Today I Visited Portland and wanted a sweatshirt from the blue lobster and they refused to sell me a sweatshirt off a manikin. It was the only medium. One of the employees went to look for another medium and they woman was gone for 20 minutes. When she returned she didn’t even confront me to say that she didn’t find my size she just put out merchandise she brought down from the stock room. I had to walk up to her and ask if she found any of my size. She said “nope”. I then asked why she couldn’t sell my the sweatshirt off the manikin and she said “I just can’t”. I have never been to a store that “just couldn’t” sell you an item off a manikin.

Very upset a Military discount was not given to Veterans!

This place is the perfect gift shop for anyone visiting Maine! There are great prices on everything, fun unique magnets, and a huge selection of shirts and sweatshirts. I was determined to get a lobster stuffed animal during my trip and this place had the perfect one! The products here are better quality than what the other nearby gift shops have. And finally, the customer service from management is fantastic. I will absolutely be back to this shop next time Im in Portland!

The perfect touristy gift shop if youre visiting Portland! Kind of small and tight when its crowded on the weekends and in the summer, but totally worth a stop; reasonably priced (for a tourist gift shop) with some unique items to choose from.

This place is sweet. All kinds of cool knick-knacks and dope t-shirts. They own the Duck Tour boat too and that is always a good time. Check it out!

A decent size tourist shop selling Maine branded goodies. They have sales frequently and the staff is very nice. They also have a couple of clearance bins which had affordable items. I bought a shot glass on sale for $1 and a Christmas ornament for $10.99.

Tried going to this store twice during my recent business trips. Hours indicate open until 6, however they were closed both times at 3:30PM in the afternoon. Really disappointed. Was looking forward to getting souvenirs for the family.

We went to lunch for the traditional American sandwich. I opted for the already known chicken, my husband, one of lobster. I tried his and it was cold and tasteless - it didnt please my taste buds. What I really liked was the service and the cheesecake ordered for dessert - delicious. The location is suggested in the guides.
