Cant buy chairs here. Steelcase gets an L for not having a physical storefront. Imagine being a chair brand and not letting your customers try out your $1,000 chairs.

I have been searching for a store that will sell me a specialized office chair. I have physical issues and do not like Amazon because I want to try it first. I was at your Portland store around 2:00 PM on Tuesday and you were closed. When will your store be open?
