bedside Bassinet Sleeper ($100 value), in perfect as-new condition, because it lacks a flimsy fabric “shelf” near the floor. We hadn’t even noticed this component was missing when we assembled the bassinet and can’t imagine having had much use for it anyway. For a store that caters to families seeking a discount on safe and reliable items for their kids, it’s asanine to refuse such a useful item in literally perfect, nearly unused condition because it’s missing some flimsy rectangle of fabric that touches the floor.She also refused a Snuggle Me Organic Patented Sensory Lounger for Baby ($160 value) for no reason at all other than “store policy” and a weak explananation that “such items might be recalled”. There’s no recall on this item which has been selling for years and remains very popular, with almost 3,000 ratings netting an 84% positive score on Amazon.Yet another item she refused was a beautiful Paw Patrol truck that offers so much fun because of two stickers that could have been easily cleaned off with a bit of rubbing alcohol.Troy attributed her decisions to the marching orders from the owners. I accept the plausibility of this explanation. However, it was her condenscending tone and nasty attitude that really bothered me and my wife.After explaining that the bassinett had been transported in the SUV of a friend who dropped me off and I’d have to come back to pick it up tomorrow, she pressed me to disassmble it right then and there in the store. Since we will take it elsewher I firmly declined.In order not to encumber the store’s floor space, I was able to arrange another SUV ride later in the day to pick up the bassinett. While there I also requested a receipt for the prior dropoff which Troy had failed to provide and she became very aggressive by faulting my wife for not asking for it earlier. I replied that this has never been an issue before since we were always provided a receipt by default. She continued her aggressive argumentation at which point I pointed out that it’s legally the store’s responsibility to provide a receipt. That’s when she just snapped and angrily yelled that she’ll just return us all our items. During that long period of searching, she lost two buying customers waiting in line.My wife and I had seen two items we were interested in buying but after this type of interaction, we’ve lost the appetite for doing business here. Wasted precious weekend time with family, gas, and friends’ time for this nonsense. We seek to make joy and harmony in our home and to provide the like in our relationships and transactions. Sadly, this is no longer the place.

I have a 3 week old baby girl and I love this store for baby basics! Babies grow soooo fast. My newborn is already wearing 3 month sizes! We got all of our baby clothes new from our baby showers and family but now that we are settling into life with a newborn I’m getting a better feel for what we actually use and need more of as she grows. Our little one lives in sleep and plays and zip up PJ’s. Since it’s been so cold the fleece ones are especially nice. I went to Baby & Me today and stocked her up on several well priced fleece PJ’s and some fleece sleep sacks (wearable blankets). Some of the pieces I picked up were new with tags on or like new. Great prices! Today was green tag day so all green tags were 25% off. I’ll be returning when we were in the baby toy phase (they had a lot of items new in boxes) and for more clothes as baby grows. I’ll also be selling the baby clothes and items she grows out of here! Overall a great store. Word to mamas, it’s tightly packed with goods so strollers are a bad idea in this space! If I bring my little one with me next time I’ll put her in a strap on carrier.

Great place for quality second hand baby and childrens clothes. Everything is organized by gender and size. Staff are very nice. I came looking for pajamas for my infant son. Found three great outfits.

Baby and Me is a great store for quality and designer baby, toddler, kid, and parent gear. I have been going to this store for a long time, and it has saved me and my family a lot of money over the years. They always have unique and plenty of stuff to choose from. It is a must shop for parents and families looking to save money on gear, cloths, toys, and more. I do just have to say a word about some peoples’ silly bad reviews. This is a “consignment shop” (the customer brings in gear to sell and the store tries to sell it for the customer) not a yard-sale, Craigslist, or the Goodwill. Know where you are shopping people! If you are wanting or need to get things for $1 or $2 then you need to be hitting up a yard-sale or Goodwill (we shop there too). Baby and Me has great prices and a good selection that changes regularly. If you looked up the retail prices of the gear you would see that you are getting a stellar deal. They also have regular additional sale prices and clearance sales. It’s a great shop, so don’t listen to the bad reviews.

Went there today because my 5th grader has a 3 day field trip going to Mt. Hood. I found almost everything I needed for her trip for less then $100. I felt I got a very good deal and the ladies were very helpful. Thanks!!

The owner was snarky and very pompous about how she runs her business. Made my wife and I feel like we dont know anything and that her place is as good as it gets when it comes to gently used childrens clothes. Always saying she is better than goodwill. I will steer away from this place and do a little more research, she has too much red tape and just doesnt really make you feel welcome.

They just need to post an update saying they dont sell mens clothes yet. I was across the street when I found this place so I didnt waste a trip. Looked like a nice place, but 1 star for misinformation and not being able to shop there.

It had nice clothes but the lady only followed me around..smh..like I was stealing or something..b.s.

A bit pricey for used stuff but they have an amazing selection and business is booming so if youre looking to sell your items then this is definitely the place to do it. My only big complaint is that they sold my mom a piece of junk swing that didnt even work and then wouldnt give her her money back, only in store credit. I called the store less than an hour after she purchased it. They said if she returned it before the store closed they might be able to return it but their normal policy is no cash refunds, only store credit. I explained that this is different, its not that she bought it and we dont like it, it that its completely broken and unusable. Plus the store was closing in 20 minutes and there was no way wed make it there and I think she was banking on that. My mom is not very good at advocating for herself so I went back with her and asked why they didnt confirm that the swing functioned properly before putting it up for sale. The sales girl said oh well we just have to trust our sellers that they are bringing us functioning items she just kept talking in circles until finally we were like whatever just give us our store credit. I think it should be policy that any item that plugs in or takes batteries should be turned on and proven to function before selling it to a sucker like my mom.

Everyone was very friendly. I got a great deal on the last few things I needed for my nursery but I did think some of the other items, mainly clothes, were a little over priced. I will be back!

This used to be one of my favorite places to trade in my daughters outfits. Unfortunately, their prices have sky rocketed!!! No wonder they cant move any inventory and the racks are over packed and several of my items havent sold. We recently saw a couple dresses that I had just purchased at costco. These dresses were priced at baby and me for $3 more than what I paid for them new at costco. Their Rock it Resell shop next door prices items for more than what you can buy them in the department stores. Crazy.

Great brands for good prices. You can find lots of name brand clothing, toys, equipment for less than retail.
