We ordered 13 large banners and only 8 arrived. The customer service was subpar. We followed up with our order multiple times to ensure it was correct, and they still botched it up. I had to stay on the line to get a refund for our banners and not once did they take responsibility for our incorrectly processed order. Please do your large scale printing elsewhere!

Some of the people are very very nice and some are very difficult, as you may observe in the other reviews. Ive been told different minimums with different sizes a couple of times. Product is very good. Prices are Much much better than say fed ex office for example.

I do a lot of business with OBP, and, after trying nearly a dozen sign and banner shops around town and in Vancouver, they are hands down the best. They almost always have the best price, certainly have the best turn-around on projects, a great selection of materials, and theyre just a fun group of people who know how to be professional as well.A big thanks to Tony and George. The owner of the company/building is hugely unprofessional and confrontational. We were yelled at for minding our own business because we happened to be leaning against his fence. I dont know anything about what they do but if theyre the kind of people who start trouble over something like that, probably take your business elsewhere.

Had some posters printed BW by Anita at 5% of the price I was quoted elsewhere. Will absolutely be back!
