It was the worst experience I have had with a motorcycle shop by far. Chris was excessively rude, not even allowing me the opportunity to understand and resolve the problem. The language and demenor was extremely unprofessional, and in the process my 2006 Street glide was damaged with no intent of being fixed. I highly recommend looking elsewhere to take your bike.
