Pretty good stock, kinda dark. No one ever answers phones, workers not very helpful or engaged in store in my few experiences. Doesn’t stand out at all, but it’s like the biggest resell shop in Portland so they can do whatever they want.

I had an amazing time at the store, it was a friendly environment & a sneakerheads heaven. Great price points, professional and knowledgeable staff. I cant wait to buy my next pair from them when I come back. Highly recommend 👌!

Came In to sell my shoe that I bought from goat the shoe box had the goat authentication card we did not agree on a price i left got to my house opened the box the card is gone I called them 10 times no one picked up the phone . What a great customer service guys

A really cool place to visit. Im not a sneaker head but I can see how this place would be fun for someone who is. Totally a place to check out if youre in Portland because you can look at these super cool shoes you normally wouldnt get to see on peoples feet.

Nice selection of sneakers you may not find everywhere

Good people, friendly and very knowledgeable of the current shoe game environment. They have shelves and shelves of dead stock shoes from general release to dead stock. You can consign your deadstock shoes here. You name it they probably have it. And at reasonable prices at a local brick n mortar. Its always nice to see, touch, and feel shoes. Not sure if they let you try them on. Also, the display shoes are vacuum sealed in clear plastic to protect them from all the hands. It has that stadium goods and flight club, in NYC, feel to it.

Pretty upset. Bought a pair of Jordan 1s for $170. My fault for not looking online first, but the same pair is available on Nike.com for $115. Feel like I got ripped off when they add a 50% premium to a sneaker that’s still on sale...

Cool looking store went in to buy some yeezys or off whites that were in my size but unfortunately even though the shoe wasnt wrapped in plastic I was told I wasnt allowed to try any on. Would have loved to bought 1 or 2 pairs of shoes but for that kinda money I at least wanna make sure they fit. Especially after driving an hour to Portland for them. Might as well just order online and save your gas.

I bought a pair of yeezys here loved them but feel like I payed to much for them. Other then that cool place lots of sick shoes just kinda in a sketchy area.

Nice shop to get new kick, staff was helpful Ive bought my share of kicks there. The only thing to me is my size 13 is hard to get at times. They must sale alot of 13s.

No option to leave a msg. Phone rings no answers. Says open but closed. Pretty tough to figure out when or if they will open. Suggest a VM machine like ole school AND new.

Ordered J1 Fearless Facetasm online, got really lucky and they had my size in and well below average listed price, seemed like destiny so I had to cop.Shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Price was very reasonable, shoes so lightly used they were VNDS.Really appreciate the photography on the website, they were 100% the exact shoes sold and I knew exactly what I was buying.Overall a great experience, highly recommend their used shoes for value; you’re gonna wear em anyway!

Always my go to spot for detailed shoe information. You can bring in anything and these guys will find the story behind it, guarantee authenticity (or not) and have you leading like you just left meeting with someone with a PHD in sneakers. Keep up the great work.

Not a ton of sizes but the shoes there are straight fire. Must visit just to see if youre into kicks. Prices are high, but they seem to be market value, and about the same youd pay on eBay but you can see what youre getting before you purchase.

Really easy transaction when I went in there for kicks..I wear a size 15, 16 for comfort... and these guys were helpful in getting me my infrared 6s!

Love the store itself have sold a couple shoes through them and staff is friendly and easy to work with, but man they need to answer their phone better. Easily less then 50% of time do they answer it and their voicemail box is full too. A bit frustrating for someone who lives a ways away from the store.

An unwelcoming and judgmental environment.In my experience, the staff was rude and unhelpful. They DO NOT provide free legit checks no matter what - as one review claims. If they dont know you, or dont like the way youre dressed, youll almost certainly be kicked out of the store. Same goes if you ask about pricing. I recommend only going if you have a personal relationship with one of the employees.

I love this place but they have the worst customer service ever like not in person but on the phone and threw ig like the absolute worst the don’t answer the phone and it’s like a staff of 4 or more of them but they sit like the phone is not ringing and then they barely respond on their ig messages like why have a phone if your not gonna answer or tell ppl to go threw ig if ur not gonna respond y’all gotta do way way way way better on that aspect everything else is good tho

Legit checked me a pair of off-white Jordan 5’s quick and easy, before I bought, love how the dont charge u for legit checks. Extremely recommended if you’re buying a shoe from elsewhere and want to verify there authenticity.

