Totally ridiculous that they are closed and refuse to have 360 pictures or video of the desks. Why would you want to see the back? The sales rep asked me, after waiting on hold for 36 MINUTES. Unacceptable. Then the call disconnected and she never called back. Do you see this entire city is back on its feet, safely with masks? How can you expect me to buy something thats $600-$1200 without even seeing it? Not okay.

Fully makes nice furniture. Buyers should be aware that Fully is not easy to reach during the pandemic. If you run into an issue assembling your desk, I recommend searching online. Fully has some helpful videos on their website and there are also some people in forums with helpful advice to address common issues.When I assembled the desk, I found that screws were missing. Googling Fully screws missing turned up a Reddit thread, where it turns out others have already discussed and troubleshooted the same issue. (Fully packs one set of screws in a red envelope in the box with the desk board, away from all the other screws and building supplies that ship in a separate package. A lot of people end up taking out the desk board not realizing that this box also contained a set of screws.)Fully ended up contacting me a few days later to help me get things sorted out and help me with programming the desk (another process I got stuck on when reading and following the printed instructions). There was a slight nick on my desk that initially bothered me. However, Fully made a generous offer to make things right in dealing with the different issues I had with the desk.Overall, this is a good company with a good heart (B-Corp!) and they make a beautiful, sturdy desk. They could use to book some more customer service agents to work from home so that customers can get help by phone during business hours.However, so long as youre willing to either wait a few days for customer service to get back to you by email or to dig up answers on Reddit or elsewhere online, you may be very happy with your experience. Im putting the initial frustrations behind me and plan to enjoy this desk for years to come.
I wish I had read some of the earlier reviews. Totally in line with other customer feedback, the customer service at this company (European branch) is atrocious. The order is paid upfront and in full, in return I received a partial delivery of a desk (a desk without a desk top is probably worse than no desk at all). For 4 weeks I have had the frame occupying space; and whilst that would have warranted being given the option to cancel or change the order, I need to chase for updates. And eMail that does not get responded to in good time is the only way to reach them - and they even tell you so.Like another review said, Covid is not an excuse for bad communication. I really wish I could take my money elsewhere; that I cannot do even that is infuriating.Do not order from this company!
The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Encountered. I purchased a $1000 chair online and it appears to be missing a part. The company has ceased taking phone messages and are not available on live chat. The recordings say they are pivoting to email to maintain their high standards...I emailed a week ago and still havent gotten a response. I highly recommend you find what you need elsewhere. They are not the only dealers out there.

Worst purchasing experience of my existence! I ordered my desk on 9/2 and have had several issues. Today is 9/25 and I am still dealing with getting the order corrected. No call backs, just jumped around through several customer service reps so I am constantly repeating my issues. It takes at least two days for an email response. I am sorry but COVID is no longer an excuse for the lack of response. Once I am done with this I wouldnt order a pencil from this company, even if it was free. Very frustrated.

6/12 - Received the remaining unit yesterday. It was fairly easy to put together. Works right out of the box. Sadly, couple hours later, screen went down and unresponsive. Try unplugging and plugging everything back in but has no luck. Guess power supply or display issue? Already claiming warranty a day of receiving the unit...6/6 - Made a purchase couple weeks ago. Suppose to shipped out when I made the order back in late May. Customer service response quite slowly when I asked for order status. Somehow half of the package showed up 10 days later but the other half is MIA. Fedex says they got the paperworks but Fully never sent it. This purchase experience has been very frustrating. Praying to God Ill get the other half soon....
So at the last minute I needed a desk to work at home and I was looking at all the regular office stores. I found Fully through google maps, and I decided to check them out.Aubrey was great, walked me through the options, fully took care of me, and I had what I wanted in my car in 30 minutes. I was able to put this together and have a great desk within an hour of being home.I truly enjoyed my experience and I will be purchasing more items from them in the future. The value to quality is fantastic. I really enjoyed my experience.

Submitting this as someone who has not yet bought a desk. During the day, this is not only a showroom but an open workspace. The staff are fun, courteous, and helpful. You can try their products while enjoying free coffee and kombucha. As someone who works from home everyday, this is a great spot to post up if I find myself in the city while getting the opportunity to try a desk long enough to truly know if I want to buy. Free street parking and it’s one block from a ramp that’s max $5.50 for the day.
I ordered the Jarvis bamboo standing desk. It was delivered quickly. It looks great. I am enjoying the standing at work. The adjustable desk allows for Sally to lower it for her comfort and I raise it for my comfort.I recommend this for anyone who Sits all day.
I purchased a Jarvis desk from Fully; though I ultimately had to return it (my fault for poor measurements) I was super impressed with the Fully teams customer service. Shipping was free and fast, email to customer service were responded to even faster, and they made it easy for me even though I was processing a return. These people are so professional and cool that it makes me wish I had more things to purchase from them.

They lure you into a buying decision by saying that you can try it for a week and simply retun it if the product is not a good fit.The problem for me is that they failed to provide the disclaimer that the furniture that is returned must be verified by the warehouse to be like new condition.For me this is process has taken over 3 weeks amd coumting.....So I called customer sercice, a terrible idea as the person who answered had only one goal, to get me off the phone after putting me on a long hold and then explaining why he was useless and told me I had to speak with a different department which of course was not open,I could go on, short answer is that they lie to get you to buy, why should that be a surprise.In case anyone from Fully is reading please refund us pur $225.00CS 161550
Id really recommend staying away from this company. Id contacted the company in hopes of getting one of their desks and they were nothing but unhelpful. Overall waste of time and negative experience. As an alternative I got a standing desk at Costco that sells for almost $200 less and comes with a 5 year warranty. My friend has the Jarvis and we both like my desk much more. Go to costco and save yourself $200 while getting much better support and help.
I had the opportunity to visit Fullys Portland display room yesterday and ended up purchasing multiple L shape desks, vapisco chairs and mats to outfit our office. As a the owner of a cosmetic company, we carry multiple ergonomic products to outfit the beauty industry. I could not be happier with their thoughtfully designed furniture, small investment with a huge return.
Its an expensive desk for the poor quality. I have the bamboo desk - it looks nice, but the up/down function is pretty poor. Customer service is slow.
They shipped half my desk to the correct address And the other half to some other city/ state. and hen i called to ask about it they could not give me a reason why besides someone called and had it changed i asked then why was the other half sent to the correct address? and they couldnt give me an answer, they also have no idea who called to make this change.. . the reason Im upset is the person I spoke to would not even say sorry: sorry that they messed up by making changes that i did not authorize. it leaves an incompetent taste in my mouth.
This company is truly amazing. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the products are good and well priced (I did a lot of comparison research before making my purchase). However, the true test of a company is often not what they do right, but how they handle periodic mistakes as no one is perfect. In that sense, they exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing flaw in the table top of the desk I received. When I contacted them they bent over backwards to address my concerns and took ownership of the problem offering me a variety of good solutions. Ive rarely seen a company work so hard to make me feel valued as a customer, I would recommend them to anyone.
