First of all, Isabella is an amazing associate. Definitely recommend going to her if you end buying from here. However, I should warn you to check bags when you buy them! Make sure the items are new! I got my mom a small bag but she didn’t like the size and we decided we would go exchange it. I didn’t really check the bag up close and I let it sit around for weeks in the box until she could accompany me to the store. Nobody used the bag and it was new however they said it was scuffed up and wouldn’t let me exchange it. The only thing I can think of is that it was used when I got it. When I was in the store, the bag didn’t show up on in stock online. However, the sales person found it in the store. It must have been a return. I have heard from other people online that this is not uncommon.
Went yesterday with my good friend to help him choose a gift for his girlfriend, and the man helping was the friendliest and most helpful retail employee Ive ever talked to. He knew all the prices and was happy to show and tell about products. He made shopping a great experience and was 110% on his game. It was a nice man with short dark hair working May 25th. He is great at his job and deserves some recognition.
Tamara Nguyen helped me to find the perfect wallet and unisex bag in-store and then a few weeks later assisted in helping me reserve a bag that she helped me find when the one I was hoping for was no longer in stock. So overall this location has nice employees. They didn’t have a few things we were looking for which was sad. But they did have the speedy 30 bandoliere which was my main reason of going so that was super nice. However, I did find it a little odd that the SA didn’t know where to find the made in marking...he just guessed it was made in the USA. It was actually made in France once I looked more closely at the bag. So that’s a little weird to me that he wouldn’t know where to look on a bag that is such an iconic style for Louis Vuitton.
I have purchased 3 bags just from this location. And purchasing experience was great everytime. But when it comes to customer service after your purchase then it’s definitely a 1 star if not less. About 3 weeks ago I purchased two bags for my wife (spent around $3,500.00) sales person was Marcos. And when I got home (I live in Washington) I noticed that one of the bags had a small manufacture defect,the bag was literally brand new and never used. When you pay $1900 for a bag then defects are not good. Keep in mind I have never returned any of the products I bought here. I called the store and Marcos said he will get me a return label the same day...1-week later no return label or emails/call backs. I called again a week later,this time a female picked up(don’t remember her name) said she apologizes and will send out the return label same day. And it’s been 3-weeks and nothing. No one cares about this issue they do care to sell you a bag though. I went to the Louis Vuitton Bellevue store and they returned the bag.So if you have any defects with your bag,from my experience they don’t help here. Won’t be purchasing from this location. I own my own business and I know that customer service should always come first.
I had a few vintage bags that needed maintenance repairs. One of my bags came back looking brand new. My service was great with both Kim and Naomi. I definitely would recommend having repairs done here and they had so many beautiful bags in stock. Everyone was super friendly.

I came to Portland to shop at LV and Ive been to LV in 5 diff counties, i also stop at every State we visit and i move every 3mos to diff state. To say that this visit has been disappointing is an understatement. Never had a client advisor assisted me with half their attention and seemed like i was bothering them. Doesnt talk much and always looking elsewhere. One thing why we rather spend our money in LV is because of their professionalism and friendliness. Lynn,however, changed that. I was so dissatisfied that we left and went to gucci to buy my wallet and bag.

Koby was my CA last week when I came in looking for a few items, one being a gift for myself and the other a gift for my husband. He was very professional and polite. I knew going back to pick up one of my items that had to be ordered I would like to buy something additional (wasnt sure what though) and made an appointment with Koby so I would have time in the store. He helped me purchase a very hard to get SLG and gave wonderful fragrance recommendations and sent me with some samples to try out. Ask for Koby!

My experience was unfortunate I had a brand new pair of sneakers never worn I decided to pull them out of box and I noticed discolor on back of both shoes I took them for repair at the location at pioneer place I just received a call from the repair associate Naomi who told me there was nothing they could do for me I told her to keep the shoes buyer beware just because u think your paying for quality your not !

