Dr. Rikki Green has been very thorough from my first visit. She took the time to not only test my hearing but explained my hearing issues. She recommended what would be the best aids and tested my hearing with the aids to verify the settings. After having some difficulty with one of the hearing aids, she arranged with the manufacturer for not just a replacement but an upgrade to a pair of the latest generation of hearing aids. I would highly recommend Dr. Green and the group at Mt Hood ENT.

My hearing had been declining over time from working in a noisy environment, riding loud motorcycles, etc.scheduled appointment to have hearing tested and it was determined that I had enough hearing loss to qualify for hearing assistance.Dr Green worked with my insurance to get approval for hearing aids. Once approved I was scheduled for fitting.Was able to wear them 10 to 12 hours a day from that first day. Follow up two weeks later for a comfort adjustment.I can’t believe how much I was missing because of my hearing loss.I strongly recommend visiting Dr Green if you suspect that you are missing out on life because of hearing loss.

She is incredible knows sher stuff and will listen to all concerns, just an incredible perso who cares, thank goodness.
