The absolute worst and weird eta experience I have ever had. They have no arrows or signs and claim it is a one way, running out of the office and yelling at me. Worst staff o have ever witnessed.

I havent rented storage in over a decade. The team at Stor-Room made is really easy. They are really as nice as the reviews say they are. Storage isnt anyones favorite thing to do but they made it easy and hassle free. They also had a van to rent as well. I highly recommend them.

These are the nicest people that run these storage units. Ive been storing here on and off for many years and its always a great place! 😃

Nice and very clean.

The staff was professional and helpful. The storage area was clean and secure. None of the items stored were disturbed or had any signs of vermin. I would store my stuff there again with no hesitation.

Cheap and close to home.

Excellent storage facility. The staff is polite, friendly, and keep the place looking great. Just as well the grounds are secured. Ive always felt safe there,(Except for when my Ex shows up). Anyhow the Stor-Room Mini Storage gets a 5 star score for being on top of their game and for not losing it when I smoked a cigarette in the building.By the way there is NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside any of the buildings or on the property.

Parking is limited but staff is very helpful and friendly. Access hrs are good and buildings are clean. Prices are a little lower then most storage.

Security is great

So I have been with this facility for many many years this month I was actually having some Hospital issues and in the past they have called me if Ive been late. I accept full responsibility this month was going over bank statements due to the Situations just forgot to pay my bill went in to pay it today a $95 bill turned into over $300 with the promise they were going to auction my stuff off. Were talking years that Ive always paid my bill no phone call this time the staff at the store was great its just the new policy

I used Stor-Room when I was listing my home nearby to clear out my basement and declutter the home. I set up an monthly autopay as I didnt know how long I would need the storage. It was easy to make runs to drop off and pick up once moved. Staff was super friendly, we even rented a van there once we were moving. I didnt have to do anything when moving out, just take your lock and they get your charge cancelled by the next billing cycle. Simple.

Excellent staff and facilities. Longer access hours and units I can pull right up close. Better access hours at more affordable rates.

The customer service is great theyre friendly and its a storage facility just like all the rest besides its cold as hell in there inside units

I rented a Uhaul here, the process was easy and location was convenient, very close to 99E at SE 17th. Staff was nice and I did not have to wait long.

Very nice informed staff, clean area. The lighting in units makes sorting a little difficult, but a flashlight fixes that.

Helpful people, cheap rates and flexible too. I Had A Great experience with these guys and would recommend anyone in Newport on a budget to go here!

I work for a moving company and think its great to have spots for people to store there belongings

Decent prices and access until 9pm, 7 days a week. Careful about being there close to 9pm though, if you dont leave in time the exit gate will close and not open.

Place is safe and secure. You can count on your stuff still being there when you return
