Im at Copy Pilot multiple times a week and I love it and depend on it. The staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable, and they definitely try to keep things moving which I appreciate. Even when theres a wait its not that bad. Also their prices are damn cheap. Ive printed signage for my side hustle through them and I was shocked how affordable it was and how nice the print looked.

I was physically assaulted at this store.I drove up half an hour to pick up an order from my supplier on January 15th 2021, which was already paid for. Upon entering their store, I was refused service by two separate male employees. I was told by the older of the two that the 10lb individual boxes were too heavy to move (I have this on video), and the second told me that he was too busy, even when the store was empty. They refused to allow me to take ownership of my property.I waited for 15 minutes at the open back door, while they glanced and overall ignored my presence even when I asked for help. They said I could get someone else to pick up my property. What they dont know is that I did ask over 12 people but no one was available to help at the time. As my pickup was for starting a small business, this was my livelihood that they were affecting. The whole time, they were rude and dismissive.I returned to pick up my property the next day. I was immediately greeted by one employee who seemed very helpful and willing to move my boxes outside. I was then immediately accosted by the older man from the previous day, who started shouting and trying to forecefully remove me from the store. He shoved me into the wall and knocked me down, then took away my dolly which I was going to use to move the boxes literally 1o feet away to my waiting vehicle. As I grabbed it back, what looked like his wife and owner of the store got involved as did my wife and we left the store and his wife started bringing out all 20 10lb boxes, two at a time, BY HERSELF.Not only did he passively and actively engage in theft of my property, but he was unable (unwilling) to be helpful in any capacity. Since I received my property I will not be filing any legal action unless retaliated against. I will also not charge the man for assault under those same conditions.I am grossly overwhelmed by the ineptitude shown at this place of business and the only redeeming quality was the store owner and other employee. This assault could have infected me with COVID-19.I was also screamed at by a customer during the whole ordeal. I will never return and will ask my distributor to send his business elsewhere.UPDATE:Thanks Michelle for your response. Store policy is not law, and protections for those who have disabilities are. I notified the employees that I was unable to wear a mask due to medical conditions. There were plenty of opportunities for them to take control of the situation and act in a professional and helpful manner, which they absolutely did not. They refused to help me, then ignored me. This whole thing could have been avoided had they acted in a professional manner. How about I suggest some things to you:1. Have a sign outside to call a number if you are unable to wear a mask2. You could have had me wait outside until the store was empty and social distancing could be enforced (which it was at times on Friday) so I could remove my property3. The employees could have brought my property outside (the older employee refused, citing his inability to move 10lb boxes, yet was able to maul a grown adult) and in any case, they could have asked me to wait until they had the time to do so; I would have waited.4. On Saturday, one employee seemed willing to help me, but before anything more could be said (or explain my condition), the older employee noticed us and immediately started screaming and the situation escalated quickly. He could have not done so, and instead act in a calm and professional manner.5. You could also make employees physically attacking people in front of their wife and crying children a no-no. But I guess youd rather defer to your store policy.In 1930s germany, it was store policy to not allow the juden to buy and sell. Just something to think about. Im sure youre just doing your job.Again, I wasnt here for your businesss services. I hope you can continue to improve your customer service for others; Mine isnt the only 1 star review of your store.

I had to print and fax some unemployment documents so I was very happy to see they were open during this pandemic. They practice safe guidelines by only allowing 2 customers in at a time. The associate was very kind and the service was quick. Thank you! Will be back again.
Meh... terrible customer service and complaining employees for customers to hear. For being a small shop they could care less to help you.

I was referred here by the graphic designer who helped me with the poster and bookmarks for my sisters memorial. Its been a stressful time planning it, but the guys at Copy Pilot helped make this part of it a breeze. I stumbled upon copy pilot when looking for a print shop and I’m really glad that I found them. I’ve worked with several large chains and this time decided I wanted to go to a local place. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that helped me but he was very knowledgeable and patient. We had a few errors come up and he never got frustrated or even made me feel rushed. The prices were very reasonable and the quality was great!! I will definitely be back to do business with them again!
I love this place, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Theyve got some new staff that are quick and knowledgeable. The owner Dave is also great, friendly and fair about prices. Such a great neighborhood asset!
I just waited in line for a half an hour with an infant in my arms without anyone acknowledging my presence. Then the woman behind the counter looked up and told me and the three other people waiting with me we needed to get into another line before she could answer any of our questions. She certainly could have acknowledged any of us during the half-hour we waited in front of her. Poor service.

