So i went to this store with a friend to just browse and pass the time and the sales person came up, started talking with us and was absolutely amazing had incredible customer service and put a couple of rings for us on hold. I went back about 2-3 weeks later to pick up the rings and the salesperson that helped me didnt know anything about the store at all. She didnt know where those items were, even when i described the box and the name on them, told me they were probably at another store, basically acted like i was trying to send them to the back so i could rob the place. When it came time to be rung up, they didnt know how to place the transaction, couldnt get me the warranty info or anything and when i asked for a card to try and reach the other salesperson, said they didnt have business cards or anyway to contact a manger to help with anything. I tried asking questions and trying to figure out how to get the warranty on the ring and other important questions and was met with blank stares and a im new here how do you guys hire people to be ALONE in a store with no knowledge on how to do anything?? Cashing me out was a 5 minute process of mostly confusion and its honestly concerning. The blonde person was absolutely amazing but the purple-haired person was honestly nightmarish
This store has such awesome and friendly employees! I always have a good experience when I shop here. Its the perfect place to find gifts, and theyre really not lying when they say they have something for everyone!
Perfect place for those inexpensive delicate necklaces that we all love so much right now. Fun books, little sncaks, dresses and so much more. My favorite is the fun jewelry.
They took like a 30 minute lunch break after they said they would be open
If you are looking for a unique gift, youll find it at Fuego. They have fashion-forward jewelry and accessories at good prices (the last time I was there, they had the same $40 headband a department store was selling for only $4). If you are looking for a particular item that you dont see on the sales floor, a staff person will happily look in their storage room for it if they know that the store carries the item. All in all, Fuego is like a better, less expensive version of Urban Outfitters, and has a better variety.
This is a great quirky little shop. From a variety of unique T-shirts for men and women to fun kitschy stuff like the wake and bake mug, this store is a must visit place when you are wandering around the mall either alone or with friends.
Absolutely awesome place to go for gifts or just for fun for yourself. Very trendy items. Great employees as well!
This food cart is on my weekly lunch rotation. Burritos and bowls with brown rice and healthy options like whole wheat tortillas & spinach. I usually grab lunch from here, and weather permitting, go enjoy it on the steps of Pioneer Square. The lady who works at this cart is a little quirky, but nice enough. Heads up that there can be quite the line during the lunch rush.
