I’m very happy with the results from Garrett at Pane in the Glass. My upstairs office window was in serious disarray. The condensation and fogginess was between the glass panes. I’m thankful I found Pane in the Glass. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Garrett was very respectful of my time and home. He made sure to wipe his feet before he entered and not to let the indoor cats out.At my request I mentioned to be aware there are two indoor cats and make sure they don’t “escape”. I really appreciate how respectful and conscious he was about that request every time he came in or out the door. He was very punctual too and showed up when he said he would and got the job done right, the first time. I would recommend him for any glass work.

I am truly grateful for “Pane in the Glass”, About two months ago I purchased a beautiful mirrored fireplace and coffee table. upon delivery, several areas of broken glass was shattered on both pieces. Garrett “ the owner of Pane in the Glass”, came over and looked at the two pieces, and in no time repaired it back to perfection. I am ever so grateful. I had an old casement window in my house which had a broken glass pane and I was just looking to replace the glass and on a whim called Garrett and he picked up right away and figured out what my issue was an gave me a quote right over the phone and moved forward. His rate was more than fair let me say that. And since he was in a nearby town he had a drop-off/pick-up at his location and had it done overnight. The result is nothing short of spectacular! He even reglazed the other pane to match the new one so the whole window looks brand new! Also, Garrett was honest, professional, and gave me a price I couldnt refuse - and he stuck to the original quote which I am grateful for. I am kicking myself for not finding Garrett sooner. I would have gotten so much more work done with him had I known that honest, hard-working craftsman like Garrett still exist in this disposable economy. Thanks Garrett for helping me out in a pinch!

Garrett is a really great and helpful guy. I had a project refurbishing some vintage multi-panel windows. Garrett answered all of my questions about re-glazing the panels, and provided tons of advice on difficulties I might encounter. Finally, I asked him to cut me 12 panels of glass. He cut me an extra two panes and provided some razor blades. Glass was made for me the same day I ordered it. Price was cheap! Way less than what you would pay at a big-box store. Glass fits the windows perfectly. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Garrett has to be the most professional tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He is extremely punctual and has excellentcommunication with his customers. Garrett is so knowledgeable about his craft that I would say he has a PhD in glassology. Garrett reglazeda fogged up greenhouse window for us at a quarter of the price of another company. When he came to our house he literally set up a shop in our driveway to cut the new panels of glass. Our greenhouse window now looks spectacular!I would say it even looks better than when it was first installed.
