This is a great storage company. The staff were very warm and helpful when I was looking for a storage facility. Now that I have a unit here, I continue to receive excellent customer service, most recently from Michael. Highly recommended.

I had the most amazing experience here! Jen was absolutely fantastic! She gave me the best customer service that I’ve ever had at a storage facility. I strongly recommend this place. We had an appointment at 11o’clock on January 19, 2021 and everything went really well! Jen help me get a really good deal on a 5 x 10 storage facility.

Best storage locker experience Ive ever had. They are not about collecting multiple fees for this & that. Reasonable & fair. Willing to meet your needs on multiple levels. It was a pleasant experience.

Employee did not trust me when I told him, that I have removed belongings from the unit, including the lock he sold me.He asked me to wait, until he took 20 minutes to make sure i told him the truth. He returned with an angry face and said...I am closing out your account. I stayed in honor, and wished him good day.

CubeSmart is a normal storage facility, but their staff is what sets them apart. I regularly have packages delivered to my unit and Jen is always extremely helpful. She is a great asset to the company and has helped me with any frustrations that have come up since I have had my unit.

The initial quote was $100 for a month but with little extras it creeped up to $130 without anyone telling me. The paperwork said a lock would be ready when I arrived. It was not, and then they charged me for it without letting me know. No lights in unit so difficult to see. Not worth the money.

Unfortunately, @ the end of this last yr (2020) our 10×10 unit was completely cleared out & i wasnt even notified of this ...not until following mo. Wen i went 2 drop off more items is wen i learned about my unit b n robbed but i had 2 get management 2 unlock ther lock they threw on my unit cuz my lock had been clipped off but yet i still hadnt bn notified of any of this!? Its BS! Then they r accusing us of b n the culprits behind doing this!!! Ugh!! The nerve of these New Owners!? Last but not least weve bn renting from this Storage place 4 the past few yrs!!

This location was perfect for our needs. They had a $36 first month deal we took advantage of and were very happy. The staff were kind. The location is secured by a gate and is not accessible after 10PM so you do have a good sense of safety here. Compared to a place with no gate/ 24-7 access. I highly recommend this location. Again the $1 first month promotion really means $36 because of the fee and insurance

The facility went from closing at 10pm to closing at 6pm with no notification to paying customers. I now have no opportunity to access the items I am paying to store.

It was easy to access, Secure Entry notices when access numbers were changed, I was notified by email. I also like that I never had to contact a physical person all done online and by email. Including billing.

It was so quick and easy to move in. Also, very responsive via email and customer service in general. I have several units, for business purposes, in many states. This one, by far, has been the best.

Amazing promotion for them. First month Free!! I needed to store my pickup for three weeks in Portland. These guys have a promotion (that can expire anytime). The first month is free. So, for the first month, the admin fee of $24.00 a and a $12.00 for insurance, my truck is locked up dry, in their unit. Great phone service and very nice and professional staff on site.

I was completely surprised with how quick and easy it was! The office people were amazing, and 5he gate tomes are very convenient. 6am to 10pm everyday.

Truly the nicest guys. Sean and his partner went out of their way to make room for us when everything else in the area was booked solid. Sean is specially is always extremely accommodating and friendly. I have had my rig parked here now for a while and I have had no problems with security. It seems as though they are better protected than most others in the area to be honest. I am very happy and will continue to use their services into the future. Thanks guys for a great experience at a safe place to park my RV.

Our unit was burglarized and had items stolen. The unit was otherwise ransacked. Management showed not a care in the world that this had happened. They advertise cameras being present but, when asked about cameras near our unit, I was told there are none in that area. We wanted to keep items safe while we had our home up for sale. If you want the same for your belongings then DON’T choose this place.

Weve rented here for well over a decade. Old owners were very nice. Only one drawback is no power in our unit, so no lighting.

My camper trailer was vandalized when someone attempted to break into it. Approximately $1500 in damage done and CubeSmart wouldnt even credit me 1 month of rent. They didnt value my business and dont have a secure facility.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to work with you the grounds are kept clean and safe to go to

There is nothing Safe about SafeGuard.Theft is rampant and Management does not care.If you value your items - look elsewhere.Had my unit (and multiple others in my hallway broken in to through a security gate and multiple locked doors. The latching apparatus off the our unit doors were cut through with our locks laid nicely on the inside of our units - still locked, still usable. Cant vouch for others but I had high dollar items stolen and my other delicate items tossed. Management laughed in my face when I inquired about compensation after filing a police report - even though this was through no fault of my own. They offered me a free months rent. Way too generous.

Ive had a 10x30 unit and had to get another unit a 5x10 shawn who runs the place look up a discount coupon for me gave me the options to get 25% off the unit for life or one month free .thats so cool for them to do that...He has been very helpfull understanding,a pleasure to run into wile dropping stuff off. 5 stars for cubeSmart having Shawn as the employee running it....

Customer service was amazing!

Prices arent listed online. Called repeatedly only to get an answering machine during business hours. Look guys, you have two options. Either list prices online, so I can compare my options, or have someone at the desk 24/7. You cant slack on both (and it really makes me question your capability as a vendor).

Manager wouldnt help me when i got robbed by his customer leaving the property... Just crazy

Had my unit broken into and was never notified by management. Was a customer there for over 3 years and had one late payment by 10 days, and had golf clubs,cds, and softball bats,and shoes taken. Management tried to act like they didnt know what was going in but it was one of their locks on my unit when I went to open it

The place for the area is representative, the only reason I gave 4 instead of a 5 is the issue with gate access codes on my admissions to the facility.
