Absolutely gorgeous purse! I ordered a Merces Petite Dublin purse on May 24 and it arrived May 27. It is the perfect size for when you dont want to carry a lot of extra stuff around. My wallet, glasses case and phone got comfortably with room for extras as well.The craftsmanship is impeccable. Neat stitching and shiny copper rivets. The strap is long enough for cross body wear, but can be shortened for one shoulder as well.Love the closure, too. I wish it was copper to match the rivets, but that is a minor detail as the rivets are on the back of the purse so the look of the purse is not compromised.Absolutely delighted with my purchase. A great family business.

I am so in love with the quality, look, and experience. Shipping was fast and easy. The look was exactly what I expected but even better. The leather is so beautiful and sturdy. Ive been looking for the perfect leather purse for years now, m so glad I bought from Orox.I didnt notice some of the cool detail on the Merces Saddlebag online. The Tote was HUGE so I did have to switch it down a size, but thats on me for not measuring the dimensions.

Ive purchased several items from Orox and all of them are beautiful and expertly made. After purchasing one of their belts in brown, I had to go back and purchase one in black because I wont wear anything else now. I was excited when they came out with their home collection because I was looking for a leather desk mat that was both large enough to cover my desk and durable enough for everyday wear and tear. I wasnt disappointed. Their customer service is unparalleled and personal. Ive enjoyed every interaction with them. I cant recommend them enough.

The selection isnt particularly large, but every piece was well designed and beautifully created.There are examples of select items to show how they will age over the years and options of leather patterning. Ill definitely be dropping by again the next time I visit Portland

I got a navy blue wallet and it is amazing. Its very compact and light weight which I appreciate and they also threw in a free monogramming of my initials. My order also came with a handwritten note of thanks which I thought was really classy. Everyone I have shown my wallet to thinks it is great. I would highly recommend and Ill likely be buying additional products from Orox!

My old pair has lasted since the summer of 09 and have been on my feet for probably 3 1/2 years of that time. Through rain, snow, sand, and grass these sandals got me to where I needed to be and hugged my feet the whole while. I ordered a new pair within 24hrs of the old pair breaking and I am looking forward to many more hikes, rafting rides, and adventures in these stellar sandals.

Walked in off the street by chance; walked out with two new belts (for life). The brown one fit perfect. Got to see the black one made on the spot. Loved the smell of the store (my grandfather worked for the N.C. Leather Company many years ago - reminds me of visiting him). Great environment, extremely friendly people. My wife and I stumble upon the Orox shop today while exploring Portland. Ive always been attracted to artisan work. The store did not disappoint us. Everything in the store is made in the workshop that is part of the store. The quality of the craftsmanship is very high. The customer service was also impeccable. This time, I only purchased a slim cardholder. We will very likely return before leaving town to purchase a purse for my wife. Prices are on the higher end.... but worth every penny.Even if your not planning on buying anything, it is worth your time to stop by the shop to check it out.Ill definitely will be returning on my next trip to Portland.

Nice stuff! The leather feels like butter. Canvas bags are gorgeous! Friendly help. Super cool that everything is made on site right there in the store. Being able to see them working away while I shopped felt like I was in Santas workshop watching the elves working away on all the goods.

This store is beautiful - definitely worth a visit. I am writing a review, though, because I was really impressed with their customer service. I bought a beautiful leather shoulder bag, but after wearing it a couple of times I realized it was just too big/heavy for me. (Im 54 and 110lbs.), so I returned it in the mail. When I called them up they took care of the return immediately and credited my card on the spot. It was a pricey bag and I really appreciated their efficiency and the ease of the return. Thank you!
