The owner is a wonderful, hardworking family man who enjoys good conversation and sharing information and knowledge about the people he works with and supports throughout the regions you’ll find represented in the store. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Plus they get all their goods from families direct from Tibet. Supporting this local business also means supporting a free Tibet! They have a lot to look through so if your into the search this is a great place to go!

The store was full of interesting things and the owner was very friendly. I would take my girlfriend here on a day out in the town.

On top of the store being a complete mess the owner was incredibly rude and didn’t even try to make us feel welcome in his shop. There are many other Tibetan shops in Portland — I suggest you shop those stores instead.
