We had Town and Country come and install some mirrors for our home gym. From the first call, everyone was nice. Justin and Sage installed the mirrors and they are perfect--straight and even, much better than I could have possibly done! They also cleaned the mirrors before they left, which was a nice touch. We recently remodeled our bathroom in our 120+ year old house in SE Portland. The low rise entry shower we installed ended up being a headache with it being open at the back end, and the controls in the front end. The result was water splashing out on the floor, the wall and the bathroom door, as well as cold water rude awakenings when turning on the water.Justin did a great job coming up with a design to move the existing panel (which was a generic panel from Wayfair) to the back end, and install a new custom door that took into account the very not square dimensions of the house. Justin and Connor also did an amazing job on the two-step installation, making adjustments on the fly so that everything was square or at least looks square. They moved the existing panel first, so they could precisely measure for the custom door dimensions.The end result is beautiful, a fully enclosed shower that doesnt require a mop up, or a defibrillator from a cold water soak after every use! We would both recommend and hire Justin and Connor again without a moments hesitation.

I built a custom shower in my master bath and wanted a glass wall and door. Town and Country is right around the corner from me so wanted to keep it local. Justin came out to take measurements and give me a quote - I didn’t even call another company for a quote because I could tell Justin loves what he does so much. Gage and Sage (stop it.... rhyme time) came to fix my apartment window today. They were on time, repping their company shirts, and did not make any mess whatsoever. I warned them that I was in a virtual work training all day and forgot they were coming, and they were completely respectful of that even though the window was in the same room. When I did have a moment to chat, they were both super friendly and laid back. They immediately seemed to know exactly what they were doing, were able to explain what the issue was that caused my window problems, and finished the job way faster than I was expecting. My sales agent recommended T&C Glass a while ago. Ive used them to replace a door glass. This time I needed my sliding door fixed.Sage/Gage came on time, called prior to let me know they were coming. They were very polite and professional. Did the job fairly quickly. It was hard to get the door out of the frame, I knew it would be the case since we had tried a few times ourselves before. They certainly know what theyre doing. Explained to me a few things patiently when I asked. The door now works like a charm. Zack at the office did a good job too communicating through out. Talk about a seamless appointment. I shot a hole through my slider with a rogue rock while weed eating, and needless to say I needed to get it fixed. Called for a quote on a glass shower door and got a call back the next day. Justin was right on it and gave me a good quote with a couple of options. Timeline was good, about 2 weeks, which was 4 weeks faster than the competition. Justin and Jed did a fantastic job on the install, the door looks beautiful and they didnt make a mess of my floors. Yes I recommend this company but, I only gave 4 stars due to the communication skills of the office staff. The lady there says she is only a message service. Even during open hours. Call backs are not at the level they should be to run a company without loosing business. I almost gave up after a month and a half of trying to communicate with them. Final result however is 5+ STARS to the installer Justin E. After all, the final work they do is what counts. You wont be disappointed with the quality of work in your home. Justin left things clean. Justin was very friendly. Justin was on time. Justin overall did a great job. I would trust Justin to replace or repair any future windows in my home.

Had some glass replaced at my shop, and it is an old building. Nick had to contend with some odd layers of stuff from the previous install, but did a great job with it. He was fun to talk to during the process and explained a lot while he was working on it. Definitely keeping Nick and Town & Country on file for the future.

Town and Country was incredible to work with. It took some phone tag with our schedules but once we finally talked they were very accommodating to my work schedule. They gave a bid that was in line with others. They convinced me that I did not need a new sliding door. He repaired my screen door while we talked. Today, Justin installed the new glass in the window of the door I shattered. Here -screened my screen door and replaced some missing hardware on the lock. He completed the replacement of a large picture window (36x84) cleanly and efficiently, even patching minor paint cracks that occurred during removal.The new window pane is nearly invisible (its SO clean!), and T&C were incredibly respectful when my partner made the initial appointment (even going so far as to hold the appointment when my partner forgot to confirm during a few VERY busy personal weeks).We will definitely be contacting them in the future if we have any glass/window needs!

Justin came by and fixed a window in our apartment today. The process was so seamless and easy. He arrived when he said he would, and he was kind and courteous. I am currently working and studying from home and I wasnt disturbed at all in my work by his work in the next room. Having dealt with some other maintenance issues during my stint working from home in the last year, the minimal interruption was really remarkable. I have never had such an easy fix! He thoughtfully laid out a blanket to catch any glass since, when a pane of glass is broken, the pieces can easily fall. Had a great experience with town and country glass. Justin Eastes was the installer I was working with. I needed a new shower door fitted to my existing track and was having issues. Wasn’t sure if I needed a whole new track or if it could be repaired and the glass could be installed. With a couple new screws he fixed the existing hardware and fitted the glass correctly and didn’t charge me anything which was amazing! Really great customer service and next time I have any glass issues I’m calling Justin!!