The new store is gorgeous and the staff are phenomenal. The store was clean and kept safe for shoppers. Daniel helped me today and he was incredibly nice. I didn’t get the name of the nice lady who was greeting at the front but she was also amazingly friendly. 1000 times better than going online.
If there was an option to give a negative rating, Id gladly give the customer service a negative five stars. We were there shopping on 12/6/2020 at around 2:15 pm, and had a very terrible customer service experience. (probably because were Asian). This female associate with short brunette (bob cut) hair and glasses came and told us to leave if we were not shopping, even though we already informed our sales advisor that we were waiting in line to view the belts. The associate with the brunette bob was rude and very insistent on us leaving while we were waiting. Even our personal sales associate was just waiting on the side for us. We were planning on buying more than one item, but after this horrible experience, we left, and we do not plan on coming back. We will be spending our money on brands that dont discriminate against us. Having shopped at Louis Vuitton in Paris, I know how customers should be treated at Louis Vuitton, and this was not it.

My first experience was to purchase a pochette metis, Rachid being my sales associate. Absolutely incredible experience. 10/10 and would recommend him 100%. My next stop in was 2 weeks later to get a wallet, and maybe a second bag. I had a different sales associate this time around and it seemed like he was just annoyed to be there working that day. He kind of made me feel like I shouldnt be asking questions and to get out asap. It was not a great time, and I actually ended up buying a wallet and bag from another fashion house after we left. I still think the LV Portland store is beautiful and most of the SAs are really quite lovely and fun to be around. That last stop in though really bummed me out.

This store is terrible! My wife contacted customer support and was told they had her bag in stock and if she came right now she could buy it. After she drove over an hour with my two children they were closed. People were in the store but closed and wouldnt sell her the bag she wanted. For the prices of inventory you would think they would treat their customer with better service especially the ones that are buying

Very friendly service. Decent in-stock merchandise. Always have new items. Not too big but I am glad it is here. It lends some weight to the status of Portland being a near-first rate urban center. Staff is especially kind to children, for which I am grateful.

No one spoke French, and the selection is rather meagre, suburban, and unrepresentative of the wide array of products offered by this leather goods company.
The staff treated me real good and they told me where I could get things and treated me 100.
They would let some people walk-in (last Friday) without any waiting time but if you are an Asian(maybe?), you would HAVE to wait in a line no matter what(even you have already made an order in the store and told them you will need to try on the size next Friday) The treatment to everyone is VERY different here! guys, dont waste your time and money here. You wont get the same treatment even you paid the same price. Im just wondering who is the manager and allow their staff to treat customers like this.
Amazing customer service at this location. I had my Artsy MM for 2 years and had issues with the bottom ripping they gave me a brand new bag. Highly recommend. We ended up purchasing two new wallets at the same time.

I had an overly long week, as I was traveling on business. I found my way into the store and in spite of the fact that I was completely a wreck, Ryan took the time to show my everything available that for my description. We must have looked at over 20 purses together. I found him knowledgeable and patient. His priorities were centered around finding a bag and wallet that I truly loved. Did I mention that it was just 40 minutes until closing time and he never rushed me or made me snap to a decision. Ryan let me try them on, again and again until I was certain. Fantastic experience from start to finish.A month ago, I found myself in the Michigan Avenue store in Chicago, and no one gave me the time of day.Well done, LV Portland! Well done, Ryan!

Their leather goods are fabulous. Traveling has never been so luxurious and exquisite. Quality is out of this world. Sometimes I feel like a burden on the staff when I’m coming in to buy. Selection in PDX is pretty decent! This time we came in somewhat later, within 2 hours to close. Megan helped us find our perfect eclipse monogram messenger bag. She was very accommodating and allowed us ample time to evaluate each bag thoroughly. We celebrated with terrible champagne. I feel like the LV brand can afford to share nicer wine with it’s guests. It doesn’t prevent me from returning, but i wish the details were commensurate with the brand.
I wasnt planning on going in specifically but since I was in town I decided to stop by. As I walked in a couple of sales representatives glared at me and did not even greet me. As I was looking around one of them kept their eye on me. Honestly all I wanted was to get something nice for my mom. When I did ask for a price one of the gals looked at me as if I couldnt afford it, made me feel uncomfortable and I walked away.

I never felt so uncomfortable in my life in a store. As soon as I walked in with my mom they looked at us from head to toe and then proceeded to follow us around the store. When I asked about the price of something, the way the answer made me feel like she was saying this to expensive for you. I never had a worse experience in my life. Never coming back. Terrible customer service.

