People were nice they had some nice bikes, I went in look for a used Electra glide or road glide. I looked at 2 very nice bikes but didnt really feel the need to purchase being 4 hours from home. When I was getting ready to leave the salesman said let me show you one more bike, we went and looked at the bike and this one definitely made me think about buying that far away from home, the salesman said it was $13,999. I said Im gonna go to luck to think about it, and decide to go back. The finance person comes out and now the price is $14,999 plus a bunch of fees bringing it almost $16k no thanks! I wouldnt even have went back after lunch if I had been told the bikes price was $14,999. Live and learn I guess.

I brought my 18 RGS IN TO BE TUNED AFTER MY UPGRADE TO STAGE 2 WITH A 475 S&S CAM, LIFTER, OIL PUMP. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS AWESOME.JAY IN SERVICE GAVE ME ALL THE OPTIONS AND STEERED ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. BIKE RUNS AWESOME I EVEN SOLD THEM MY SONS 15 IRON 883. Buying my motorcycle was a great experience and mark greets me very courteously and catches up every time I come into the show room that is a 5 star my 1 star goes to the service department, my fat bob I bought acouple months ago has now been in the service department for 2 weeks with multiple parts ordered and no turn around time, for a fuel leak that was diagnosed as a check valve issue. There is no communication what so ever when I do call the woman from the service department is rude tells me MORE parts have been ordered and the turn around time is pushed ANOTHER 3 days. I am extremely unhappy some servicing should of been done to this bike before purchase and now I’m stuck with no motorcycle with end of the season so close and hundreds of dollars in repairs for a motorcycle I just bought and barely have had time to ride

The staff at Big Moose did an amazing job of helping me get the bike I wanted. Mark did a fanominal job of getting me through the process of getting me my first Harley. He made sure everything was ready for when I picked it up. Will definitely be recommending them to friends!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and purchase experience in general!!! We started off calling Big Moose Harley to talk about a particular bike on their website. They were helpful and knowledgeable, they explained the process from putting a deposit down to finalizing the deal. We arrived later on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at the bike and finalize the details. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Carlos is not your typical salesman, he genuinely cares not just about the sale but that you are happy. Arryne in the finance dept is happy to answer any questions and very knowledgeable on the different warranties that are offered above and beyond the typical warranty and only want you to purchase if it makes sense for you! No high pressure sales here!!! If you or anyone you know is in the market for a bike they are a must to check out!!!

Was excited for 8 months to travel from Arizona to Portland maine, only to find when I got to Big Moose Harley, to buy a t shirt, which I do in every state I visit, they had only about 10 shirts, all size mens small, how many Harley riders wear a small??Really disappointed, they also had no doo rags, or sweatshirts.For a tourist town, this was by far the worst shop Ive ever visited.

Thank you guys for tending to all my needs I truly appreciate it. After a fantastic experience through the initial door greeting from OB to crunching numbers with Carlos to finalizing the sale it was flawless. Had a small hiccup with the suspension on my Used Road Glide and the company made it happen for me. We have purchase helmets and some gear from here as well and things are great. Now if we could just get some steady weather to keep the knees in the breeze with we would be golden. Thanks everyone for making this the best experience ever.

Bought a $35 hat here and within 2 days my sweat bleached it out also tag says made in China also bought a windproof lighter for $15 got the correct fluid and it wont take the fluid just keeps pushing it out the only thing I bought that is still good is the sticker lol sales staff for clothes and stuff was great sales staff for bike sales were great parts sales not so much was trying to but a 2up seat and guy behind the counter older gentleman was extremely rude wanted to argue over everything I dont recommend this store....

I visited with my 8 year old, well behaved daughter. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to work with my budget. Not always a great idea to shop for a bike in the middle of the winter, but when you find the bike that you want with super low miles and in great condition, you have to go for it!

Its a smaller Harley-Davidson dealership but very nice nice little selection of bikes good parts department friendly people Guess thats what really matters the best most good people.

We had some big issues on multiple bikes after traveling around Nova Scotia and pulled into Big Moose H-D. Mark in service was right on the problem, calling the insurance getting me into service and out a reasonable time, then a tire replaced and found braking issues to return the next day bc two more bikes had issues. Big C, Teofe and Scott. The girls in motor clothes where very helpful too!! As a whole the most amazing dealership I’ve been on all counts. Even a shaded place to hang while we waited!

Their sign on their door and their website said they close at 6 on Fridays. I got there at 520. You have to call the number on the door for them to let you in because of Covid19. The person that answered said someone will be right down in a second. Waited over 15 min. Someone that showed up after me that needed parts got taken care of. Ill take my money somewhere else. Poor customer service. Id go to a different Harley Davidson if you want taken care of.

Absolutely best bike buying experience Ive ever had. From sales to finance to parts, everyone was willing to answer questions, and work to my budget and goals, and all while never really selling me anything. They just listen and put me on a bike I liked and could afford.

These guys have all the business they want, and it shows in the way they treat their customers. Id been in to buy jackets, helmets and such. A few times I got a pleasant salesperson, usually a female. Most of the time it was a guy, and I was just an annoyance to him. Locally, Big Moose has a reputation for this, so was expecting it. The service department doesnt seem to care whether you go there or not either. At first, I thought it was my Suzuki. But, now I bring a Harley there, and its no different. They are utterly competent mechanically though. Never had a single problem with the work done there. And, I dont know anyone who has. Overall, its like going to the dentist, painfull but necessary.
