Is there anything about fitting you in a comfortable work chair that she doesn’t know? It certainly helps that she put together many of the chairs herself! Ecko answered all of my questions professionally and patiently. She insisted that I sit in and adjust several chairs to find the one that fit me best.The chair I purchased was too tall for my desk. I brought it back (you have seven days to try it out), and as I walked in the door, I heard, Im so sorry that it didnt fit. Do you want your money back, or would you like to look for another chair? There was no hesitation in making sure that I was delighted with my purchase. Absolutely no hassle! The second chair is the perfect height and so comfortable.In my opinion, NW Office Liquidations is THE place in Portland for excellent deals on high-quality office furniture! Thank you Michelle & Scott!! We came in through a Facebook ad that we saw on a used table that we liked. Unfortunately by the time we arrived a couple days after all those 1500 tables were sold! But thankfully it turned out better because this store has 40% OFF on some or a lot of their tables at least off the magazine they showed me haha. Either way I am satisfied! I like the look of the tables, the price, and they were fast at getting them to me as they understood we needed them! I am glad my wife and I chose to come in and work with them. Both Michelle and Scott to me seemed like they actually cared about helping us have the tables we wanted at the price we wanted!

There arent enough superlatives to describe this place! Julie, Scott, and the team called me when a couple of chairs came in that Id said I wanted. They allowed me to RETURN two chairs later that were too high for my desk. They could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more responsive. I had a couple follow up questions before I made my way into their store (Im in Vancouver) and never received a response back. Terrible customer service! Purchased an office chair and desk from here. I eventually needed to return the chair about 2-3 weeks after the purchase date. Although it was outside their 7-day return window I figured Id ask either way and to my surprise, not only did they offer a full refund for the chair, they seemed to genuinely be concerned for my health and happiness w my purchase. Terrible experience here. I initially went in looking for a new chair as my old Herman Miller had part of the back rest support break. Mentioned this to the salesperson and they told me that they have someone who should be able to fix it, and theres probably no need to buy a new chair. I think great, Ill just fix what I have. I call them back the next week to confirm I can bring my chair in and get it fixed and they say bring it by. I drop off the chair only to get a call back the next day saying we arent doing repairs but well give you credit for your old chair towards a new one. I wouldnt have minded if theyd told me they couldnt fix my specific chair, but they werent even going to look at it.The whole ordeal was a waste of time. Im sure their sales are great but be wary of them offering to fix your used furniture.

I was very impressed with the quality of their used office furniture. There was a lot of high and mid-end options in very good condition. The lady who helped me was very informative but didnt pressure me at all. The other workers who I interacted with were friendly and nice as well. I ended up getting two Steelcase Leap chairs and a small rolling file cabinet for a very good price.

I came here for perfectly functional office gear that was a little dinged up at an excellent price. Thats exactly what I got. Goods were a fraction of their cost elsewhere (1/3 to 1/4). Tom was helpful and enthusiastic about finding what I needed. Got out the door quickly and without any of the cajolery to order new or buy things you never expressed an interest in like youd get elsewhere. Good stuff.

Tom was very friendly and helpful. I was looking at another desk for less money, but it didnt have the same quality. He gave me such a great deal on this one and the file cabinet, I couldnt refuse. Yesterday we shopped for two large file cabinets. We were impressed by two matching ones we found at this business. The woman was very courteous, loaned us a tape measure, gave us a reasonable price, and had an employee load the heavy cabinets into our van. We would return here in a heartbeat!!

I walked into NW Office Liquidations the other day in hopes of a new office chair to be greeted by Michelle. She was polite and friendly, allowing me the chance to take a look around. The store is organized with new and used items, but she informed me that their catalog of available products far exceed the walls of their retail space. I wound up purchasing a new chair they had in the store and was offered help to my car. If the need to outfit an office ever presents itself, I will definitely consider them again.

Great resource for used office furniture, file cabinets, and shelving. Tons of desks, chairs, etc. This stuff generally lasts a long time, so youd be foolish to buy new items without first checking here. The owner Tom was helpful and friendly; he and his crew even helped load my stuff to the car.

Flew out to Portland to meet NW Office Liquidations. Dennis knew he had me over a barrel as I had to be out of an office suite by a certain date and time. He offered to take 30 desks, 30 chairs, 30 chair mats, a refrigerator, a love seat, a microwave, a toaster oven and several other items but couldnt pay me for them because he would only make $500 off of everything. With no other recourse, I agreed to give him the whole office free of charge only to have him cancel on me at the last minute leaving me high and dry. Missed my flight back home to ATL and had to stay several extra days in PDX to move the furniture myself. Very poor business in my opinion and would never recommend.