Justin installed 2 shower enclosures for me, first with Conner and then with Nick. Although there were some communication issues with the office, and some manufacturer issues, I was very happy with the job Justin, Conner and Nick did. The shower doors/panels looked great and the guys were conscientious and professional. They were happy to go the extra mile, like drilling holes in tile for a toilet paper holder and amazingly, installing an 8 ft mirror for me before they left for the day, which I really appreciated. I found them to be reasonable and fair and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Overall experience was amazing!We tried calling several companies. Some returned calls but said they didnt do that. Others still havent returned our call.T&C promptly retuned our call and scheduled us for an estimate. I work at an apartment complex and Town & Country Glass are our go to for quick and amazing service, they always do an exceptional job! Most recently, this week, we had Nick, Justin, Sage & Shane come by to repair some exterior windows on our neighborhood and they were all super friendly, got everything done quickly, and did a perfect job (as usual!).

We hired the company to install an extra glass panel in our shower. Although we had several issues with having to order the glass 3 times total, (manufacturers fault), Justin was super pro and helpful and most of all very patient.It was worth the wait. I had an excellent experience with T&C Glass. A flooring contractor I hired accidentally broke the midcentury era sidelight window next to my front door. I called countless places searching for matching glass and couldn’t find it anywhere. I was so lucky to finally find T&C because they had a piece of the glass in their warehouse. Justin did the installation and did a stellar job! Thank you, Justin!!!

The people are all nice enough but I have the following problems: 1) they use an answering service for everything and they do not return calls in a timely manner, 2) when they came out to look at our problems they said it would take up to a day to get an estimate. The next day they did not call us, so late in the afternoon we went to their store and the estimate was not done. They told us that it should be done by noon on the next working day and to call. We called and it was not done. They said it would be done in 2 hours and that they would call. They did not. We had to call again another two days later. It was still not done. Finally they called back with the estimate. We went in and paid 1/2 the money so that they would order the parts.3) The parts came in and about 12 days later they just showed up at our door ready to begin the work without knowing if we would even be home to let them in to work. 4) They did the work but two of the windows could not be repaired. Dont know why the guy who came out to see what work needed to be done wasnt able to determine that. Two other windows were repaired. Then two screens were replaced due to small tears. 5) After one of the screens was replaced, the frame was bowed in so that it no longer fit in the window and had gaps between the frame and the window large enough for flies and insects to come in. Those gaps were not there before. So I called back to have them come back and fix the screen but again I got the answering service. Still waiting to hear back from them.Update: The company contacted me and came out and made everything right. I have raised my rating to 4 stars because they made it right. In this day and age I do not see enough people trying to do that so thank you for doing this.

I cant speak to the quality of the company, only communications. I reached out to T&C two times. The first time was via the online form on their website. After no response for two weeks, I called them. I left my number with the woman who answered, and I did not receive a call back. Im disappointed because it sounds like they do quality work. Edit: within a few hours of posting this review, I received both a phone call and follow-up text from Justin at T&C, so Im changing this review from two stars to three stars to reflect that quick follow-up.

I had the pleasure of having Gage work on several of my windows today (at Centerpoint Apts) and I have nothing but positive things to say about him! We hired Justin and Connor from Town and Country Glass to install a frameless shower glass door for a bathroom remodel we did. The experience from the beginning was very professional and pleasant. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us some great suggestions for the shower glass. They gave us a date when they could get the job done and then came back on time and installed the shower glass door for us. The shower glass door turned out really nice. They cleaned up after themselves, no finger prints on the glass!!! Overall did an excellent job. We will hire them again for other projects. Thank you!

Our experience with Town & Country Glass was truely superb! Everyone we spoke to in the office was so friendly and helpful. I got a call to schedule our initial consultation for a quote shortly after my initial call to the office. Justin came out to do the quote and he had great ideas on how to maximize the accessibility to our shower given our small bathroom space. Connor and Justin did a great job with the install and we are incredibly happy with our new beautiful glass shower door!

Nick came out today to install a panel of glass in my front door that my dog had broken. He called to let me know when he would arrive and was on time. He installed the galss and you cant tell that it is new. He was quick, neat and very pleasant. He took the time to explain the difference in regular glass and tempered and why the front door had to be tempered. I really appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend them

Gage and Sage where on time and very friendly and efficient. They fixed my broken window in a record time and even cleaned up after! Would recommend Town and Country to anyone.

Our property management company reached out to Town & Country to have a window replaced at one of our apartments. They were helpful throughout the entire process of coming out to give a bid, ordering and scheduling. Today, Justin came out and was both professional, friendly and efficient with his time. The window was repaired within half an hour of his arrival. We will definitely be using this company again and adding them to a preferred vendors list as well as referring them to other clients.

Cost was reasonable, communication was timely and installation happened on time/as scheduled. The installers, Justin & Nick, were super friendly and finished the installation in less time than expected. Would highly recommend Town & Country Glass.
