Clean nice people running a clean nice facility. Environment controlled: its always nice and cool in there. Ive had a unit here for about 5 years. Ive never had a single problem. Highly recommend this place

Sign i. Get carts right there,,load in and youre good to go. Its older so theres a few quirks like an old freight elevator and bumpier concrete on ground floor, but parking is ample. Lots of different ramps to choose from for level of your vehicle.

Its not a nice place aesthetically or functionally. And its certainly not easy to find since the Google maps leads you nowhere near where you need to be when using the given address! I would have fixed it but wasnt really sure what the main issue was and the last time I was there i didnt really have extra time in the area to troubleshoot so unfortunately if you try to find this place using the address and Google - good luck! Other than that, its a storage place where you can store your stuff so at least that works. The staff isnt the most friendly either. But they have a bathroom you can use if you ask for the key!

Always friendly always clean I have to be careful because there hours dont fit my schedule like Id like. Wish they had more outside units otherwise theyre great!

Parked here for a Blazers game, directly in front of the office, and my car (along with 3 others) were broken into. Pretty sure they took money for parking from everyone and left the facility unattended once the game started. Unsafe and unsecure location. Id prefer to give them 0 Stars if that were an option.

Is a convenient location close to the highway and NoPo....also convenient to downtown and inner NE. Not climate controlled but, always dry.

Storage facilities more than adequate, but there is now an insurance fee along with the storage rate.

Over friendly staff, really this place is clean as well watch over the hours are not real late but there is an site supervision to secure your precious items. Easy to pay your storage unit they have online pay at your service.

The staff was very friendly they were available to help me right away seem pretty secure to me nothing out of the ordinary as far as I could tell that would definitely bring unit there without any qualms

Ive had a really good experience with the service and frendliness of this place. You can pay over the phone. They take the time to be thourough with new customers- so it may take more time than you thought. Thanks Garrett for letting me finish dropping off at he last minutes of before closing. I was in a time-crunch when I first got the unit, but everything worked out- and the thouroghness makes me feel safer about my stuff being there for so long. Take the time to listen about properly using the elevator, before using. Good people working there.

The guy who answered the phone at the East Portland office was rude and lost them a customer. He had an additude and a nasty personality. I will never store anything with them- EVER! My money goes to places who hire people who respect themselves by being professional to customers.

Horrible. Horrible access hours. Horrible storage. Undersold space, my 7X12 measured 6X11 inside the unit. at $140 a moth Im being RAPED.

Nice indoor storage units. The hours are really restrictive though, and the one freight elevator is frequently in use by other people.
