Great onsite customer service, with a good selection at reasonable prices. We looked for a quantity of A4 cherry plywood. They had it in stock, could get more within a couple days.

No assistance due to telephone person. She does not accurately repeat the request/question and prohibits you from being able to ask it yourself. Poor customer service from the start...
