Let me start with the fantastic service and product knowledge as well as dependability from our service representative Andy and especially Dave weaver. i have had incredible response times whenever something has happened even on the weekends. in short if your not using them you should be.

Auto-Chlor has been fantastic! I don’t have to worry about ordering chemicals or running out during service. It puts my mind at ease. The times I have needed them to look at the machine they were there very quickly and fixed the problem in minutes. Highly recommend.

We work in the food industry, our store needed quite a bit of help with cleaning. I asked our local Auto-Chlor rep (Tim) for some help with industrial strength cleaners- he got us two Xpress cleaners, one degreaser and one white and bright, he made sure to test both a cutting board and a dirty wall. We struggled to get them clean and he came in and made it easy for us. I would say customer service was on point. He met all of our needs and left us with safety precautions and protocols to make sure we were using the chemicals properly. I feel happy and confident in this employee and company. Excellent service.

The autochlor crew is awesome! I have used their services for 4 years now and they have always serviced our machine in time! In our time we only had one problem with the machine and Niko was here within 2 hours and had us up and operating before the dishes were backed up.
