Information about this place says that you can pay public transportation fast pass here. We did. Mistake. No one knowledgeable about this product. It took a while to get the pass because the manager got locked out of the system. And once we got our cards, it’s the wrong product. On a totally separate issue, standing around talking to another customer about passports I shared my experience with him, and he said thank you. And then the manager wanted to argue with me about my experience with passport photos. Aside from the manager, everyone else there was pleasant and helpful.

Elizabeth is INCOMPETENT and this business is INEXCUSABLE AND IRREDEEMABLE. Sad.

Very good service. Convenient for us truck drivers to do our mail here. Ladys working in store are always nice and friendly.

Best customer service I have ever seen anywhere. So much so I was inclined to leave a tip. And for a frugal man like me? That says a lot. Definitely go here for all your mailing needs.

Worst customer service the lady was very rude over the phone. I asked if I had any mail and told the lady my box number and she told me to go online. Why cant you just check to see if I have mail? I will definitely use UPS next time. Big waste of money.

I have had a mailbox with the new owners now for a year and Elizabeth is doing a beautiful job of running this place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Kendra and Toni are the best! When people in my neighborhood were having packages stolen off their front porches at Christmas time, I was that much more grateful that I have a box at Postal Place PDX where my packages are always safe! New owner since 2017 and she is super nice.I love tucked away places that are worth their weight in gold.Its tough to find good service these days, but this owner has mastered it.Around the business is a petrol station, restaurant, laundromat, theater and even chiropractor if you can believe it.Come see what others have experienced many times and keep coming back.And be sure to leave a quick review with a thanks and share... Awesome service!My friends needed several awkward shipments of bulky marine products sent to them in American Samoa. Every time the folks at Postal Place made it easy, fast and helped my find the least expensive solution to arrive on time. They were even willing to call the post office for me to find out for sure when I could get by on a less expensive delivery method yet still meet the desired deadlines.And they were always incredibly nice about it.Thank you and so glad youre there, offering the service you do!

This is one of those places you’ll want to tell everyone you think could have use for a postal place about. But you’ll also be nervous that in doing so you’ll spoil a secret gem.Service here is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and important when you’re dealing with packages. The space is very organized.I rented a mailbox from them and was surprised to find that I get 24/7 access because it is built as a part of a truck stop mall place. The price was also very reasonable.They will notify you of package arrival. They accept package drop-off for UPS, USPS, and FedEx which makes it my one stop shop.Thanks for such an excellent business Postal Place PDX!

I was in here today while at TSA Pre Check next door. They helped me renew my passport, filled out all the paperwork and couldnt have been nicer. Great group of folks and was wrapped up pretty quickly.

I have used this business for the last 6 years.Never have I had a problem with shipping or receiving anything. Tom has always been nothing but fun to talk with and always professional in his business dealings.There has always been a receipt and a tracking #.

Tom Gomes the owner of this company is not only incompetent, he is a thief. I have shipped here a couple of times but when asked my recipient if they received package they had not. Went to ask tom if he knows what happened he said I never shipped with him. I trusted he would be an honest guy. I shouldve known when he said he didnt want to give a receipt as Id save money if he could just take the money under the table so he wouldnt have to pay the irs. I will never ship with such a thief again.

WARNING: He will ask you very detailed questions about the package you are dropping off. Amazon return is not a good enough description. The manager will actually ask you lots of questions about what you are shipping and why, and also will likely accuse you of trying to send drugs or a bomb.

Rude and overpriced! Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence.
