I will never purchase from this store again!! I purchased 2 items on 12/23 in store at full price. I got home and realized I forgot a gift so I went online the same day and purchased the exact same items however they were 30% off online. I had every intention of calling to get a price adjustment but was busy with the holidays. I went today to discuss a price adjustment and after speaking with an associate and him calling the web manager they were unable to price adjust or return a belt that didn’t fit because it’s was “beyond our return window” we are talking 32 days from the purchase date (even though the item wasn’t received until 12/29). I am shocked at what they charge and the lack of customer service. I’ve had better customer service at target. Never again will I buy from here and will discourage anyone who asks about this place. Very poor experience.

Exceptional customer service and the finest leather goods youll find anywhere. We recently purchased two Monterey-style chairs with Will-made leather cushions from their Found collection of vintage items. We got a great price, and the store manager Dave literally went the extra mile: as we were debating how to transport these large, heavy chairs the eight blocks to our home, Dave volunteered to drop everything and drive them over in his pickup. He helped me carry the chairs up our steep stairs and place them in our living room. This level of customer care often seems to belong to a bygone era, but Im happy to report its alive and well at Will. Theyve made a loyal customer for life.

First their products state 100% made in USA. The product I specifically purchased was delivered with a tag that statedMade in China . Second the $160 Pocket Secretary is not designed to carry business cards. I have never had such ignorance in a product that was specifically designed for credit cards, business cards, check book, receipts, etc. Third, when I contacted customer service she stated that the Owner gets inspired by places he goes to meditate and they get products from China, Mexico and elsewhere. I intentionally wanted to support a company that made products in America and locally. This is clearly not the case. I would not purchase any item again from them since the 100% guarantee is clearly not going to be honored. Not worth the hassle and FALSE advertising.

Visited Will Leather Goods last week during my trip to Portland. I was looking for a wallet and deciding on Will because they have a lifetime warranty on their products. They also offered custom printing on the wallet, so I got my initials. The three of us had a free ice coffee while we waited. The service was good, and I hope the leather holds up nicely!

The quality of products here is great and the design is usually fantastic. The only canister is some of the products are overpriced even for handmade leather as they only make a certain number per product. The best thing about this is its lifetime guarantee so if you have any problems with it they will replace it repair it or give you store credit for the original price

I bought all my myself and my groomsmen wallets here and they were a hit. Excellent products and you can have a beer while you shop. After 18 months mine developed a small tear and they swapped it out free. Everything is guaranteed. Very nice business.

Excellent service, took in a bag that had a slight issue and they fixed it on the spot, replaced a couple screws to prevent any issues in the future and gave us espresso to enjoy while we waited.Yes, their bags are expensive, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended

Went there in August, 2016, with my youngest daughter, and wanted to stay all day. What great stuff! Bought a purse for me, two pairs of shoes for my daughter (great to see that she wore a pair when visiting me in Honolulu), and a wristlet wallet for her. Cant wait to go back again!

Really great hand made leather goods with very friendly staff made shopping fun. Went in looking for a specific style of belt. They didnt have it but said it could be made. Unfortunately I didnt have the time but they had some other good ones.

This is the comfiest store Ive ever been in. The armosphere is spot on but not overbearing. A sales rep will help you out, and even offer you an amazing latté or tea, whether or not you buy anything. The products are all incredibly well made and priced accordingly. Do not overlook the fact that there is a lifetime guarantee on most items. Maybe not the best store for an introvert as the employees are very conversational.

I love this store. Incredible quality and beautiful pieces. I do wish they had more feminine options in travel/duffle bags. Also, the store manager, Brittany, is very knowledgable and friendly. However, the high pressure sales is so off putting. I went in wanting to buy but I kept telling her I needed to think about the options and process. Every time I looked at something she was right next to me trying to sell me on the piece. I repeatedly told her I needed to think and browse, but she was like a hawk desperate for a sale. Horrible customer service when a customer tells you what they need and you ignore it, especially from a manager I expect more. I will be buying from another store.

Of course, it is also tough leaving without making a purchase sooo... a rug, beaded belt, wrist wallet, and large women’s zippered work bag found their way to the register over the past three years since we discovered WLG. I was treated aggressively (e.g. followed and starred down) by an employee. Ill never shop at Wills again. If youre a person of color, youll be profiled.I immediately filed a complaint via email; asking them to review the tape at the time that I patronized the shop to show them the poor treatment I received. I included my contact information and have not received a response to this very day.