Brought in 2 different pairs of shoes to be authenticated, and they told me they were fake and worth nothing. Both of them were authenticated through online sell sites. Dont trust these guys to give you honest reviews on shoes, theyre not gonna get it right.

These guys always legit check sneakers free of charge no problem. Theyre hella chill and know their stuff. I like that they encourage people to use them as a resource, so check them out.They have a good selection of new and classic sneakers at competitive prices. Used sneakers at lower prices and you can sell yours to them on consignment. On their insta I see lots of famous people shopping here when theyre in town, so they must be good right!

Was there at 11:00 a.m. this morning (When they open) and two of the owners were standing outside waiting for the other guy to bring the key the guy with the key comes at about 11:10 and then there talking and smoking cigarettes for 5 minutes and then once they open the door they tell us to wait a couple minutes. In conclusion very poor customer service they just don’t seem to care and if your planning to come here I suggest you come an hour after they open.

Always got fire kicks, go to spot when I need something, retros, YZY, and some rare rare finds. Customer service is great and always a response or help when needed even when they don’t have a sneaker you want will definitely point you in the right direction in getting what you want, will continue supporting index.

Called before I went in to see if they would check out my Jordan 11 gammas to get a professional authentication done. They were super nice and had no problem helping me out. I will definitely come back in.

These people know their shoes. They are very helpful and everything they sell is top notch, they have used items but they look brand new, they wont take anything unless it looks like just came out of the box. They have hard to find sizes and one of a kind items. Worth stopping by just to see their inventory.

In a nutshell, they have cool items that they dont pay for, which results in no need to have good customer service, answer the phone, or be honest. Contrary to their website they do not do cashouts. Consignment only in my experience.

I was there to get a legit check on a pair of aj1 off white Chicago red(were pretty beat up tbh) wasnt sure if they werw fakes or not so i went in to get a check. Wasnt sure if it was free but the guy there(forgot his name) helped me out. Unfortunately he could only do one pair which was okay with me as long as it was free. He seem to know his thing on these shoes. He had 2 people check and honestly i believe his words. Really good staff and great selection of shoes. I would have brought something if i had money at the time but i am thinking of going back to buy a aj1 Chicago red 2015 maybe around next month. Overall a good place and great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

They’ve answered all my calls, and the prices are very competitive. I shop on eBay frequently and they’re all about the same, give or take a few bucks.Also, these dudes offer pretty reasonable prices when selling kicks too. Very knowledgeable staff as well!I’ve never had a bad experience here. I go in maybe once a month to check out the SB Dunk selection. The big white guy is tight! He had on yeezys when I went to the shop and they were dope. I would most definitely say he is all that wearing those sick dope tight shoes. All the other guys are great too.

Very nice collection of shoes, everything was way more priced then I couldnt afford, but the staff was nice and was courteous and most of the collection was out and able to be looked at and touched (they are in plastic) but its still much better then looking shoes behind glass

First off I want to start out by saying PEOPLE READ REVIEWS BEFORE THEY BUY. With that said only complaints about this place are they dont answer there phones. I called 5 times with no answer and voicemail full. On the 5th call someone answered. Before I continue I will say this. I have been in sales and sometimes it is not possible to answer phones when you are with a cx. Is it frustrating? yes. does it show bad business sense? No. When the phone was answered I asked questions about the retro 7 they had. He asked if I would like him to go get shoes and tell me what he sees. I said no at first since wanted rest of my questions answered first and last place I tried buying from straight lied to me. I had him tell colors on tongue since they are all different. We told me quality and was very helpful. I ordered them after we got off phone. I received them and where as described new in box. Also their prices were better then everywhere else. I did the rounds verifying they were real and of course they were. I dont write reviews very often but I felt I should for these guys. On any review board you check not once have they been accused of selling fakes or lying or anything dishonest. Again always some complaint they dont answer phone. Ive been lied to by other places I was gonna buy from or straight up ignored. Now Im glad I was since lead me to INDEX PDX. Saved money and found a new place to get shoes from. Thank you for helping me out and getting me the shoes I wanted and answering all my questions. I still need those retro 7 Raptors so dont forget about me. 😀