Got sent here from the not-so-great FedEx shipping center on Swan Island. Should have just come here from the get-go. They have full service printing and copying, ship UPS/FedEx (possibly others?), and were friendly and helpful. -1 star due to it being a bit dingy inside. Will be going back here for any of my shipping needs.
I was in the middle of hosting a Family Reunion and in need of help in printing out labels and artwork.The service was exceptional The young lady at Copy Pilot went out of her to help me in anyway she could. I give Copy Pilot 5 stars up for their service and courtesy.thank you for your help.Everything turned out just great.
The person behind the counter (I assume the owner) was helpful, friendly, and efficient. I needed to print a document, sign, and scan back in as my printer/scanner was down. It was quick, reasonably priced, and I didnt feel like an anonymous number like at Kinkos. I got good customer service, and if you happen to like blues, he was playing great background music.
Ive received excellent service every time Ive run a print job. Theyre patient and helpful. They offer opinions on color choice and project improvements. Im impressed and will make an effort to go to them for all my printing needs.
This is a gem of a local business! Excellent print & copy quality, friendly, helpful, and cheerfully take care of the procrastinator (did last-minute jobs for me within minutes of opening, even when I sent it late at night). For teachers, tutors & school projects, you cant beat the quality & help with print, laminating, etc. Plus, their rates meet or beat any chain.Service is key. I was especially impressed at how they helped my young son put together custom cards he designed - treated him like a valued customer & helped get it just right.They receive packages for a very small fee, helping to keep items safe from porch thieves.
Very helpful staff at the copy pilot! I went to get some copies made (shocker) and they had pretty much everything I needed to get the job done. Its your standard university copy shop. Nothing fancy, but they get the job done.
Manager was very kind and helped me print resumes quickly.
If I could give this place less than one star I would.I have been there two times now, both times I stood there and waited for 10 minutes before any employee acknowledged I had set foot into the store.Employees dont need to be happy or cheerful to please their customers but they SHOULD create a welcoming and approachable environment.Employees seem to struggle with juggling multiple tasks at once.Customer Service does not exist here.I would rather drive OUT OF MY WAY to Swan Island to ship my packages.
I mailed a 1st Class envelope at Copy Pilot. The postage was $2.74. Copy Pilot charged me an additional service fee of $1.42 for a total charge of $4.16. In effect, Copy Pilot charged me more that 50% of the postage as their fee. I do not know if Copy Pilots extra charge is industry standard. I did not see any posted fee schedule. I do know I will never again do business at a Copy Pilot. Oh, Copy Pilot, do you like screwing your customers?
They actually hung up on me on the phone. I will never do business with Copy Pilot again. Ive had various issues with them over the years but have hung in there do to the convenient location. Recently I emailed them a print job and then called to confirm that they received the order (Ive had problems with them losing orders in the past but understand that stuff happens). Last week they confirmed they had the order and would work on it. I called today to see if the order was done and they had no record of it. The very rude person on the phone asked me to resend it and during my explanation of our issue he became frustrated and told me to take the job somewhere else and actually hung up on me. I would never recommend doing business with Copy Pilot.
I usually love this place. Everyone is friendly and I get projects done quickly and with fairly low costs. They even discount my printing when Im doing fundraising for animals.This morning was a bit of a let down. Shes not someone Ive seen before. It took far too long to open a word document, she charged color prices for the black and white items, and she mishandled my project so now it has creases on the very expensive pages. It makes my project look a lot less professional and for how much I ended up having to pay for it Im extremely disappointed.

They charged me $24 to send a fax!!!! And when I went in with my 24 page application packet, the guy didnt think to mention to me that their fax prices were completely ridiculous. It cannot be ok to run a business this way!

I took a letter in on 01.30.2016 so I could buy stamps an get it in the mail. They weight it an said it would take two stamps to mail it. The stamps were 60 cent each which I felt was a lot for them but I had to get it the mail. I got the letter back on 02.06.2016 at my house. The note on the letter said I still needed .44 cent more.

Thank you to Dave from Copy Pilot!! He saved the day today!Today was INVITATION DAY!!! And as I went to the St. Johns Post Office to mail my 83 invitations, already metered and stamped, the nasty women with all the power told me that my invitations were not flexible enough and there for needed to be sent as a package and would cost $2.00 each. I stormed out of the St. Johns Post Office yelling, its no wonder youre going out of f***** business.I then drove straight to Dave at Copy Pilot and he told me to go to the Kenton Post Office and ask for Leo or Ken. He even sent me with a note saying that he had personally weighed each invitation and accounted for the odd shape in the postage. Leo, the sweetest, happiest, postal employee Ive ever met told me that everything was perfect and as I left congratulated me on my soon to be wedding.So, with the help from Dave at Copy Pilot and Leo at the Kenton Post Office, INVITATION DAY was saved. And with 7 weeks to go all wedding invitations are in the mail.