So I went in to ask a question about my 3 year old Alma PM and let me say, Megan .S. Is amazing! She had my bag looked at and then helped me with my small purchase. I have seen where people said they weren’t treated nicely when buying smaller items but that was not the experience I had at all. Jon the manager came over and said hello as well. Megan let me try some different hand bags I might purchase down the road, and never seemed to care if I was buying today or not! I would recommend this store to ANYONE, the treatment I got was A plus. If you are in the area and looking to purchase at Louis Vuitton please ask for her you wont be disappointed I promise! I will be back very soon and making another purchase.

They are very busy because their service is amazing! Most Louis Vuitton store employees are very snobby, but this location has the best employees! While one of the employees were getting the bag I bought, another one came and asked if I’ve been helped and then offered to clean my lock on the bag I had on!

Incompetent management here... holiday season and the store is half empty but you have to wait in line half hour or more because they don’t know how to hire enough staff. Ridiculous
The best thing about shopping in Oregon is that you automatically save 8-9% since there is no sales tax here. I decided to take advantage of this automatic discount by buying a purse at LV. The sales reps here were attentive and were not pushy at all. I would definitely come back again and buy a matching wallet for my purse.
After getting confirmation over the phone that they had the phone case I wanted, I drove downtown . When I got there the case was not put on hold as I asked.When the sales associate presented me with the case he pointed out a small pink speck on the front of it. I found it to be so insignificant it wasn’t a deterrent for my purchase. I told him I didn’t mind . It was hardly noticeable and I was sure it would wear off quickly or could be rubbed off. He “Jon” said that there was no way he could sell it to me and he would have to write it off as salvage’ then he said because i could return it at a later day for a refund because of the pink speck mark, REALLY INSULTING! Thanks for already assuming I’m that kind of person!!!. He then proceeded to tell me they would probably get another shipment in a week or so. I said I really wanted the one with the pink lining as that was the only one I had seen in that color and it was not available online. He assured me they’d send more in pink. I left the store very disappointed. Wasted trip. Waste of time. And to top it off it’s my birthday and my only day off from work for I don’t know how long. I started back to my car and got a few blocks down. I really didn’t want to wait and keep checking back about it so I walked back to the store and asked Jon again about the phone case expressing my inconvenience for multiple trips for this item. He said. “ I ALREADY SALVAGED IT! YOU CANT BUY IT” I asked could I order it to be sent to my house? He said yes but you would have to be home to sign for it! . Then he says DO YOU WANT ME TO TAKE DOWN YOUR PHONE NUMBER SO WE CAN CALL YOU WHEN WE GET MORE IN? ?? Yes!!! Why didn’t this happen in the first place ? Why ? I really expect better customer service when I’m spending $345 for a phone case. I should have asked for the manager, it was insulting and a waste of my time. When he said I might return it later because of the speck, I should have asked him if he planned to buy it for himself at a discount because of the so called defect. I wish we had another Louis Vuitton store so I would never have to shop there again!!!

I understand sometime may get busy in the store, but the sales told to I could get my bag in 2 days by shipping. She first put my address wrong, and I have been asking for a tracking number to follow up but never got one from her. I called in LV U.S number to finally got a tracking number. I shows me the address still is wrong since Sep. I massaged the girl who sold me the bag, she said it has been fixed, but when I check with UPS, my bag stocked in their Beaverton location until Now because a wrong address. That was a fun experience I have never had with louisvuitton anywhere. I got mad because I was keeping massaging this girl but nothing been updated. If I could change the address I will definitely do by myself.
I visited this LV store 2 years ago, I didn’t buy anything that time because the item was out of stock, but the SA was very friendly and helpful, very nice experience. Today I came back to check an item, I was shocked by the treatment they gave me, 2 SA there just standing and judging me, looking at me from head to toe and whispering to each other. No “hello” or “‘may I help you”, nothing! Won’t come back to this place and I suggest you take your money somewhere else with nice SA!

Very disappointed with the way we were treated right from the entrance of the door. They judge by the way People are dressed. Yes LV has expensive items but do they seriously need to follow you everywhere. When you do need help the reps are in LA LA land. I waited awhile for my representative to help me with an issue I had with my south bank and she saw I entered the store and didn’t even bother to say “I’ll be with you shortly” at that moment. With that last experience I think next time I plan on buying another bag I will take my money elsewhere.
