The employees in the SE Portland store went above and beyond to help my husband get his hammer drill repaired. They did a great job of communicating the process, and when the drill didnt come back from repair when promised, they were incredible at providing other alternatives. Great, great customer service!!! Products are over rated and over priced. The Portland store is inconvenient and a nightmare to get to if you have a truck or trailer. The satellite store at the Intel campus in Hillsboro has limited hours, and seldom has anyone there.
