The best local company to deal with!I had a broken garage door and naturally I called few Overhead company in Portland and asked for quotation!First; everybody wanted to do what they wanted sell not what I wanted to be done. Also, asking for service charge from $49 to $149. And highest quote $850 from a company in Oregon City to the lowest quote $550 in Tigard near Home Depot.Anyways, I called All about doors and Steve, the owner by just asking few questions, quoted me $480. The lowest quotation I got and repairing it to what I had since 2005.Thank you Steve!Thank you All About Doors!

In 2019 our previous garage doors were wood and required frequent refinishing to maintain their appearance. Even though we live in Salem we contacted Steve at All About Doors in Tigard, based on their excellent reviews. We decided to step up in price to no maintenance premium fiberglass doors. We purchased Wayne Daltons WD9800 fiberglass doors in cherry finish with LiftMaster 8550 openers. Steves crew installed the new doors, the process was effortless and first rate. A year later these doors look as good as new and they operate quietly and reliably every time. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the quality and service of All About Doors and the Wayne Dalton & LiftMaster products.

Setting up an appointment was fast and easy, and the repair was done quickly and with quality work, its better than before the break. All of that, and their price was very reasonable. As luck would have it our neighbors were having a repair to their garage where I noticed the van from All About Doors. I asked the repair-person about an issue I was having with my garage weather seal. Amazingly he had the time to do the repair right there and then. It was economical but completed with a higher standard than what I even expected. The repair-person, Brian, was AMAZING. He was appropriately funny while still remaining professional. He explained the process of his repair and how it would last longer than most because of the way it is installed. He even noticed I had a slight problem with the track of my garage door and he repaired that without charge. Before I knew it the repair to my garage was finished. Brian then thoroughly cleaned his work area. I am so impressed with the conduct, honesty and knowledge of Brian. If I ever need a garage repair again I know who I am calling. You should call with confidence. You and your garage will be well taken care of, just like I was.

After searching online for a garage door repair company I found All About Doors. What initially caught my eye was their 5 star average review rate and then their awards from Angies List. After reading some of the reviews I gave them a call. Trevor was able to set up an appointment for the next morning and provided me with a good idea of what the costs might be.He was on time, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly.I feel very comfortable with the work he performed and will recommend them to anyone in need of garage door work.

Wonderful experience working with Steve and Trevor. Both answered many questions I had about the garage door manufacturer and the features of an upgraded carriage style door. Installation went smoothly and the attention to detail was great. The new CHI garage door is beautiful. The insulated glass upgrade paid off these last few days. Great interaction with this company from start to finish. I spoke with Steve on the phone, then had many exchanges by email to ensure that they were able to replace the weatherstripping on my garage doors. Devin came and got the job done quickly. He advised that I also get the rollers on each of my doors replaced with nylon ones as they were plastic and likely to become brittle. Im not sure if that was necessary, but I did notice that my doors move more quietly now.I recommended them to my mom who also needed the weatherstripping replaced on her wood doors. Again, after confirming by email exchanges that they had the material in stock and would be able to do the work, they came and did a great job. Trevor even returned the same day when my mom noticed that there was a gap on one side of the door that she had not noticed before; he took care of that issue within a few minutes.

I have personally dealt with this company multiple times and know the owners personally. Not only is this a wonderful family owned company but it is ran by the most beautiful family. So loving and caring. I cannot recommend them enough! Make them your first call you will not regret it!

This was a great experience. The spring on my double door snapped at 1 pm. Brian was able to come out that day. Although he could not repair it that day because the door was not a normal double door and he did not have the parts, I was able to get a clear idea of what was needed. And, we talked through what I really needed for a better long term solution (4 springs with high volume design). When the parts came in, Brian was out the following work day and everything was taken care of in 90 minutes.Door runs quieter now and I feel comfortable that it was repaired the right way - not like whoever did the repair for the previous owner.And, if you pay by check, you do not pay the additional 3% charged by credit card companies.Nicely done guys!

Excellent customer service and quick response time. Our spring was broken and very old. The end bill was even a little less than they originally thought it was going to be! Chris gave us an exact window of time when he would arrive so we did not have to spend the whole day waiting around, and showed up a few minutes early. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. They did a wonderful job putting in two new garage doors on our house. They also worked on our pole barn and put windows in the 3 doors and repaired the tracks and the door open great now. A garage door opener for our RV door is wonderful. Will use them again if we need more work and recommend them to anyone who needs door repairs.

Great job guys. They responded to my email within 30 minutes, with a straight forward and accurate range for an estimate. They scheduled me for the following week, and Justin showed up on time. He then proceeded to level up my door, reset the cables and tension, greased up all the rails, wheels and gears. Programmed a new garage door opener and hooked me up with a new bracket. Quick service and he just did a fantastic job. That garage door had been wonky since I purchased this house and I just wish I had called them sooner. Keep up the great work. All About Doors serviced the door on my rental unit. They were extremely prompt, affordable and easy to deal with. They got my garage door working quickly and its working wonderfully. I also had them install an opener and key pad. This is a family operated business that is truly top notch!

Appointment was incredibly easy to make, they were very knowledgeable and helpful when giving an estimate and explaining what was likely the problem. We were also able to get an appointment on Monday after calling on Friday evening, even though we called several minutes before they closed for the weekend.Chris gave us a exact window of time when he would arrive so we did not have to spend the whole day waiting around, then to our surprise showed up exactly on time, which seems insane in the home repair world.Incredibly helpful and accommodating. Chris was done in less than half an hour and yet still talked us through warranties, contact information, what was repaired and replaced, how and why.What we were expecting to be a long and painful process was one of the easiest and stress free repairs we have ever had done.

They scheduled me and fit me in quickly. When the technician came, he told me the door just needed lubrication and that we could do it ourselves. I was really grateful that he didnt charge me or try to rip me off! When I do need service, I will be calling them!
