I first bought a ring from B&I when walking through the airport in Portland in early 2019. I loved it soooo much. Ive been wearing that ring ever since. So when I wanted another ring this year, I checked out their site bc I knew I could find something that was high quality and fine craftsmanship while also being unique. I bought their Colima ring this time and I cant say enough. Im going to be wearing this everyday too. It arrived in a cute box, well packaged and with a little care guide. Today, I received a handwritten letter from them, thanking me for my business. I feel like thats going above and beyond and I appreciate their efforts in connecting with their clients. We had a great experience with the team at Betsy and Iya in choosing an engagement ring and band! They sent photos of various pairs to help me picture them together. I am not a ring-wearer, so I had no idea what my size was, and being out-of-state (also during covid), I couldn’t just pop into the store to get sized. So they mailed out a sizer to my home and did a video consultation. The size they recommended ended up being absolutely perfect.I love the rings I chose - they are simple and elegant and just what I wanted.The team was so helpful and great to work with.Definitely recommend!
