Ken Romer and his team are absolutely brilliant. Ever since I discovered them years ago I have never ventured anywhere else for framing. Latest project that Frame Central did for me was a custom shadow box for memorabilia from my mom’s career as a flight attendant for TWA airlines immediately after World War II. They spent more than 90 minutes w me to design the display. It turned out beautifully. Was not inexpensive but definitely heirloom quality!

This is a favorite place to take my own art and the art of others to find the best possible matting and framing for each and every piece. Ken Romer, the store manager, always remembers me and my preferences. I like his honest feedback about my choices and his complete support for my final decisons. Get those framing projects you have been putting off done at Frame Central! The best part is the full range of options: total custom framing where they take care of everything to DIY where they prepare the materials and you do most of the labor. The employees at the Macadam shop are particularly friendly, helpful, and creative which makes the experience even more fun!

These folks are wonderful to work with. Since having a bad experience at a glass shop (which Frame Central fixed FOR FREE) Ive used them exclusively. I get good advice and direction on frame selection and the work is always professional and completed on time as promised. Customer for life.

Friendly, helpful staff offering quality frames and custom framing at decent prices. Sometimes you need to wait for help due to there usually only being a couple people working each shift, but its worth the wait.Its a little tricky to get into the parking lot, as you need to be travelling North on Macadam to get into the street that has the parking entrance.

This place is not cheap, but they do great work. The employees are very helpful if youre not quite sure how to mix colors. Im thrilled with my framed art.

Amazing service. Was there for 2 hours yesterday taking care of everything I needed to. The guy was really helpful, cutting mats and giving advice, and going above and beyond!

Id highly recommend this place! Walked in planning on getting just two simple frames, and ended up being so impressed and inspired by their inventory, that I bought a few more items along the way in hopes of completing some personal projects! Staff was super friendly, gave poignant suggestions and were very helpful.

Ken answered my questions for almost an hour, and I walked out of the store feeling like an expert. I really appreciated his time. And, he remembered my name when I walked into the store a few days later. The prices seem very fair and Ive really like what Ive found in the store the last three visits. Id like to try their Chromaprints soon, since their display copies seem to be top notch. Its an interesting little business chain thats connected to a bunch of other frame shops in the Northwest, which includes a warehouse where they make high-quality prints.

Took a little needlework sample in and Ken turned it into art. So pleased with the outcome...best $$ spent in a long, long time. Makes me smile every time I look at it :)

Almost bought an amazon frame for Warhol reprint I got as a present but I decided to go with a local company close to my house. I ended up with a super nice custom frame with glass for an amazing price. Fast custom frame work with tons of options available in store also.

We walked in with a simple project just taking a piece of art out of an old frame and putting it into a new frame with a new mat. We were greeted with a warm smile and helpful attitude. No one tried to sell us anything extra, they just focused on what we wanted.Once we had picked out the new matting I joked about what time this afternoon we could pick it up. To my surprise I was told they would be able to do it today and I could just swing back later in the afternoon and it would be ready. I dont expect that turn around will happen every time but it certainly made my day.

The Macadam store is convenient and has plenty of parking. The staff have always been helpful every time I’ve been there. Also they rotate local artists displayed in their entry area gallery—a nice addition.

I cant say enough about Frame Central! First, understand that custom framing does come with a cost - it is not inexpensive. But Frame Central is very fair with there pricing. And while most stores offer 2-3 week turn-arounds, my pieces came back in two days! A fair price, great selection, knowledgeable and and helpful staff (thanks, Ken!), and an unheard of turn-around what else can you ask for? 😊

The team here are such pros! I had a large piece of art framed and it looks absolutely incredible in my dining room. They even offer delivery which I happily took advantage of. Highly recommitted!

Popped in here on a weekday night to frame my wedding photos. I needed the photos framed in a hurry so I could give them as a gift for my in-laws, so I was looking to buy a ready-made frame and perhaps a mat that was already cut to size. I spent easily over an hour perusing their frame selection (but I am also the worlds most indecisive person) and another good chunk of time looking at different mat options. I was helped by Lucas (stylish looking guy with glasses) and he offered great customer service. He not only walked me through the process of choosing a frame and mat, he also had a keen eye for color and tone and offered me his honest opinion on mat/frame pairings and which colors would best compliment my photos. At the same time, he wasnt pushy and made me feel good about my choices. He even showed me how to properly frame one of my photos so that I could do the rest myself.Good frame/mat selection, many pre-cut mats, very reasonable prices, and excellent customer service.
